Abstract

The provision of infrastructure is a key factor in the growth and equity of the region's economy. If infrastructure services are carried out reliably in different parts of Indonesia then other sectors, such as education, trade, health and others will grow rapidly. Mainstreaming the provision of this infrastructure makes development activities across Indonesia increase very quickly. It is also supported by the development of good construction technology, so it takes also skilled and skilled construction workers to compensate for these technological advances. Knowing how the mechanism of implementation of construction workforce training in Indonesia today. Identify indicators and parameters of training performance appraisal components. The data were obtained by visiting / observing directly on ongoing construction training and interviewing with stakeholders. Indicators for improving the quality of labor construction training in Indonesia, among others, the ability of instructors in delivering materials and teaching methods used, the suitability of the material to the current state of construction and the commitment of participants to the implementation of the training other than that the application of certification exam to the participants / construction workers should be done continously. Keywords: infrastructure, construction, labor, performance appraisal model, system theory

Abstract

Basically the public transport that the user wants is a reliable, fast, convenient, and secure public transport. Where the performance of public transport, and can be seen based on the services provided, such as; waiting time for passengers, travel time, bus capacity, number of bus fleet needs, etc. TransJakarta bus is one of public transportation which is a solution to overcome transportation problem in DKI Jakarta, but at certain hours the number of available buses is not sufficient to transport passengers, and impact on new problems, such as the length of time waiting for bus, accumulation of passengers, and the lack of number of bus armada. The purpose of this study is to know the capacity of TransJakarta bus in corridor 3 Kalideres - Pasa Baru, whether it is in accordance with the number of passengers. Is the number of TransJakarta bus unit in corridor 3 Kalidere - Pasar Baru, TransJakarta bus number can accommodate passenger capacity in corridor 3 Kalideres - Pasar Baru. And how does the user respond to, TransJakarta bus performance in corridor 3 Kalideres - Pasar Baru. This research uses simple random sampling method, Load factor, passenger calculation, Headway distance, Travel time, and Total Fleet Requirement. Factor load (load factor) from the analysis results that the morning load factor at 06.00-10.00 is 0.96, noon at 13.00-15.00 of 0.84 and afternoon at 16.00-19.00 with 1.41. For the number of buses available, 80 additional units of buses are required to meet passenger needs, the user's response to the performance of the TransJakarta bus, has been stated well and accordingly. Keywords: public transport, Transjakarta Bus, total fleet

Abstract

The Agribusiness Terminal Area in its prisnsip is an agricultural activity program that seeks to create agribusiness activities to learn the profit-making strategy by managing the aspect of cultivation, supply of raw materials, postharvest, processing, to marketing stage in a large activity in one region or region consisting of central- centers of production and trade, services. The problems that exist in the planning area are the limitations of the superior commodity processed products, the buying and selling process of the wholesalers. From the existing problems can be overcome with the development of agribusiness terminal where the marketing center and bargain buying and selling of goods or agricultural products can operate well and without going through the middleman, agribusiness terminal can facilitate the product quality mnyediakan place sorting and packaging, equipped with warehouses, to stage sales in the auction market as well as training farmers and traders handling the packaging of agricultural produce. Keywords: concept of agribusiness terminal development of Penengah subdistrict

Abstract

The problem of fires in various big cities has become one of the serious problems for urban areas in Indonesia. This is evidenced by the high rate of fire incidence in several big cities, while the fire department's capacity / capacity has not been able to provide better service to the demands of each city. This can have an impact on government efforts in realizing sustainable development. The current Fire Problem is how Fire Fighting can reduce as little as possible the losses incurred in the form of wealth or life in every fire incident with the preparedness and speed of emergency response for each community service through the prevention of fire and other hazards by referring to the rules set by the government . The analysis technique in this study uses model simulation in the form of application from ArcGIS 10.1 software. In this modeling will analyze from some base map which is spatial data which have big influence to optimal location of facility. The concept of the model is started with spatial data input, which will then be processed spatially. Spatial process in the form of changing the map format and also overlay, but the overlay in this model is done automatically by the computer. The research concludes that the firefighting post is suitable and can meet the standard response time of 15 minutes to reach the serpong and Setu sub-districts. Keywords: fire, response time, GIS
