Abstract

Ahmad Yani Road has an important role in supporting the movement of activities in the activities centers along Ahmad Yani Road. This road has a movement that is high enough so that at certain hours, especially during peak hours when leaving and coming home from work or lunch breaks also make the volume of vehicles crossing the road is dense because of the capacity of roads that can not accommodate the volume of passing vehicles. Existing activity centers such as government centers, banks, shophouses (trade and services), hospitals, fasos and fasum (GOR Bekasi) are all on the side along Ahmad Yani Road. This study examines the effect of several centers of activities such as government, banks, shophouses and hospitals against traffic congestion that occurred in Ahmad Yani Road. The approach method used in this study is descriptive, focused on quantitative analysis. And traffic calculation of road capacity and vehicle volume before and after influenced by activity center, as well as the awakening, pull and delay that exist on Ahmad Yani Road that happened at hour which will be done research. The result of the analysis shows that the existing activity center contributes to the pull of traffic volume of 2.50% and 0.91% rise for South to North direction, while for North to South contributes 2.23% and 0.36%. The level of service for the Ahmad Yani Road segment prior to the influx of vehicle entry from the center of activity for the North-North direction is 0.95 after being affected to 0.98. while the service level for North-South direction before was affected by 0.87 after being influenced to 0.91. then based on the Level of Service (LOS) of the Ahmad Yani Road segment is included in category E in the level of road service, with unstable traffic flow characteristics. Keywords: ahmad yani road, bekasi city, analysis center activities, traffic congestio

Abstract

Walking is a sure thing to do every human being, it is supported with adequate pedestrian and supports the activities of its citizens in walking. Departing from this, many emerging shopping centers with the concept of pedestrian area. In many big cities in Indonesia, things like this happen. One of them is in Malioboro area. Since ancient times, this area is already famous as a shopping center that is arranged in a linear and has a pedestrian path that supports the activities of its citizens in the interaction of buying and selling. Currently, the area of Malioboro has turned into an increasingly crowded and irregular areas. Many street vendors, as well as motorized parking lot that took the pedestrian path. Research Methods used in this study using qualitative descriptive method of doing direct observation to the location of Malioboro to know, understand and directly identify the actual conditions that occur in the study area. With data analysis method using SWOT analysis that analyze strength (Strengths), weakness (Weakness), Opportunities (Opportunities), and threat (Treatment) from Malioboro Region. The result of this study is the discovery of several factors that inhibit the Malioboro Region into a pedestrian area. With the identification of these factors, then a strategy devised based on SWOT analysis has been done to make the area into a pedestrian area. Keywords: pedestrian, malioboro region, regions, strategy

Abstract

Pasar Ruteng Road is a road corridor in Ruteng City whose land function is dominated by commercial land, allowing people to walk to reach each access. However, pedestrian path conditions that are not yet compatible with user needs and other activities on pedestrian paths, such as street vendors and illegal parking of motor vehicles result in many pedestrians using the road shoulder to walk. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to provide guidance for pedestrian path arrangement in central area of Ruteng City, especially in Pasar Baru Road Market corridor to be safer for every pedestrian path user, especially for children, parents, and people with disabilities. This study uses an IPA analysis to analyze perceptions of satisfaction level and pedestrian interest on pedestrian path conditions. The variables used in this research are security (Unterman, 1984). The results showed that pedestrian path arrangement based on security criteria included spaceship and vehicle space distribution, broken pedestrian path repair, provision of ferry facilities and markers, provision of kereb / guardrail, and provision of markers for special needs.                Keywords: pedestrian path, directions, city center

Abstract

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is a systematic, comprehensive and participatory series of analysis to ensure that the principle of sustainable development has become the basis and integrated in the development of a region and / or policies, plans and / or programs. In the preparation of SEA for Strategic Area of Serang Timur Industry, the substance of RTR of Kawasan Serang Timur Strategic Area is grouped into 3 major components, namely: (1) Industrial Estate Development; (2) Infrastructure; and (3) Land Use and Other Development. Each component is then considered to impact on certain environmental receptors; views of strategic environmental issues that could potentially arise as a result of the implementation of policies, plans and / or programs related to these three components. The result of the scoping is the conflict of utilization of natural resources of Serang Timur area for industrial activities and other non-industrial activities then The high level of land use change to accommodate the development of Strategic Area of Serang Timur Industrial Impact on the decrease of biodiversity and disturbance of ecosystem equilibrium then Provision of infrastructure that emphasizes in the industrial sector rather than environmental services but has not exceeded the environmental carrying capacity of the East Serang region due to the high rate of population growth in the region.Keywords: SEA, scoping, environment and developmen

Abstract

This study discusses the availability of Green Open Space in the City of Bekasi, whether it is in accordance with ideal conditions or not. Tujan from this research is to identify the characteristics of green space contained in Bekasi City and to know what are the problems that hamper the fulfillment of ideal RTH in Bekasi City. Theories used in this research are evaluation theory, green city, and green space. While the main basis is Permen PU No.5 of 2008 on Guidelines for the Provision and Use of Green Ground in Urban Area. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with related agencies. The results showed that the availability of green open space in the city of Bekasi is still minimal and some types of green space are still under ideal conditions. In addition there are some problems that hamper the fulfillment of ideal RTH in Bekasi City so need to find a solution to overcome problems related to the existing green space in the city of Bekasi. Keywords: green open space, availability

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest maritime or island nation in the world. Since the maritime era, inter-island shipping and trading have developed by using various types of traditional boats and vessels. Sunda Kelapa Port is one of the historical relics associated with maritime. It was a trade entrance on the island of Java known as a busy pepper port. Foreign ships already docked in this port carrying goods. Sunda Kelapa Harbor now serves as a port of people's voyages and tourist areas. Port as a tourist area has its own attractions for tourists in terms of activities of loading and unloading of goods traditionally and the use of Phinisi Ship. But the port as a tourist area has not been developed properly seen from the existing condition of tourist areas that have not been able to serve the tourists in supporting tourism activities and the utilization of other historical relics. Therefore, it takes a study that aims to assist the development of tourism potential owned by the Tourism Area of Sunda Kelapa Harbor. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method and frequency analysis by extracting information from literature study, interview, questionnaires and field observation. This method is used to determine the condition of the last study area and analyze the factors that hamper the development of the tourist area followed by the formation of the concept in the form of site plan of development of Sunda Kelapa Harbor Tourism Area as the center of Indonesian maritime museum. Keywords: concept, port, tourist area, tourism area development, maritime museum

Abstract

This study discusses the performance of Railway Pangrango Bogor-Sukabumi, whether it is optimal or not. Tujan from this research is to know the condition of Kang Pangrango at the moment, to know the load factor and performance of Kang Pangrango at the moment and to know the public response to the condition and performance of Kang Pangrango. The theory used in this research are city planning theory and transportation planning and transportation basic concept. While the main base is the Minister of Transportation No.9 Year 2011 on Minimum Service Standards For Railway People Transportation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through literature study, observation, questionnaire distribution and interview with Pangranngo rail passengers. The results showed that Pangrango KA condition has met the minimum service standards and used as the main mode of transportation for the community to avoid congestion that occurs on Sukabumi-Bogor or vice versa. But the performance of Kang Pangrango is not optimal because some people still object to the tariff set by the PT. KAI, so there are still people who do not want to switch using Kang Pangrango. Therefore, it should be given a solution to overcome the existing problems for the performance of Pangrango train become more optimal.  Keywords: performance evaluation, railway, minimum inter-city train service standard, railway performance

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan kawasan pada dasarnya tidak terlepas dari kegiatan sosial-ekonomi dan keterkaitan dengan daerah belakangnya yang kemudian membangkitkan dan menuntut kegiatan yang ada dalam masyarakat pada kawasan tersebut, sehingga membutuhkan ruang untuk mengalokasikan kebutuhan mereka. Bakauheni merupakan sebuah Kecamatan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang memiliki fungsi yang sangat vital bagi Pulau Sumatera dan Pulau Jawa, karena menghubungkan kedua pulau besar tersebut. Bakauheni memiliki potensi perkembangan wilayah yang sangat baik pada masa mendatang karena memiliki lokasi yang strategis dan memiliki kebijakan terkait, baik dari tingkat daerah maupun nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perkembangan wilayah di Kecamatan Bakauheni dan memberikan usulan konsep pengembangan kota baru sebagai alternatif pengembangan wilayah. Sehingga dapat meminimalisir permasalahan ruang di Kecamatan Bakauheni pada masa mendatang.Metode analisis penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki yaitu analisis kebijakan, analisis daya dukung, analisis daya tampung, analisis aksesibilitas, analisis penentuan lokasi, analisis kebutuhan prasarana kota, analisis perekonomian.Hasil temuan studi ini ialah perlunya penanganan ruang untuk mengantisipasi perkembangan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Bakauheni dengan penerapan konsep kota baru. Pengembangan kota baru di Kecamatan Bakauheni menjadi salah satu alternatif penanganan kawasan dan secara khusus dapat meningkatkan kualitas fisik suatu kawasan dengan menyediakan komponen yang mempunyai ciri kota sehingga dapat mendukung aktifitas penduduk yang ada pada kawasan tersebut, menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan alam, serta mengurangi kesenjangan pembangunan. Usulan fungsi kota baru Bakauheni adalah sebagai kota transit terintegrasi transportasi antar moda. Kata Kunci : Bakauheni, Kota baru, Perkembangan kawasan.

Abstract

 AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara maritim atau kepulauan terbesar didunia. Sejak zaman bahari, pelayaran dan perdagangan antar pulau sudah berkembang dengan menggunakan berbagai macam jenis perahu dan kapal tradisional. Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa adalah salah satu peninggalan sejarah yang berkaitan dengan kemaritiman. Saat itu merupakan pintu masuk perdagangan di Pulau Jawa yang dikenal sebagai pelabuhan lada yang sibuk. Kapal-kapal asing sudah berlabuh di pelabuhan ini membawa barang-barang. Kini Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa berfungsi sebagai pelabuhan pelayaran rakyat dan kawasan wisata. Pelabuhan sebagai kawasan wisata ini memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan dalam hal kegiatan bongkar muat barang secara tradisional dan penggunaan Kapal Phinisi. Namun pelabuhan sebagai kawasan wisata ini belum dikembangkan dengan baik terlihat dari kondisi eksisting kawasan wisata yang belum bisa melayani para wisatawan dalam menunjang kegiatan wisata dan pemanfaatan peninggalan sejarah lainnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu studi yang bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh Kawasan Wisata Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis frekuensi dengan penggalian informasi yang dilakukan dari studi literatur, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi lapangan. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi terakhir kawasan studi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat perkembangan kawasan wisata yang dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan konsep dalam bentuk site plan pengembangan Kawasan Wisata Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa sebagai pusat museum maritim Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Museum Maritim, Pelabuhan, kawasan wisata, pengembangan kawasan.

Abstract

AbstrakAPTB (Angkutan Perbatasan Terintegrasi Busway) memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung aktivitas masyarakat yang ingin melakukan perjalanan ke Jakarta. Transportasi ini adalah sebuah moda alternatif bagi masyarakat pengguna kendaraan umum seperti angkot, ojek, bajaj, taksi, kereta. APTB merupakan angkutan umum yang mampu memberikan rasa nyama bagi penumpangnya. Tujuan angkutan umum ini adalah mengantar penumpang ke dan dari wilayah yang tidak dapat digapai oleh TransJakarta. APTB ini memiliki keintegrasian dengan pendahulunya yaitu Transjakarta ini menguntungkan karena APTB dapat melalui jalur khusus yang disediakan untuk Transjakarta. APTB dapat mengantar ke kota-kota sekitar Jakarta seperti Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi. Namun pengguna APTB ini masih sedikit, khususnya pada APTB dengan rute Poris-S. Parman. Ini disebabkan dari kinerja APTB tersebut dimana waktu tunggu yang lama dan kurangnya jumlah armadabus. Studi ini mengkaji mengenai evaluasi kinerja bus APTB 0 Poris-S.Parman. metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini bersifat deskriptif, yang ditekankan pada analisis kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa APTB 03 Poris-S. Parman memiliki faktor muat (load factor) pada jam sibuk pagi sebesar 0,36 dan jam sibuk sore 0,44 dan pada jam tidak sibuk siang sebesar 0,16. Untuk jumlah bus yang dibutuhkan adalah dengan penambah 11 unit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penumpang. Tanggapan pengguna terhadap kinerja bus APTB sudah dinyatakan cukup baik Kata Kunci : APTB, Busway, Transportasi, TransJABODETABEK
