Abstract

Myogenic low back pain is pain related to stress or strain on the back muscles, tendons and ligaments which are usually present when you do excessive daily activities. Low back pain needs to get attention because it can become a problem such as lost work time, reducing work productivity. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-test post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 10 people. The sampling technique is by means of proportional stratified random sampling. The results showed that after carrying out core stability using a control sheet, it had not made positive changes for batik craftsmen who experienced myogenic lower back pain.

Abstract

Handling emesis gravidarum using conventional drugs has a teratogenic risk, so another effort is to provide subscriptions using herbal therapy. This study was conducted to determine the effect of herbal therapy in reducing the frequency of emesis gravidarum Method: This type of research is a literature review using the Pubmed, Research Gate, SINTA database. Literature collection strategy using the PICO framework was then analyzed until there were 16 literature that could be used. The review method used is to compare and contrast to find similarities in the types of herbal therapy and the dissimilarities of the most effective herbs. There are differences in the frequency of emesis gravidarum in the use of ginger, mint, lemon, quince, lavender, orange herbs which are provided in the form of extracts and aromatherapy. Giving herbal therapy in the form of ginger, mint, lemon, quince, lavender, orange with aromatherapy and extract preparations can reduce the frequency of emesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Administration of intravenous chemotherapy drugs to cancer patients requires sophisticated infusion fluid monitoring tools so that the therapy process is smooth, safe, and comfortable. Internet-based technology of things to monitor intravenous chemotherapy drug infusion fluids more accurately and easily. Non-systematic review literature, using online data base: Elsevier (ScienceDirect), IEEE Xplore, ProQuest, Sage Journal with keywords: "internet of things" AND "infusion monitoring" AND "chemotherapy", "infusion monitoring system" with filter: " full text”, “Published in the last 5 years”, “journal” AND “2017-2022”. Literature review of 10 journals using the internet of things to accurately monitor infusion fluids is beneficial for chemotherapy patients. Making a monitoring system for chemotherapy drug infusions in Indonesia based on the internet of things that is accurate, easy and cheap.

Abstract

Batik craftsmen tend to be in a long sitting position, followed by a batik position that is not ergonomic, the way they work, all of which still use the manual method, of course, will cause a lot of complaints or skeletal muscle disorders. So far, batik makers usually treat low back pain by resting without any treatment. There is a need for physiotherapy modalities that can be applied to batik, such as core stability. To analyze the effect of core stability exercise in lowering the lower back in the batik group Seberang Jambi City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test with control group design. The research sample amounted to 20 respondents. The measuring instrument uses the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). The data analysis technique used Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test. There was a significant effect on the core stability exercise group in lowering the lower back. There is a difference in the effect of core stability exercises in lowering the lower back on batik at the Kajang Lako Seberang Cooperative, Jambi City.

Abstract

The brick industry center in Cikarang has not implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This is due to the lack of understanding of industrial owners and workers regarding the importance of implementing OSH in the workplace. Therefore, the application of OSH in IKM, especially in the Cikarang industrial center, must be effective and optimal to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the industrial center. The purpose of this study was to assess the application of occupational safety and health with the HAZOP method in the Cikarang Brick Industry Center. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytic design. The research objects are four brick industries in the Cikarang brick industry center. The stages in this research are hazard identification and risk assessment in industrial centers using the HAZOP method for potential work accident hazards. The results of this study obtained the findings of several risks with an extreme risk level of 17% with 3 very risky sources of danger, for high risk of 66% with 14 sources of high hazard, and a moderate risk of 17% with 3 sources of low hazard. The conclusion of this study is that there are 20 potential hazards that can occur with high risk potential or high risk which has the most potential with a total of 14 sources of danger.

Abstract

This paper is the result of research that aims to find out: (1) an overview of the implementation of transformative learning in the TPSA Baiturrahim study group, (2) the problems faced by the TPSA Baiturrahim study participants and need to be overcome by transformative learning, (3) the changes obtained by the TPSA Baiturrahim study participants after acquire transformative learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study tradition. The technique used to determine informants is the Snowball Sampling Technique. The subjects of the study were the recitation administrator, Ustadzah, recitation participants. Data was collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings obtained from the results of this study are: 1) an overview of the implementation of transformative learning in the TPSA Baiturrahim study group starting with the educator by providing an explanation of the recitations of the Qur'an and recitations. Furthermore, when there is time to visit members with the aim of staying in touch, they also approach to members so that what is conveyed is not just a question and answer dialogue but can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Birth readiness needs support from family and health workers. Family support and health workers have an effect on increasing knowledge and preventing an increase in the Maternal Mortality Rate. This study discusses the support of families and health workers in preparing for childbirth, which is still very small. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and health workers on delivery readiness in pregnant women. The population was third trimester pregnant women, a total sample of 95 respondents according to the inclusion criteria for third trimester pregnant women were hospitalized. Patient data is normally distributed. The results of the Chi-Square test of family support and readiness for childbirth are p-value 0.000 <α 0.05, there is a relationship between family support and readiness for childbirth in pregnant women, good support 49 mothers are more prepared for childbirth, lack of family support, 41 mothers are not ready . Support of health workers with readiness for delivery p-value of 0.000 <0.005 there is a relationship between the support of health workers and readiness for delivery in pregnant women, receiving the support of 48 mothers who were not ready for childbirth. lack of support from health workers, 38 mothers were not ready for childbirth. Family support and health workers need to be increased in providing better birth readiness for pregnant women

Abstract

Hallucinations are a symptom of sensory perceptual disturbances experienced by patients with mental disorders. The cause of relapse is not taking medication and to increase adherence to taking medication it is necessary to have family support. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence and the risk of recurrence in hallucinatory patients. This type of research uses a quantitative type with a correlation method through a cross sectional approach.Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using the Spearman rank statistical test. The results showed that 50 respondents (100%) had good family support, 46 respondents (92%) had high adherence, and 46 respondents (92%) had no relapse risk. Based on the results of research on the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication with a p= 0,000 it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in hallucinatory patients. Based on the results of research on the relationship between family support and the risk of recurrence with a p= 0,002 it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and the risk of recurrence of hallucinatory patients

Abstract

Measles is a highly contagious disease caused by a virus and can result in death. Before the introduction of the Measles vaccine, major epidemics occurred causing deaths every year. However, after immunization, the number of cases of measles decreased dramatically. This study aims to determine the relationship between measles vaccination status and the incidence of measles in toddlers in the working area of ​​UPT Puskesmas Sambaliung. This type of quantitative research with a research design using a Case Control survey. A sample of 62 people took data on measles vaccination status and measles incidence from secondary C-I data and visits to toddler polyclinics and then recapitulated on the observation sheet. Then the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi Square test. The results of the chi square test obtained a value of p = 0.042 <0.05. This indicates that there is a significant relationship between measles vaccination status and the incidence of measles in toddlers in the working area of ​​the UPT Puskesmas Sambaliung.

Abstract

Gastritis is a social and public health problem in both developed and developing countries, especially in adolescents. They are required to live independently and at this age teenagers often do not eat breakfast or eat too late. So the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating patterns based on local wisdom and the incidence of gastritis in students of SMK Negeri 5 Berau in Segah District. This type of quantitative research with analytic study and cross sectional design. The population is 187 students who are at SMK Negeri 5 Berau in Segah District. Then the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Chi Square test. Diet includes meal times, meal frequency and types of food. There is a relationship between the time and frequency of eating with the incidence of gastritis at SMK Negeri 5 Berau, Segah District.
