Abstract

This study discusses strategies for improving organizational performance throughtransformational leadership. Transformational leadership has been recognized as apowerful approach to driving organizational performance by inspiring and empoweringemployees, as well as fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. In this research,we conducted a systematic literature review to explore the impact of transformationalleadership on organizational performance and formulate effective strategies for itsimplementation. Abstract

The integration of Information Technology (IT) in Human Resource (HR) Management has become crucialin enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to explore the factorsinfluencing the success of IT implementation in HR management and analyze effective approaches andchallenges. Through a systematic literature review approach, we analyzed various international sourcesto understand key factors related to the integration of IT in HR management. The findings highlight theimportance of leadership support, organizational readiness, adequate IT infrastructure, employeeeducation and training, change management, effective communication, as well as measurement andevaluation of IT implementation success in HR management. These findings provide valuable insights forpractitioners and researchers to design more effective strategies in adopting IT in the context of HRmanagement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of organizational riskmanagement models through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Variousreference sources from international databases have been analyzed to identify internal andexternal factors that influence risk management, including organizational culture, organizationalstructure, leadership, risk identification, analysis and response processes, as well as technologyand resource related factors. The research results show that integration and a deepunderstanding of these factors are critical to developing an effective organizational riskmanagement model. By considering and integrating these factors, organizations can improvetheir ability to better manage risk and achieve their goals amidst existing uncertainty.

Abstract

Strategic management plays a crucial role in guiding nonprofit organizations towards success inachieving their unique missions and objectives. This article aims to conduct a systematic reviewof the principles and practices of strategic management relevant to the context of nonprofitorganizations. The review encompasses the definition of strategic management in nonprofitorganizations and the importance of its implementation. The research method employed is aliterature analysis from various sources relevant to this topic. Abstract

The use of Big Data in the context of administrative decision making has become the main focus of research in efforts to improve the quality of public services. This research aims to investigate how Big Data affects the quality of public services and explore its implications. The research methodology includes literature analysis as well as relevant case studies to identify trends and impacts of Big Data use. The results show that the use of Big Data can increase the responsiveness, effectiveness and efficiency of administrative decision making in public services. However, challenges related to data privacy and technical complexity still need to be overcome. The implications of this research highlight the importance of adopting Big Data technology in improving the quality of public services, while recognizing the need for ethical and technical considerations in its implementation.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become increasingly relevant in public administration due to its potential to improve decision-making processes and service delivery. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of AI implementation on the quality of public services, as well as exploring the benefits and challenges faced in implementing AI in the public sector. Using a systematic literature review method, this research collects and analyzes relevant literature from reputable international databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. The research results show that AI can improve efficiency, productivity and user satisfaction of public services, while presenting challenges related to ethics and privacy. The implications of this research include recommendations for governments and policymakers to expand the use of AI in various public service sectors, as well as the need to develop ethical frameworks that can help address emerging challenges. This research makes a significant contribution to the academic and practical literature by offering a holistic approach and practical recommendations for optimizing the use of AI in public administration.

Abstract

e-Government adoption in developing countries faces complex challenges influenced by technological, economic, social and cultural factors. This research aims to explore the role of government policy in encouraging and facilitating e-Government adoption in developing countries and identify critical obstacles that are often faced. The method used is a systematic literature review using the PRISMA framework. The research results show that effective government policies, technological support, economic investment, and increasing digital literacy are very important for the successful implementation of e-Government. This research has important implications for policy makers in formulating more effective strategies to support government digital transformation.

Abstract

Digital transformation (TD) is the key to increasing organizational agility (OA) in a competitive era, but emerging markets face unique challenges due to limited resources. This research aims to identify key barriers to achieving OA through TD in resource-limited emerging markets, and offers literature-based recommendations for overcoming them. By using the method Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA framework, this research analyzes 28 articles relevant data from Scopus databases, Web of Science, and others. Results show that key barriers include limited digital infrastructure, lack of managerial skills, and cultural resistance to change, while proposed solutions involve cross-sector collaboration, increased digital capacity, and government policies that support innovation ecosystems. The implications of this research provide strategic insights for policymakers, organizational leaders, and practitioners to drive effective TD in emerging markets.
