Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and word of mouth on interest in becoming a member of KSPPS Kospin Jasa Syariah Bulakamba. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The population in this study were the people of Jubang Village. The results of this study indicate that partially the promotion variable has no significant effect on the interest in becoming a member of KSPPS Kospin Jasa Syariah Bulakamba. Meanwhile, the word of mouth variable partially has a significant effect on the interest in becoming a member of KSPPS Kospin Jasa Syariah Bulakamba. The results of the F test show that promotion and word of mouth have a significant effect on the interest in becoming a member of KSPPS Kospin Jasa Syariah Bulakamba with a simultaneous effect of 82.85%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether or not there is an influence of growth rate, profitability and tangibility on the capital structure of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2020-2023 period. This research is quantitative with the sample used is 10 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2020-2023 which have the highest assets in that period. The data collection technique uses secondary data obtained from financial reports from each related bank website according to the period used. The software used in the data processing process of this research is IBM SPSS Statistic 26. This research uses independent variables in the form of growth rate (X1), profitability (X2), tangibility (X3) and uses the dependent variable, namely capital structure (Y). The result of testing partially growth rate variable has insignificant effect on capital structure with significance value 0.805 (>0.05) with positive direction. Profitability variable partially has significant effect on capital structure with significance value 0.043 (<0.05) with negative direction. Tangibility variable partially has insignificant influence on capital structure with significance value 0.241 (>0.05) with positive direction. Simultaneous testing between the dependent variable and the independent variable produces a singnification level of 0.128 (>0.05) which means that the growth rate, profitability and tangibility have no significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This research is based on the background of sharia operations in Cirebon City facing challenges in the form of organizational and management problems, limited capital, and the low quality of human resources, which makes cooperatives less innovative and efficient and has the potential to reduce their image in society. To improve quality and competitiveness, cooperatives need to implement performance measurement using methods such as CAMEL, RGEC, Balanced Scorecard, as well as cooperative health guidelines from the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Cooperatives and UKM Regulation No. 7/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. This research uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with primary and secondary data, data collection techniques in this research use observation, interviews and documentation, analyzing eight aspects of cooperative assessment, namely capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity, and independence and the growth of sharia principles.. The results show that the Harapan Sejahtera Sharia Consumer Cooperative experienced an increase in its score from 76.60 (fairly healthy) in 2022 to 83.75 (healthy) in 2023, while the Alfa Maratus Sholihah Cooperative increased from 71.15 (fairly healthy ) in 2022 to 83.65 in 2023, with an average rating of quite healthy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing funding strategy for mudharabah financing and the. views of the DSN MUI fatwa on its implementation at BTN Syariah, Cirebon City. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method with a case study approach and data analysis techniques. In this study, the method of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion was used. The results of this study are the Marketing Funding Strategy in Mudharabah Financing from the Perspective of the DSN MUI Fatwa in BTN Syariah. There are several ways, namely 1) Implementation of the marketing funding strategy by face. to face, door to door, utilizing social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and websites. In addition, it also uses selling marketing techniques and sales science techniques. 2) The. obstacles and efforts made by BTN Syariah Kota Cirebon include. obstacles such as the incompatibility of the products offered, public understanding, for the efforts made, always discussing with the head office or branches, and providing education to prospective. customers or the public. 3) The provisions of the DSN MUI Fatwa are already binding and have met the regulations given, so that the validity of its legality can be operated by BTN Syariah Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

The aim of this research has two main elements, the first is to find out the promotion strategy for gold installment financing products regarding customer interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kuningan A Yani 1. Second, to find out the mechanism for implementing the contract. for gold installment financing products against customer interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kuningan A Yani 1. This research is a type of field research using qualitative research methods and also using library research to complete the data. This research data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the promotional strategy implemented by BSI KCP Kuningan A Yani 1 includes various approaches. The debut strategy includes direct promotion through canvassing, namely, holding meetings and presentations to agencies. Apart from that, there is also an open table strategy, where product offers are made directly to customers who make transactions with customer service. Bank Syariah Indonesia implements the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) marketing strategy and marketing mix such as 4P (product, price, place, promotion). The contract used is murabahah as a form of sale and purchase and rahn as binding collateral. This promotional strategy analysis is carried out using the SWOT method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced.
