Abstract

In addition to being the holy book of zoroastrianism counted from the ancient religions of the world, “Avesta” is important in the study of the centuries - old history, socio-economic life, spirituality and values of our ancestors. In the great spiritual heritage of our ancestors, special attention was paid to the issues of education and spirituality, which indicates that a high culture has existed in our country since ancient times. Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kurang optimalnya keterlibatan perempuan dalam politik. Meskipun perempuan memiliki kemampuan sosial yang baik, seperti dalam interaksi sehari-hari maupun di dunia digital, partisipasi mereka dalam politik masih rendah. Akses informasi dan pengetahuan mendukung kemampuan bersosialisasi perempuan, namun, keterlibatan mereka dalam politik, termasuk diskusi terkait pemilu dan kepanitiaan pemilu, tetap minim. Walaupun mereka kerap menggunakan hak pilih saat pemilu, peran mereka dalam pembahasan isu-isu pemilu masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat partisipasi politik perempuan serta kaitannya dengan tingkat pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dan metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak seratus orang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Multistage Random Sampling dari populasi penelitian yang terdiri dari wanita berusia 17-66 tahun. Dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan statistik deskriptif, data diperiksa setelah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, keterlibatan politik perempuan pada Pilpres Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan tahun 2024 hanya sebesar 34,12%, persentase yang rendah. Nilai Korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,197 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,050, yang tidak signifikan secara statistik, menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat lemah antara keterlibatan politik dan tingkat pendidikan. Pada saat yang sama, terdapat hubungan negatif yang sangat lemah (nilai asosiasi Pearson -0,142, tingkat signifikansi 0,159), yang juga tidak signifikan secara statistik, antara jenis pekerjaan dan aktivitas politik

Abstract

The problem in the research is the low number of people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) who take antiretroviral drug therapy in Bengkulu City. This occurs because of shame and fear of being stigmatized and discriminated against if other people find out about their status, causing their social functioning to be disrupted (Social Dyscpunction). The purpose of the study was to determine the benefits of antiretroviral drug therapy for people with HIV/AIDS (ODHA) in Bengkulu City on their social functioning. The research uses applied research methods, this research approach uses qualitative research. The research informants were 8 people with HIV/AIDS (ODHA), determined by the snowball sampling technique because the group or person as an informant could not be identified. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that there are many benefits for people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) who take antiretroviral drug therapy in terms of their social functioning. The physical condition is healthier because antiretroviral drug therapy makes the immune system of PLWHA stable so that the development of viruses can be prevented. Psychologically, people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) become better because the therapy process provides a lot of knowledge about HIV/AIDS, thus eliminating fear and worry about the disease they suffer from, ultimately making PLWHA more confident and able to socialize and be able to carry out their social roles or functions. Based on the results of the research, researchers recommend that PLWHA with new status should immediately undergo antiretroviral drug therapy. It is also necessary to carry out interventions to empower families to always provide support to PLWHA, and make efforts to prevent and treat depression problems so that PLWHA remains empowered.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi konsep Creating Shared Value (CSV) dalam upaya komunikasi CSR oleh PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam Program TJSL BRI Peduli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan lebih berfokus pada pemahaman terhadap proses dan dampak yang dihasilkan dari implementasi CSR). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah individu-individu yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Mereka adalah individu-individu yang terlibat dalam program "Wirausaha Muda BRIliant" PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, khususnya dari bagian Public Relations yang bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan program ini. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih untuk menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam (intensive/depth interview). Selain menggunakan wawancara mendalam, peneliti juga menggunakan teknik observasi dalam penelitian ini. Temuan Menunjukkan bahwa PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Secara Aktif Mendorong Perluasan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Seluruh Indonesia. Hal ini dicapai, sebagian, melalui program wirausaha muda berprestasi (PMB), salah satu dari berbagai inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaku usaha. Implementasi CSV dalam CSR pada program TJSL BRI Peduli telah menerapkan konsep keberlanjutan pada setiap usaha UMKM. Hal ini menyebabkan UMKM yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut dapat merasakan dampak peningkatan usahanya.

Abstract

The article discusses the life and scholarly activities of the famous Qur'anic reciter, Asim ibn Abu al-Najud al-Kufi. He is recognized as one of the leading scholars in the fields of recitation and grammar, and was a prominent reciter among the Tabi'in of his time. Valuable information about Asim's life, his intellectual legacy, related narratives, and his contemporaries is presented. Additionally, the article discusses his notable students and their contributions to recitation. The significance of the science of recitation and its role within the Muslim community, as well as the differences between shazz and mutawatir recitations, are also elaborated upon.

Abstract

Gender lexical units occupy a special place in modern linguistics. There should also be specific approach to enriching the language of the work of art, giving the image of heroes, in the translation of the gender marked lexicon used by the authors. Words and phrases in the original text, which are common in male and female speeches, are also included. This article mainly describes gender identity lexicon as well as the differentiation of gendered expressive lexical units by researchers. In addition, in the translation of works of art, some thoughts are expressed on the issue of gender-component lexicon.

Abstract

There are several copies of "Zuhd" compiled by Abdullah ibn Mubarak, the originals of all of which were obtained from the library of Valiuddin Jorullah in Istanbul. Its history dates back to the seventh century. Because there it is recorded that this book was samo'an, that is, written by the author in the year 600 (Hij). After this copy passed from hand to hand and finally fell into the hands of this Valiuddin Jarullah, he dedicated this copy to the cause of Allah.

Abstract

This research focuses on the issue of issuing birth certificates to children from siri marriages in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. The purpose of this research is to understand the process of birth certificate issuance services for children from siri marriage, identify the obstacles that arise in the process, and evaluate the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bengkulu Tengah Regency in improving birth certificate issuance services for children from siri marriage. This research uses descriptive research methods, qualitative descriptive methods are research methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to research on natural object conditions where the researcher is a research instrument and the results of the writing are in the form of words or statements that match the actual situation. The data collection source describes the analysis method using reduction, presentation, and conclusion.The service procedures for making deeds have navigated the procedures and regulations that apply. 2.
