Abstract

The purpose of this study was to use Vegas pro to create video ads as an additional promotional medium to increase purchasing interest in UMKM Gud Bites Blitar. The research method used is action research. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 35 participants including 1 owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts and 30 potential consumers. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the EPIC model, AIDA, method and correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between variables, as well as a T-test to determine the partial influence of advertising on preferences. like to buy. Based on the results of advertising variable analysis, the EPIC ratio received a value of 3.84. This value proves that video ads are among the most effective. While the results of analyzing purchasing preferences with AIDA from April 21. This value is considered very effective. The correlation result between the advertising variable and the purchase interest variable gives a value of 0.811. Abstract

The lives of fishing communities in Indonesia who live in coastal areas are synonymous with low welfare (poverty) and backwardness. In this case, the fishing community has its own social characteristics which are very different from other community groups, especially the fishing community on the coast of Tulehu State, Central Maluku Regency, where the majority of the population makes their living as fishermen. This research aims to find out 1). How is Empowerment carried out by the Tuna Abadi fishermen group in Tulehu Country 2). What is the level of welfare of Tuna Abadi fishing families in Tulehu Country. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that 1). Efforts made by the "Tuna Abadi" fishermen group to empower the fishing community in Tulehu Village include training on fishing procedures, procurement of fishing equipment such as boats and fishing lines, as well as strengthening in the areas of catch management, cooperative budget management and maintaining distribution channels for marketing the catch. 2). The empowerment carried out by the Tuna Abadi fishermen group for the community and its members has had an impact on reducing the number of unemployed and increasing the economic welfare of the people. This is proven by the average fishing catch which has increased to 1-2 tons of fish per one trip to the sea

Abstract

The high interest in online shopping in the community has made many new e-commerce pop up in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. The Shopee Affiliate program helps consumers to get direct product reviews. The "special dates" promo program gives the impression to consumers to buy products on these dates because they get cheaper prices. These two things are some of the considerations for consumers to make purchases at Shopee. This study aims to analyze the effect of affiliate marketing and "special dates" promos on purchasing decisions for students who use the Shopee application in Medan City. The influence between affiliate marketing and "special dates" promos will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The form of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through purposive sampling technique and used 100 respondents as samples. The primary data used was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and through google form while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the affiliate marketing variable (X1) and the "special dates" promo (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a fairly close relationship between affiliate marketing and "special dates" promos on purchasing decisions with an R value of 0.851. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the affiliate marketing variable and the "special dates" promo contribute 71.9% to the purchasing decision variable, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study

Abstract

The results of this study show that compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, motivation has positive and meaningful impact on employment satisfaction as well as compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee satisfaction. This means that the better the compensation, the better and the more positive the employee's satisfaction will be. The relationship between compensation and motivation is complex and interrelated. Both play an important role in determining employee performance and job satisfaction. A balance between compensation and motivation is the key to maximizing job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Rentability Ratio (ROA) on Liquidity Ratio (FDR) and evaluate the financial performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The data used was obtained from BSI's financial statements. The research method used is quantitative research. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis technique, and sampling uses the purposive sampling technique. Based on the study, it shows that Return on assets (ROA) has no effect on the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). This shows that the impact of FDR on ROA is not affected by an increase or decrease

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the most e-commerce users in the world with an estimated transaction value in 2022 reaching IDR 476.3 trillion. This causes many e-commerce companies to compete with each other to lead the market in Indonesia, including Tokopedia as an e-commerce company from Indonesia. Therefore, Tokopedia needs to create various strategies to win the competition. This research aims to determine the influence of the #WaktuIndonesiaBelanja marketing campaign on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, determine the influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, and determine the influence of the #WaktuIndonesiaBelanja marketing campaign and brand equity on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were Medan City students who used Tokopedia and the sample was determined to be 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and via Google Form, while secondary data is obtained through literature study. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research conclude that the marketing campaign #WaktuIndonesiaBelanja (X1) and brand equity (X2) have a significant partial and simultaneous (together) effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that there is a fairly strong relationship between the #WaktuIndonesiaBelanja marketing campaign and brand equity on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.729. The Adjusted R Square value in this research shows that the marketing campaign variable #WaktuIndonesiaBelanja and brand equity can explain the purchasing decision variable by 52.1%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, wage level, and education level on labor absorption in West Sumatra Province. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the West Sumatra Central Bureau of Statistics during the period 1994- 2023. Data collection techniques using literature study and documentation. The analysis method used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test which includes the Autocorrelation Test, Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient (R-Square) test, Hypothesis t test and Hypothesis f test. The results show that investment (X1) has no significant effect on labor absorption, while the level of wages (X2) and the level of education (X3) have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. The R-Square value is 0.937 (93.7%) while the remaining 0.063 (6.3%) is influenced by other independent variables not included in this study such as the value of production

Abstract

The background in this research examines leading sectors and the potential of economic areas, which are the main factors for the government to consider in formulating development policies. These two sectors are expected to encourage the development of other business sectors in order to accelerate economic growth. In this study, researchers analyzed superior sectors in the 50 Cities Regency using the Location Quotient (LQ) method, analyzed potential sectors in the 50 Cities Regency using the Shift Share (SS) method, and analyzed economic growth from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach from data on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of 50 Regency Cities with a time series of 2013-2022, this data was collected using observation and literature study methods. The analytical tool in this research uses Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share (SS) analysis. The results of the research show that three economic sectors that are well developed as the main sectors in the 50 City Districts in 2013-2022 are agriculture, forestry, fisheries with a coefficient of 1.50; mining, excavation with a coefficient of 1.89; and health services have a coefficient of 1.03. And there are six economic sectors that are well developed to encourage economic growth, namely sectors whose presence is above the 45º diagonal in the 50 City Districts for the 2013-2022 period, namely agriculture, forestry and fisheries; mining and excavation; processing/manufacturing industry; transportation, warehousing; financial services, insurance; and the corporate ADM sector, these six sectors are very useful because of their rapid growth compared to other sectors. In Islamic economics, economic growth can produce sufficient needs for society and is free from financial obstacles, except for obstacles to Allah SWT in meeting needs so as to provide prosperity in this world and the hereafter

Abstract

The research is motivated by the influence of production costs and operational costs on net profit. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence production costs and operational costs have on the net profit of case studies of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022). The research is motivated by the Impact of Creation Fees and Operational Fees on Net Profit. This research intends to identify and analyze how much the Impact of Creation Fees and Operational Fees on Net Profit Research on Pharmaceutical Industry Problems Listed on the IDX in 2018-2022). The type of research used is a quantitative method and the type of information is inferior information. The method of collecting illustrations in this research is a purposive sampling method with a total of 11 industries. The information analysis method uses descriptive statistical experiments, classical assumption experiments, namely, normality experiments, multicollinearity experiments, heteroscedasticity experiments, multiple linear regression analysis, autocorrelation experiments, experiments (R2), and hypothesis experiments. The results of this research partially prove that in elastic production fees have an insignificant impact on net profit as evidenced by the results of the experiment t count ≥ t table 1. 235 ≤ 1. 31253 with significant figures 0.227≥ 0.05. Operational costs have an important effect on net profit as evidenced by the results of t count≥ t table 3.581≥1.31253 with significant figures 0.001≤ 0.05. Creation costs and operational costs simultaneously have an important effect on net profit as evidenced by f count≥ f table 8.230≥3.35 with significant figures 0.002≤ 0.05. In the Experiment (R2) the elasticity of Creation Costs and Operational Costs can affect Net Profit by 37.9% while the excess of 62.1% is influenced by other aspects that are not studied

Abstract

Interest in saving is a desire that comes from the customer to use bank products/services or save money at the bank. Growing interest in saving is influenced by location and service factors. In this research, quantitative research methods were used with research instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires with a research sample of 50 respondents, in this case limited to district customers. Pasaman, subdistrict. Rao, the sampling technique used in the research was saturated samples, and the type of data used was primary data. The population and sample used in this research are some BSI customers. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that partially (t test) the Location variable (X1) has no effect on interest in saving at BSI KCP.Lubuk Suhuing with a sig-t value of 0.930 > 0.05. People have an interest in making transactions at BSI, but several things make customers less interested in making transactions at the bank, such as the influence of location, where the bank location is quite far from where people live because the remote location requires transportation and takes quite a long time. With the conclusion that the more strategic the location chosen to be a bank office, the more interest in saving will increase. The service variable (X2) has no effect on interest in saving with a sig-t value of 0.887 > 0.05. The service at BSI has provided good service, but due to the lack of HR services, customers feel lazy about making transactions at BSI. With the conclusion that the better customer service, the interest in saving will increase. Simultaneously, the f test shows that the variables Location (X1) and Service (X2), each simultaneously have no effect on interest in saving. This is proven by sig-f 0.988 > 0.05. With the conclusion that the more strategic the location and the better the service, the interest in saving will also increase
