Abstract

The main idea of this article is an overview and analysis of technological innovation in the insurance industry and insurance company performance management. First of all, the author has characterized the factors driving innovative development in the insurance industry. Second, innovation in the financial sector is described as discovery and adoption. The main part of the journal could be based on an overview of the use of technological innovations (such as software, analytics, sensors, algorithms) for effective insurance value chains. In the final part, the author makes a SWOT analysis of technological innovation

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of insurance product claims services provided by PT ASKRINDO at the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of North Sumatra Province. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through surveys and direct interviews with customers and staff involved in the claims process. The main focus of this research is to evaluate five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence (tangible). The research results show that in general, the quality of claims services provided by PT ASKRINDO is quite adequate, but there are several aspects that need to be improved, especially in terms of speed of claim settlement and more effective communication between the company and customers. In addition, analysis of customer satisfaction levels shows that delays in the claim settlement process have a negative impact on customer perceptions of the company

Abstract

Every insurance company hopes to achieve its goals and achieve success. There is a big possibility that this success can be realized by several factors, including affordable insurance premiums, continuous promotions and good service quality. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence public interest in sharia insurance. The research sample involved respondents from various levels of society who have the potential to use sharia insurance. Abstract

SWOT analysis plays a role in the development of Islamic insurance by helping to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This analysis can be used to: Understanding the condition of Islamic insurance, Knowing the potential and challenges faced, Designing strategies to increase market penetration, Expanding public understanding of the benefits of Islamic insurance. The research objective is to analyze the role of SWOT in the development of Islamic insurance through literature studies or previous research. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature approach as an approach in this research study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors driving the increase in public interest in sharia insurance products. The approach used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and document studies. The results show that public interest in sharia insurance is influenced by an understanding of sharia principles, trust in insurance institutions, service quality, and product innovation. In addition, promotional factors and the ease of the claim process also play an important role in increasing customer interest. These findings indicate that sharia insurance companies need to enhance sharia financial literacy and optimize digital-based marketing strategies. These efforts are expected to expand the customer base and strengthen public trust in sharia insurance products

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of investment knowledge factors and income expectation on gold investment decisions at PT Pegadaian Ende branch. This type of research includes associative research. The total population is 13.382 customers with a sample size of 99 customers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique uses multiple linier regression. This research results show that investment knowledge has a positive and significant influence on gold investment decisions at PT. Pegadaian Ende branch with an influence of 34,40 %. Income expectations has a positive and significant influence on gold investment decisions at PT. Pegadaian Ende branch with an influence of 32,10 %

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the business development strategy of CV Fuji Star service. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a research method that describes the situation or occurrence of a phenomenon. By taking the descriptive method, researchers want to get a complete picture of the right strategy in developing a car service business at Cv Fuji Star. In this study, the techniques used for data collection were carried out as follows: a. Interview, namely information data obtained directly from the management of CV Fuji Star. b. Questionnaire, namely data collection techniques by asking written questions to be answered in writing by respondents. c. Documentation method, namely techniques by examining documents and reports related to research objectives. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of the CV Fuji Star workshop service business, obtaining the ST strategy, several policy priorities need to be implemented, namely: prioritising service quality, solutions to deal with surrounding competition, and implementing an eflective waste treatment system. As for the SO strategy, namely: some key solutions for employees to be more skilled, provide guarantees to customers, and take advantage of opportunities from the growth in the number of vehicles

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of economic globalization on international trade during the COVID-19 pandemic period (2020-2024). Using a qualitative method based on literature and previous empirical studies, the research examines changes in international trade patterns, the challenges faced by countries, and the adaptive strategies implemented to address global challenges. The data used in this study were sourced from scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that economic globalization has persisted despite various challenges arising from the pandemic, with technology and trade policies serving as key determinants. This study highlights the importance of flexible trade policy adaptations to enable countries to remain competitive in the global market

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in decision making in organizations and its impact on society. In the era of globalization, ICT has become an essential need that influences various aspects of life, including economic, social and cultural. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which allows researchers to explore phenomena in depth through collecting data from various sources, such as books and websites. The research results show that ICT plays an important role in providing fast access to relevant data, which supports more precise and information-based decision making. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of world trade policies on Indonesia's export trends. In the era of globalization, the dynamics of international trade are greatly influenced by policies such as tariffs, quotas, and trade agreements implemented by various countries. This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and international trade reports in the last five years to understand how changes in global policies, such as trade wars, protectionism, and free trade agreements (FTAs), have impacted the volume and composition of Indonesia's exports. The results of the analysis show that world trade policies significantly affect Indonesia's exports, especially for leading commodities such as palm oil, coal, and textile products. In addition, the implementation of free trade policies provides opportunities to increase market access, although there are challenges in the competitiveness of local products. This study provides insight for policy makers to formulate adaptive and competitive trade strategies in facing global dynamics
