Abstract

Cash flow statement is a basic financial report that reports cash received, cash paid, and changes therein. Cash flow statements report cash flows in and cash outflows of the company during the period. Cash flow statements are used by management to evaluate ongoing operational activities and plan investment and financing activities in the future. Cash flow reports are also used by creditors and investors in assessing the level of liquidity and the company's potential to generate profits. This study aims to find out and analyze how big the effect of net profit (X1) changes in receivables (X2) on future cash flows (Y) in food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population used in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 32 companies. The analysis technique used was panel data regression. Based on the results of the study (X1) net income has a negative effect on Future cash flows in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange Indonesia, and (X2) changes in receivables have a positive effect on future cash flows in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Abstract

Gojek and Grab are companies engaged in the transportation sector that use scientific and technological sophistication that can be downloaded via mobile phones. The emergence of online motorcycle taxis is one of the major influences on the disadvantages of conventional motorcycle taxis. However, with the progress of the times as it is today, many people are downloading the gojek and grab applications, this is happening due to the rise of online motorcycle taxis and people are more interested in using them. As hapened at Jember Station, in front of the exit there is a conventional motorcycle taxi stand ready to pick up and drop off, but most passengers there prefer to use online motorcycle taxis. This research is a type of qualitative research, where the result of the data are obtained through filed observations, interviews, and documentation in the form of pictures and sound recordings. In this study using a phenomenological approach, where the approach knows in detail and in detail about the actions and experiences of individuals there. The informants involved were three people, with the criteria of a conventional motorcycle taxi driver taking a stop at Jember Station

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Mimika Regency. The research method used is associative method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature study, conducting observations, conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis. Path analysis is used to examine the influence or direct effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office, Mimika Regency. The results of the path test are job satisfaction 0.357 <0.05 and work discipline 0.000 <0.05. So the decision making is that job satisfaction and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Service, Mimika Regency

Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, everything that is touched by technology makes it easy for people to determine their lifestyle, especially among teenagers or young people, the culture of hanging out in places that are trending makes them feel happy and think they can provide entertainment for themselves. themselves and can express themselves. However, the number of contemporary hangouts or coffee shops makes classic hangouts have to continue to exist and continue to be demanded to have sustainability in the future so as not to be drowned out by the proliferation of contemporary hangouts which are more loved by most people. basic daily needs, contemporary hangouts provide more adequate facilities such as Wi-Fi, live music, and interior designs that are aesthetic and instagramable. This paper aims to find out how classic hangouts are sustainable amidst the proliferation of contemporary hangouts. The method used in this study is a phenomenological approach by collecting interview data, observation, and documentation. The presence of a contemporary hangout or coffee shop makes a classic hangout have to rack its brains in order to balance its existence in the midst of a contemporary hangout. The majority of classic tongkrongan owners have principles that they believe in, namely the principles of work culture which contain certain values, both in the form of hard work, enthusiasm for work, and being grateful for the process of the business being undertaken

Abstract

The sales promotion strategy carried out in the digital era like today which utilizes social media as a promotional medium is packaged very attractively. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of digital promotions on buyer decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic at Monerastore, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative data. The population in this study are Monerastore Consumers in Gowa Regency, 5,542 total Monerastore consumer data in February 2020-February 2021. The Non-probability sample collection technique and Purposive Sampling technique, the sample results in this study totaled 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study found digital promotion on purchasing decisions for Monerastore in Gowa Regency. It can be concluded that digital promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions or influencing purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic at Monerastore in Gowa Regency

Abstract

The train is a means of land transportation that is most in demand by the public to connect the central city with the surrounding cities which must be balanced with facilities in the form of adequate stations. The purpose of this study was to see the public's perception of the quality of the Manggarai Station during work hours. The research began by identifying public perceptions of Manggarai Station using the survey method by filling out questionnaires distributed through social media which resulted in statements that Manggarai Station was good enough in service and needed to improve facilities, security and the train fleet so as not to make passengers have to wait long to get their trains. the appropriate route to the destination

Abstract

Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon is a store that sells various flower-shaped balloon bouquets. The sales system utilized by Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon only employs social media platforms such as Instagram for its online sales. However, this method is still deemed suboptimal due to the low sales and inadequate organization of sales data. Therefore, based on the problems encountered by Toko Fun's Bouqet Balloon, the author designed an online sales information system using a website with internet access that will display information about the products for sale. This research uses the waterfall methodology, which simplifies the process of designing and creating a sales website. The resulting website was designed with a simple layout for easy accessibility. However, the speed of loading web pages and the addition of features still need improvement to attract potential buyers or customers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service at the Grand Copper Hotel and to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at the Grand Copper Hotel. To achieve this goal, this study uses associative research methods. The required data were collected using interview techniques, observation, distribution of research questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the research data, a simple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at the Grand Copper Hotel in Timika City

Bukalapak.com is an example of an online buying and selling service provider that has successfully achieved customer satisfaction based on the Webqual 4.0 method, which consists of usability, quality of information, and quality of interaction variables. This research also provides insights into the factors that contribute to customer satisfaction in e-commerce, thereby helping companies that provide online buying and selling services to improve their website quality and enhance customer satisfaction

Abstract

Airline is an organization that provides flight services for passengers, they rent or own airplanes to provide these services. Airlines have an important role, not only as a mode of transportation for people but also for goods, where airlines can be a medium that helps expedite & shorten the process of transferring passengers from one island/city/country to another island/city/country. There are many types of airlines in Indonesia, in this journal we will discuss PT. Lion Mentari Airlines which is a low-cost carrier based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Lion Air itself is the largest private airline in Indonesia. The service quality of this airline has various public perspectives in assessing the performance of Lion Air airlines
