Abstract

Land transportation is a vehicle with all kinds of forms that use the road as a route to carry passengers or goods. This research was conducted with the aim to find out what kind of problems can reduce the quality of the use of land transportation and identify strategies that can improve the quality of using land transportation. This research was carried out using a qualitative step with a description of the results and discussion in the form of a descriptive. The data is sourced from reference literature related to the topic. The results obtained are strategies that can be used to improve the quality of land transportation in the form of saving fuel use, reducing the use of private vehicles and switching to public transportation, minimizing the number of accidents vehicle.

Abstract

Behaving ethically has a very strategic role in improving the quality of individuals in group life in a society that has its own values and norms. Individual students who mingle with the community are obliged to follow the ethical values that apply in general and specifically that apply in the community. The application of social behavior ethics can focus on ways of speaking or establishing communication, greeting each other, social reintegration, respect, politeness, and empathy. The ethics of student social behavior in RW 2 Kelurahan Kebun Bunga, Banjarmasin City, often lacks interaction and lacks politeness. Preventive efforts are made by making regulations in the RT environment and in boarding houses to comply with the rules that are made and approved.

Abstract

The Environmental Impact Analysis course is one of the compulsory subjects in the Environmental Engineering Study Program, Jambi University. This course studies sustainable development, environmental issues, use of AMDAL, screening and scoping process, AMDAL methodology, UKL-UPL, DELH, DPLH, environmental audit and KLHS. One of the efforts to obtain optimal course learning outcomes, an active learning model is needed that can provide opportunities for students to design assignments and explore information to be applied. A learning model that can provide experience, knowledge, skills and attitudes for students, namely the project-based learning (PBL) model. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of this project-based learning model in optimizing learning outcomes for the Environmental Impact Analysis course. This research was carried out in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Based on the research results, it is known that this project- based learning model can improve learning outcomes for the Environmental Impact Analysis course. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation of the Environmental Impact Analysis course in the Odd Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, namely the average quiz score of 60.65 and an increase in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year, namely the average quiz score of 81.75. The results of the measurement using a questionnaire showed that as many as 83% of students considered the project-based learning model to improve understanding in the Environmental Impact Analysis course.

Abstract

Muslims are guided by the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, which not only discuss religion but also several fields of science, including mathematics. Many verses of the Qur'an and hadith deal with mathematical ideas, including numbers. As a result, the concept of numbers in the Qur'an and hadith has become of interest to researchers. The reason for conducting this examination is to investigate the problem of numbers contained in the Al-Qur'an and hadith. The method used is library research method. Document review and data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques were used to collect data. Research findings: 1). the idea of number assignment in the Qur'an, the repetition of the Qur'an related to number activities are incorporated in Q.S Al-Kahf: 25. Q.S. Al-Baqarah Al-'ankabut, Q.S. 261, 14, and Q.S An-Nur: 2. 2). The idea of partial numbers in the surahs of the Qur'an is related to fractional numbers, especially QS. A Nisa' chapter 11, and QS. Verse 20 of Al Muzammil 3). The hadiths about the primacy of night prayer, the virtue of marriage, and the primacy of a special person in his prayer are hadiths related to fractional numbers.

Abstract

South Malang is one of the areas that has a major influence on capture fisheries in Indonesia. Based on data from the Malang Regency Fisheries Service in 2018, PPP Pondokdadap catches tuna by Sendang Biru fishermen around 100 tons per day, besides that PPP Pondokdadap is also a supplier of tuna for export factories located in Bali, Jakarta, Probolinggo and markets throughout Indonesian territory. Tuna fish turns out to be a fishery commodity that contributes to an increase in exports with a value above the average of 18.57%. This is an opportunity for Indonesia to improve the country's economy by utilizing existing fishery resources. There is this great potential, but fishermen have not yet calculated the overall financial analysis of the tuna fishing business. The aim of this research is to know the feasibility of tuna fishing business. This research was conducted in August-November 2019 with fishermen at PPP Pondokdadap, Malang Regency. The data analysis method used in analyzing the feasibility of this business is financial analysis based on NPV, Net B/C, IRR and PP.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global disaster that affects not only global health, but also all aspects of life including social, economic, political and cultural, religious and educational. This places society in a situation that is fraught with risk. This does not mean that all aspects of life are at risk, but life is always marked by various risks that affect the process of society. This article tries to examine the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of the sociology of the risk community. The Covid-19 pandemic has also shown that countries are truly unprepared. This is reflected in the state's difficulties in managing public discipline and accountability, as well as demonstrating their unpreparedness to deal with vulnerable communities. With that in mind, the state needs risk management in a dynamically complex society.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims to describe and explain how the performance of certified lecturers in implementing an active learning PAIKEMI model that takes place in the lecture process. This research took place at the Islamic State University of Antasari Banjarmasin, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan, and targeted Islamic courses. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. In the first stage, data would be taken by observing how certified lecturers deliver their lectures in the classroom and then initiating interviews and questionnaires with them as well as with students to capture how their perceptions during lectures take place in the second stage. The third stage was analyzing the lesson plans (RPS) that lecturers have made before entering the classroom. The results of this study were as follows: 1) A large number of lecturers were already aware of contextual-based learning methods such as giving students the freedom to discuss, making the physical environment of the classroom conducive, and conducting periodic evaluations, all of which are felt to increase student motivation and trigger student creativity. 2) There were some lecturers who still implement traditional modes during lectures such as the lecture method, which is very monotonous for students so they have limited opportunities to actively participate during lectures.

Abstract

This article is the result of research which aims to determine the application of information technology- based learning in order to support teacher performance, and what are the obstacles and strategies for implementing information technology-based learning. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a naturalistic approach with primary data sources namely the principal, class teachers and students, while secondary data comes from various documents and writings. Data collection used observation techniques, in-depth interviews and several documentation attachments. Data analysis techniques start from data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the application of learning using information technology-based media can support teacher performance and students can be active and focused in capturing the learning provided by the teacher. Where by using information technology-based media the process of delivering material is easier and varied in the learning material that will be taught. There are still several obstacles and efforts experienced by teachers and students who have not yet mastered information technology, but these can be overcome. The most popular learning media nowadays is IT-based learning media. IT-based learning media is audio-visual media. With this audio visual, it can grow and even increase the learning motivation of students at all levels of education. IT- based learning media can be electronic, for example; web ebooks, e-modules, flash, interactive multimedia CDs and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that cause children's fixation or bottlenecks in understanding learning both at school and at home. This research method is qualitative using interview techniques and collecting materials in the form of scientific journals. In this research, researchers found several important things from journals and also responses from sources regarding factors that could cause fixation or learning bottlenecks in children, such as attention disorders for example due to the use of social media or electronic devices, the quality of teachers, difficulties in reading, children those with special needs, children who lack self-confidence, learning techniques, poor sleep quality, stress, fatigue, school environmental factors that are less conducive, the role of parents in educating and guiding children, and many more. Researchers also found several solutions from sources regarding what solutions could be taken when children experience fixations or bottlenecks in understanding learning. Abstract

One approach to improving children's social competence is to use the method of playing catch-up, which is chosen because it can help improve children's social competence, understanding, and self-confidence. social and social communication. This type of research is a collaborative learning study that used the Kemmis and McTaggart models. Ten students from B SPS Mekar Karya IV Babakan Baru in Kecamatan Ciracap, Kabupaten Sukabumi, consisting of five boys and five girls, are the subjects of this research. The three dimensions of social competence social empathy, social understanding, and social communicationmake up the research object here, which is children's interpersonal competence. Observation and documentation are the data collection methods used. Observation and documentation tools are utilised. Data analysis is carried out using quantitative descriptive methods. The study's success will be indicated when the percentage cutoff shows that 75% of the children experience an increase in interpersonal competence using the method of playing catch. In the presence of play, the results of the study show that children's interpersonal competence increases. The percentage of interpersonal competence revealed by the data did not change when the observation was conducted. Out of the total number of children, 2 (or 10%) met the BB criteria, 13 (or 65%) met the MB criteria, 5 (or 25%) met the 25% criteria, and 0% met the BSS criteria. After the first cycle of testing is completed, there are 2 children with 20% meeting the MB criteria, 4 children with 40% meeting the BSH criteria, 4 children with 40% meeting the BSB criteria, and in the second cycle, 1 child with 10% meeting the BSH criteria and 9 children with 90% meeting the BSB criteria undergo an increase.
