Abstract

The benefits of today's developments in information and communication technology are felt by many public. Mobile phones are one product of this technology that has changed behavior human communication across time and space. People thousands of kilometers away can each other communicate while looking at each other and only by using media cell phone. students in the city of Palangka Raya have also done so feel the impact of using this cellphone in communicating with friends, relatives, or people even in other areas. By using descriptive methods the author tries to determine the impact of use of mobile phones among people in the village. The results of the research, among other things, show that the use of cellphones does have a positive impact towards village communities, especially in order to maintain communication relations with people, especially relatives or family who are far outside the area. But within capacity As a smartphone with various features it has as a source of information, it turns out that this is not yet the case It is widely known about its use by the public

Abstract

Wastewater or effluent is the discarded water that originates from households, industries, and other public places, generally containing substances or materials that can be harmful to human health and disrupt the environment. Phytoremediation is an effort to use plants for waste decontamination. Typha latifolia usually thrives in shallow water and is an exploitative plant in its ability to clone rapidly and produce a large surface area of leaves, which contributes to its competitive and superior capabilities. The research method used a literature review by adopting the analysis of several articles. Reviewing documents by discussing and evaluating previous research on Typha latifolia phytoremediation, based on Table 1, it is explained that Typha latifolia plants are effective in absorbing heavy metals, such as mercury (Hg), chromium (Cr), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb), which are present in the sludge chemicals splashed in Porong Sidoarjo, including phenol. Table 2 explains that one of the uses of Typha latifolia plants is as a phytoremediation agent to reduce the levels of Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). And based on Table 3, it is explained that one of the uses of Typha latifolia plants is as a phytoremediation agent in wastewater treatment. Typha latifolia plants are highly effective as phytoremediation agents in wastewater treatment, as they absorb ammonia levels in the waste. The influence of plant height is evident, as higher plants result in a faster reduction of ammonia concentration and a decrease in pollutant concentration in wastewater.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the majority of small and medium enterprises do not have a good wastewater treatment system. This condition is very detrimental considering that wastewater that cannot be handled can pollute the environment. Industrial waste can be overcome by using the phytoremediation method, for example the use of water clover plants that have been planted in liquid waste can be a phytoremediator medium for the heavy metal Pb in industrial wastewater. The method used is a literature study with Indonesian language research journals in 2013-2023. An analytical research design with supporting data related to phytoremediation in water clover (Marsilea crenata) in journal searches with the help of the internet. Search keywords related to phytoremediation and water clover plants. The keyword "phytoremediation" is 2,650 journals. In a search with the keyword "Semanggi Water Plant" as many as 818 journals. The first topic is about the effective use of the water clover plant as a phytoremediation agent. The results of the study found that the Marsilea crenata plant has the potential to reduce metal levels, especially Pb. The second topic is about several types of plants that are effectively used as phytoremediation agents. There are 5 species of aquatic plants that have potential as water phytoremediation agents due to BOD agricultural waste. Phytoremediation in Semanggi Air (Marsilea crenata) has been shown to have integration and can be used to reduce TSS levels in tofu industrial wastewater. This is supported by several studies using water clover plants. Apart from using the water clover plant, this waste can also be phytoremediated using agents from water spinach, water jasmine, lotus, cat's tail (Typha latifolia), aquatic vegetation and floating aquatic plants.

Abstract

The information processing approach is a method used to extract information from various sources with the aim of understanding, analyzing, and utilizing that information in decision- making. This approach involves a series of processes including collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation of acquired information. In the information processing approach, information is collected from various sources such as documents, databases, interviews, surveys, and the internet. The collected information is then processed using suitable techniques and methods, including natural language processing, data analysis, data mining, and other information processing techniques. The outcome of the information processing approach is a better understanding of the researched topic. Through the analysis of acquired information, relevant patterns, trends, and relationships can be identified. This enables better decision-making and more effective problem-solving. The discussion regarding the information processing approach involves the evaluation and interpretation of the obtained results. The methods used in this approach must be valid and reliable to generate accurate and trustworthy information. The discussion also involves ethical considerations in information collection and usage. The information processing approach has numerous applications in various fields, including business, science, healthcare, and technology. In the business world, this approach is used for market analysis, consumer research, and business strategy development. In the scientific field, it is employed in experiments and data analysis. In healthcare, the information processing approach is used in disease diagnosis and medical research. In technology, it is utilized in the development of intelligent systems and natural language processing. Overall, the information processing approach is an essential method for collecting, processing, and analyzing information to gain a better understanding and make more effective decisions. With technological advancements, this approach continues to evolve and make significant contributions in various areas of life

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing how much influence tourist attraction has on tourists' visiting decisions at the Jakarta Textile Museum. This study used a quantitative method which was distributed to 100 respondents who had visited the Textile Museum. The research data obtained was processed using SPSS 25 software. Analysis of research data used descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. Researchers also conducted brief interviews with museum managers to find out more in-depth information regarding the attractiveness of the Jakarta Textile Museum. The results showed that the decision to visit tourists at the Jakarta Textile Museum was influenced by 55.5% by tourist attractions, while others were influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the simple linear regression test show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between the tourist attraction variables. The results of the t test show that the t value is 11.045 > 1.984, which means that there is a significant influence between the variable tourist attraction and the decision to visit tourists at the Jakarta Textile Museum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying diapers and goat manure on the growth of groundwater spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir). This research was conducted on agricultural land Jl. Kyai Banjaran KM 09 Bedali hamlet, Kuripan village, Watumalang sub-district, Wonosobo district in November 2022-January 2023. The study used an experimental method with a non- factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments tried were as follows: A0 = Control/100% soil, A1 = 100% goat manure, A2 = 25% diapers + 75% goat manure, A3 = 50% diapers + 50% goat manure, A4 = 75% diapers waste + 25% goat manure, and A5 = 100% diapers waste. The parameters observed in this study included the number of leaves and leaf width which were analyzed using SPSS 22 with One Way ANOVA and DMRT follow-up test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of giving diapers and goat manure on the growth of groundwater spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir). Treatment A1 (100% goat manure) showed the highest yield on the number of leaves (6.6667b), and treatment A3 (50% waste diapers + 50% goat manure) showed the highest yield on leaf width (5.8000c).
