Abstract

Every parent can certainly always look forward to the baby’s presence.The presence of children would add to the happiness in the household. For getting good education, children should start it at their early age even while still in the womb. Early childhood between 4 to 6 years known as pre-school age children are by the experts called them as the golden age, because the intellect in this period increased by 50%. There are so many methods that can be done to children aged prematurely. One of them is playing. Learning while playing or playing while learning can be fun and entertaining for children. Playing will improve aspects of physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual children. They will find new things thathave not ever known before. The playing has benefits and influences for children, including strengthening the physical (body) through muscular movements, develop personality, improve communication, and so on. The types of play that can be done is through the method of social playing, playing with objects and as well as playing a role. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages of each. However, the important thing is not to impose less favorable learning them, because basically the world is a world-age children play, playing while learning or learning through playing method.

Abstract

Early childhood health services, have routine activities of washing hands, maintaining personal health and protecting the environment. Nutritional services have routine activities, namely the provision of balanced nutritional meals in schools. Care services have first aid management and control the child's physical condition (body temperature and injuries). However, in reality there is no balance between school and home, while schools implement health, nutrition and care services. This research was conducted to familiarize yourself with health, nutrition and care services at An-Nur Cirebon PAUD; early childhood healthy life discipline; and the results of instilling the discipline of healthy life in early childhood. This research uses qualitative descriptive research, this research was chosen because it wanted to reveal more detail and clearly about health services, nutrition, care in instilling the discipline of a healthy life at PAUD An-Nur Cirebon. This research data collection technique is divided into 3 parts, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is divided into 2, namely data reduction and triangulation.    Keywords: Health Services, Nutrition, Nursing, and Healthy Living Disciplines.

Abstract

Analysis of learning development at the level of Raudlatul Athfal (RA) gives the feel of a dialogical existence as a base for Islamic education reunited with the latest educational globalized reality. Learning patterns that will be applied at RA level are necessarily exposed to the offred curriculum systematization. Would it offer a foothold to the scienctific dichotomy or integrating aspects? Both of these realities became the basis for explaining the essential scientific development in RA level. Philosophical principles in RA learning development definitely should be able to do a reading to the early growth dynamics of thought in education. The existence of Islamic educational thought as the learning basis in the RA’s development is essentially related to Greek thought underlying earlier. The intersection of thisthought should undoubtedly be realized so that the achievement of the learningphilosophical principles is globally recognized.

Abstract

The amount of waste in Indonesia continues to increase every year, which causes pollution and environmental damage. Garbage scattered everywhere will have a bad impact on living things, especially human health. This study was conducted to examine the influence of the implementation of environmental care character education through habituation on environmental care attitudes in early childhood. The method carried out in this research is a descriptive method with a case study design. The sample in the study was 3 teachers, 12 grade A students, and 6 grade B students. Data collection techniques are used by making observations, conducting interviews, and documenting activities to apply environmentally caring characteristics. The results showed that the habituation of environmental care was implemented by: 1) storing shoes and bags in lockers; 2) hand washing; and 3) disposing of garbage in its place. This habituation is supported by teachers as role models for children in applying environmental care attitudes. The implication of this study is to increase awareness of environmental care through environmental care character education in early childhood through habituation.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mendiagnosa perkembangan karakter mandiri dan jujur terutama di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan karakter mandiri dan jujur di Kelompok Bermain Wadas Kelir Purwokerto Selatan beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Berdasarkan pada sasarannya, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dalam konteks (case study research). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa perkembangan karakter kemandiri dan kejujujuran anak di Kelompok Bermain Wadas Kelir Purwokerto Selatan sudah bertumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik sesuai dengan perkembangannya. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan; (1) perkembangan karakter kemandirian makan dan minum sendiri;) perkembangan karakter kemandirian memakai pakaian dan sepatu sendiri; perkembangan karakter kemandirian merawat dirinya; perkembangan karakter kemandirian memilih aktivitas yang disukai; perkembangan karakter kemandirian tidak ditunggui oleh orang tua di sekolah; dan perkembangan karakter kemandirian merapikan mainan setelah selesai bermain. (2) perkembangan karakter jujur mau mengantri, mau mengakui kesalahan, dan menghargai keunggulan orang lain.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze religious moderation learning management activities in the independent curriculum in kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then it was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display and verification. Based on the research results, it can be seen that teachers carry out four management activities for religious moderation learning in the independent curriculum in kindergarten, namely planning, organizing, implementing and assessing religious moderation learning in the independent curriculum. In planning religious moderation learning in the independent curriculum, teachers develop religious tolerance teaching modules. This teaching module is used as a guide in implementing religious moderation learning. Then, in organizing religious moderation learning, the teacher coordinates to discuss religious moderation materials that will be given to children, procurement of tools and materials for religious moderation learning, as well as the types of activities that will be given to children to internalize the value of religious tolerance in children. Meanwhile, the implementation of religious moderation learning is carried out through the knowledge transformation stage about religious moderation, the play stage with the theme of religious moderation, the literacy stage with the theme of religious moderation and the reflection stage. Then proceed with assessing religious moderation learning using observation and documentation techniques. In the observation technique, anecdotal notes and check lists are used. In the documentation technique, work instruments and series of photographs are used.

Abstract

Ragam metode mengajar bagi PAUD memberi alternatif sekaligus kebimbangan bagi guru-guru PAUD untuk memilih metode yang paling sesuai dengan tema pembelajaran dalam satu pekan. Pembelajaran tematik dalam muatan kurikulum PAUD terdiri atas beberapa aspek perkembangan, diantaranya Kemampuan dasar (kemampuan bahasa, kognitif, dan fisik).  Satu dari pengenalan bahasa asing yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAUD berkonsep 4 bahasa ini adalah: bahasa internasional (Bahasa Inggris).Pada metodologi penelitian, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer berasal dari kepala PAUD, sie kurikulum sekaligus wali kelas, dan wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder pendukung adalah referensi. Sumber sekundernya yakni buku-buku yang relevan dengan motivasi dosen Bahasa Inggris khususnya dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa  anak usia dini.  Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.                        Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian motivasi ini berupa: (1) Muatan kurikulum di PAUD Naneymi berlandaskan pembelajaran multi bahasa dengan pembelajaran Beyond Center and Circle Time (BBCT) 4 bahasa: bahasa ibu (Bahasa Jawa), bahasa nasional (Bahasa Indonesia), bahasa al-Qur’an (Bahasa Arab), dan bahasa internasional (Bahasa Inggris), (2) Internalisasi kecerdasan linguistik verbal  dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris pada muatan kurikulum di PAUD Naneymi Dersalam Kudus Tahun Pelajaran  2014/2015 terjadi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang termuat dalam tema-tema pada English Day, dan (3) Faktor pendukungnya: media berupa alat permainan edukatif yang tepat, kreativitas pendidik, pemilihan metode pengajaran yang tepat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang keilmuan pendidik yang non PAUD dan pendidik masih memberikan pekerjaan rumah. Solusinya: Pendidik sering mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan PAUD, melanjutkan ke jurusan PGPAUD atau PGRA di jurusan pendidikan/ tarbiyah, mematuhi aturan dari diknas untuk tidak memberi pekerjaan rumah pada peserta didik, bekerjasama dengan pihak pendidikan dasar untuk tidak memberikan materi baca, tulis, berhitung dalam porsi berlebihan namun pengenalan saja, serta bekerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan wali peserta didik dengan pendampingan konsultan melalui acara parenting.

Abstract

The ability to recognize religious values is important for children aged 4-5 years, because it will greatly affect the development of children at the next level. The ability to recognize religious values will develop well if it is supported by the right media. This study aims to promote interactive animation video learning media to help the ability to recognize religious values of children aged 4-5 years. Interactive animated video is a combination of visual-based media with audio media. This type of research was Research and Development (R&D) from Plomp. The research sample was 30 children aged 4-5 years in Permata Hati Jajar Islamic Kindergarten, Surakarta. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and children’s performance. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the data analysis showed that 90% of material experts were obtained, media experts were 81%, teachers were 88%, development trials were 89%, implementation was 94%. The overall assessment results was obtained an average score of 88%. The average score that had been obtaining showed that the interactive animated video developed was very suitable to be use as a medium to help introduce religious values in children aged 4-5 years. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the interactive animated videos developed were able to increase the ability to recognize religious values in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

AbstrakMoral anak perlu dibangun sejak usia dini agar berkembang dengan optimal. Perkembangan moral anak akan berkaitan erat dengan kebiasaan yang terbentuk dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mulai dari kebiasaan berperilaku dan bertutur kata. Seperti kata pepatah Jawa “Ajining dhiri saka lathi” yang berarti harga diri bisa nampak dari tutur kata, maka jelas bahwa bahasa menjadi faktor yang akan berperan dalam perkembangan moral anak. Membiasakan anak bertutur yang santun harus menjadi kesadaran utama bagi para orang tua. Salah satu fondasi dalam upaya membangun perkembangan moral anak usia dini adalah melalui bahasa Jawa krama. Bahasa Jawa krama merupakan bahasa yang mempuanyai nilai karakter yang dalam. Melalui pembiasan berbahasa Jawa krama, anak akan terbiasa menghormati lawan tutur, menghormati orang yang lebih tua, menyayangi teman sebaya, bahkan menghargai diri sendiri sejak dini. Akan tetapi, banyak orang tua yang merasa takut melatih anak berhasa Jawa krama kepada anak karena alasan sulit dan takut salah. Padahal ada cara strategis yang dapat dilakukan oleh para orang tua bahkan guru dalam membiasakan bahasa Jawa krama agar bisa terwujud sebagai fondasi perkembangan moral anak usia dini. Cara strategis tersebut melalui tahap kenali , amati, benahi diri, motivasi, melatih sejak dini, dan biasakan setiap hari.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive pop-up storybook to introduce the concept of Islamic philanthropy to children aged 5 to 6 in Kudus District. The research sample consisted of 49 children from two Raudlatul Athfal (RA) schools, selected using a multi-stage random sampling technique. The research method employed the ADDIE development model. Phase I analysis involved a literature review, institutional assessment, and media needs analysis. Phase II focused on conceptual media design. Phase III involved media construction and validation by experts. Phase IV included media implementation, and Phase V was the evaluation stage. Data analysis techniques encompassed both qualitative and quantitative methods. Expert validation results regarding children’s ability to understand Islamic philanthropy concepts indicated that all components were valid for measuring children’s comprehension according to early childhood development stages (ages 5 to 6). Paired sample t-test calculations yielded a t-value of 3.501, with a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001, indicating significance (p < 0.05). Data analysis concluded that the interactive pop-up storybook effectively introduces Islamic philanthropy concepts to children.
