Abstract

Tantrums are emotional outbursts marked by a child being stubborn, crying, screaming, defiant, or angry. Usually toddlers often experience tantrums caused by gadgets. In the environment around us, we often see things like this, especially in toddlers who already understand how to play gadgets. Many parents find it difficult to watch their toddlers playing with gadgets because they spoil their children too much. These tantrums can occur from various ages, but for toddlers who experience tantrums usually occur more often and are often caused by a gadget. Therefore, we must understand some good ways to reduce the increase in tantrums in toddlers. Because these tantrums can inhibit the growth of children under five and can have a negative impact on the health of children who have tntrum in their daily lives. This research was conducted to find out what the parents and the extension workers did when they saw the tantrums. With this research, it is hoped that parents out there can limit the use of gadgets for toddlers so that they don't get tantrums because of the impact of a gadget

Abstract

Generation Planning (GenRe) has an important role in today's era. This is because GenRe is a place to go directly to the community, especially socialization in the field of education or school areas. The forum is PIK-R (Center for Youth Information and Counseling) which has a function to participate in schools in order to provide PKBR (Preparation of Family Planning for Teenagers) so that the realization of Tegar Teens which has the same goal as GenRe, which is to avoid TRIAD KRR (Sexuality, drugs, HIV and AIDS), delaying the age of marriage, and having a family plan to live a prosperous and happy life. The purpose of this study is so that adolescents can reconsider their plans to marry young before the ideal age and provide insight into the impact and preparation for young marriage. The object of this research is Duta GenRe and three people under the age of 20 who are not married. This research method uses qualitative research. The data was obtained by triangulation using primary and secondary data sources to prove the truth of the data. The results of this study are that GenRe has an important role for adolescents, especially as a source of knowledge in the field of marriage that is not obtained at the education level. Thus, knowledge of how to prepare for marriage is needed so that more young marriages do not occur

Abstract

An absolute requirement for completing an educational program, thesis is frequently regarded as a threat or a challenge. At this stage, students must complete the thesis in accordance with a predetermined time and other academic load. This sometimes causes distress physiologically, psychologically, and behaviorally or often called stress. Results of a preliminary study indicated that most of students experienced symptoms referring to stress during the process of completing the thesis. One of the non- pharmacological methods used to cope with stress is progressive muscle relaxation therapy.To identify the effects of progressive muscle relaxation on stress in students writing thesis at Mitra Bunda Health Institute. This research is a true experimental research with pretest posttest with control group method. Research subjects were all final semester students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling. The experimental group consisted of 20 students and the control group consisted of 19 students. Data were Analyzed using Paired T test and Independent T Test.The stress level of students in the experimental group before the progression muscle relaxation therapy was in the category of moderate stress numbering 11 students (55%) and after the progression muscle relaxation therapy numbering 9 students (45%). Meanwhile, in the pretest the control group was most in the category of normal stress numbering 10 people (55%) and in the posttest 10 students (55%) remained in the normal category. The progression muscle relaxation therapy in the experimental group indicated sig of 0.004 (p <0.05) and in the control group indicated sig of 0.564 (p> 0.05). There is an effect of giving progressive muscle relaxation on stress in students writing thesis at Mitra Bunda Health Institute

Abstract

Introduction: AIDS is a disease caused by Immunodeficiency Virus that can weaken a person's immune system and make susceptible to various diseases. TB is one of the opportunistic infections experienced by people with HIV / AIDS. Pulmonary tuberculosis oftenoccurs a buildup of secretions that cause problems with ineffectiveness of airway cleaning so this is needed treatment that can help in removing sputum. Purpose: This study aims to conducta literature review on some literature on the effective effects of coughing on patients with ineffectiveness of airway nets. Method: A systematic review was conducted with the PICO model in April 2022. Literature collection is done by browsing the PubMed database of (n:20) articles, Sciencedirect (n:3) articles, and Google Scholar (n:6) articles. So that the number of articles as many as 29 articles. However, only 5 articles that fit the author's inclusion criteria in the last 5 years, free full text, appropriate themes and original reviews. Keywords used: "Effective Cough", "Airway Clearance", "TUBERCULOSIS", and "HIV". Result: The influence of effective cough techniques carried out on patients with ineffectiveness of airway nets. This is evidenced by the expenditure of sputum. Conclusion: Coughing can effectively help the process of removing sputum that blocks the airway. However, further knowledge is needed with regard to the recommendation guidelines and the need to overcome obstacles in health services

Abstract

Behaviors of 3M is a mandatory behaviours to reduce the current rate transmission of covid-19 in this new normal era. This study aims to find out the determinant of 3M behaviors in Samarinda City. The study used a cross sectional design with 182 sampels used simple random sampling. The instrument was done google questionnaire form. Data analysis used chi square test. The result shows that 53% respondents are washing hand with a good category, 57% respondents had a bad behavior of physical distancing; 58% respondents had a good behaviour of wearing mask. The chi square test shows that p value for sex, age and level of education with washing hand, physical distancing, and wearing mask are 0,000; 0,03; 0,173; 0,804; 0,390; 0,04; 0,143; 0,135; 0,114. The conclusions of  this study are determinant of washing hand are sex and age meanwhile the determinant of physical distancing is education

Abstract

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms that arise from infection with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Antiretroviral therapy (ARV) is therapy for HIV / AIDS patients by taking drugs for the rest of their lives. Adherence to taking medication is one important aspect in assessing the success of ARV therapy. The virus in the body of people with HIV and AIDS can not get out, so a person must undergo ARV treatment for life and on time. A tight schedule of ARV treatment is expected to be able to suppress the amount of virus in the body. If it is not compliant then the drug will become resistant to the body. One of the factors that influence adherence to taking medication is family support. Therefore this study aims to determine the relationship of family support to the adherence of antiretroviral treatment (ARV) in people with HIV and AIDS at VCT Clinic in Santa Elisabeth Block II Lubuk Baja. Method. Quantitative research using the cross sectional study design. The population in this study amounted to 60 people and a sample of 37 people with a sampling technique that is incidental sampling. Measuring instruments in this study used a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test with significance level (α = 0.05.) Results. As many as 59.5% of sufferers received support from families with obedience to treatment. More than 59.5% were obedient and received support from families. This study shows that there is a relationship between family support for ARV treatment adherence in PLWHA at VCT Clinic. Santa Elisabeth Blok II Lubuk Baja (p = 0,000). From the results of this study it can be concluded that family support affects the level of ARV treatment adherence in HIV / AIDS sufferers.

Abstract

Hemangioma is a benign tumor in the form of very rapid proliferation of endothelial cells. The cause is thought to be due to an imbalance between proangiogenesis factors and angiogenesis inhibitor factors. Hemangiomas are more common in women than men. Hemangioma therapy can be divided into conservative therapy and active therapy. Hemangioma therapy can be divided into conservative therapy and active therapy. Treatment of pleural hemangioma can be done by surgery or excisional thoracotomy or by embolization, use of corticosteroids, and radiation therapy

Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin, a protein responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body, is below normal. The condition of chronic kidney disease causes a decrease in hemoglobin levels in the body so that it affects the proliferation of red blood cells. The search for compounds to stimulate the process of red blood cell proliferation without involving erythropoietin was carried out. Pyrrotiogatain compounds are believed to increase the proliferation of red blood cells, but are reported to have serious toxicity. Then modification of the molecule is carried out to find the effectiveness which has lower toxicity. Several pyritiogartain derivatives have been produced which are effective with molecular tethering and determination of the productive toxicity

Abstract

Background : The incidence of stunting in Indonesia is one of the most common diseases in children under five, which is 27.67% caused by several factors and one of the factors is the provision of Complementary Foods (MP-ASI). Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between complementary feeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-60 months in the Tanjung Buntung Public Health Center, Batam City, Riau Islands. Method: this research is case control, The respondents in this study were 28 people with stunting cases and 28 people who did not experience stunting so that the total was 56 people. Result: Chi-Square test shows that p value = 0.001, OR = 0.133 so that Ho is rejected, this indicates a relationship between complementary feeding (MP-ASI) with the incidence of stunting in Toddlers aged 24-60 months. Conclusion: the incidence of stunting has something to do with the provision of complementary foods for breast milk (MP-ASI). It is recommended for health workers to increase the provision of information and education to parents or mothers of toddlers on the importance of providing nutrition or nutrition needed for toddler growth in an effort to prevent stunting

Abstract

There is no denying that the Covid-19 outbreak has become one of the most frightening diseases. One of them is the large number of use of drugs that have not been through clinical trials. One of them is Ivermectin. This paper describes several things that need to be known until a drug can be circulated and the meaning of granting the distribution permit. The discussion shows that Ivermectin does have a marketing authorization, however, Ivermectin, in that distribution permit, has never been indicated for the treatment of diseases as a result of Covid-19. The distribution permit must also be accompanied by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and circulated in Good Drug Distribution Methods (CDOB)
