Abstract

This study aims to analyze determine the effect of various government efforts on reducing the level of open employment in Indonesia at 2021. The approach to this study uses quantitative descriptive analyze. The analysis technique used is using a one-sample t-test (t-test) with hypotesis that there is no a significat increase in open unemployment in Indonesia at 2021 and 2020. The results of this study show that there is an increase at the open unemployment rate in Indonesia at 2021 by 0.31%

Abstract

In the ever-growing digital era, e-commerce has become an important part of everyday life. Shopee is one of the largest and most popular platforms in Southeast Asia. With its growth, concerns about data and transaction security arise. The aim of this research is to evaluate how well Shopee's security system protects user data and ensures transaction integrity, as well as finding potential weaknesses and providing recommendations for improvement. The methodology used to do this is to conduct literature research on the Shopee Security Management System. The research results show that Shopee's security system protects user data well, but there are weaknesses that may need to be fixed. To continue to improve the security of their information system, Shopee regularly carries out risk evaluations and evaluations. So, Shopee maintains user trust, manages risks well, and uses a holistic approach to managing and improving data security.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the important role of security management in protecting business data in the digital era. With increasingly complex challenges, security management is key to overcoming data protection barriers. Through evaluating various organizational approaches to security management, this research identifies the obstacles faced in maintaining business data security. This research also explores how digital technology can increase the effectiveness of security management, while considering the risks and challenges that arise. The research results are expected to provide new insights for practitioners and researchers about improving security management for better business data protection in the digital world.

Abstract

Increased use of the internet and smartphones in Indonesia, driven by the development of e- commerce and strong digital transformation efforts at banks, has accelerated the migration towards digital banking services. This is demonstrated by the high adoption of digital technology, especially in terms of digital banking. However, there are no clear standards for how well digital banking app users are aware of the security of their data. The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of awareness that digital banking service users have regarding the security of their data to prevent social engineering incidents. In this research, the Knowledge- Attitude-Behavior (KAB) model is used in the Questionnaire of Human Aspects of Information Security (HAIS-Q), as well as a nomenclature for understanding cellular customer information security. The data was combined through a questionnaire distributed to 299 people who met the requirements as respondents. The research results show that digital banking application users in Indonesia have quite good information security awareness, with a score of 81.30% in the knowledge dimension, 84.45% (good), attitude 84.68% (good), and behavior 78.06 % (Enough). Based on these findings, to reduce the threat of social engineering, it is recommended to strengthen regulations relating to the installation of illegal applications and increase awareness training materials on data security. Overall, this study succeeded in testing the level of understanding of digital banking application users in Indonesia regarding the security of their data, with a final score of 81.30%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of competition between coffee shops on the decline in profitability of the local coffee shop business. In recent years, the existence of social coffee shops has become increasingly widespread and has become an integral part of people's lifestyle. However, intense competition, both from franchise branded coffee shops and specialty local coffee shops, has significantly affected the profitability of local coffee shop businesses. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a Gap Research approach. The research results show that increasingly fierce competition has resulted in a significant decrease in the number of customers at local coffee shops. Factors such as product innovation, pricing strategy, business location, and promotion play an important role in determining the competitiveness of a coffee shop. Apart from that, changes in consumer preferences towards more modern and well-equipped coffee shops have also contributed to the decline in profitability of popular coffee shops. This research concludes that local coffee shops need to adapt to market dynamics and continue to improve service quality and product innovation to survive amidst intense competition.

Abstract

Cyber security has become an increasingly important issue in the era of modern technology. In recent years, we have seen an increase in the number and complexity of cyber attacks that threaten computer systems and data around the world. Attacks such as data theft, malware attacks, hacking, and DDoS attacks have resulted in financial losses, imagery, and business operations. The chosen qualitative approach allows researchers to explore subtle and complex aspects of complex situations such as corporate security and security management. The objective of this qualitatively descriptive research is to gain a deeper understanding of how effective security management affects corporate safety. It can undermine customer confidence, brand value, and relationships with business partners and other stakeholders. Therefore, security management should take proactive action to avoid security issues that could damage the Company's reputation

Abstract

The diversity of animals found in an area can indicate how things are in the area. The purpose of this study was to identify the diversity of animals in the mangrove forest in Katialada Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, especially aves and reptiles. This research was carried out in the village of Bolalo in March – May 2024. The data obtained from the results of surveys and interviews were then processed using qualitative methods. The results showed thet there were 8 typ es of animals, espe cially aves and reptiles, namely there were 7 types of aves and one type of reptile. Damage to mangrove forests in the coastal area of Katialada Village is caused by land use changes which result in changes in the area of mangrove forest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the user experience in using Virtual Reality (VR) technology in the Creed Rise to Glory game. The research method used is direct observation of a number of participants who play the game using VR devices. The results of the analysis show that users feel a sensation close to reality when interacting with the virtual environment in the game. In addition, users also reported a high level of engagement while playing the Creed Rise to Glory game with VR. This study shows that Virtual Reality technology is very effective in improving the user experience in playing the Creed Rise to Glory game. The use of VR technology can increase awareness and skills in playing games, as well as increase user satisfaction. However, it should be noted that some users have difficulty using VR technology. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and develop VR technology to improve user skills and satisfaction

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in the boxing game "GameBlink: Crazy Boxing Game". The main goal is to analyze the technical aspects and user experience of the VR game. The methodology used includes live testing of the game, analysis of VR features, as well as a survey of 50 players with various levels of VR experience. Results show that the game succeeds in creating an immersive boxing experience, with an average immersion score of 8.2/10. Hand motion tracking has 95% accuracy, contributing significantly to gameplay realism. Interactive 3D environments and spatial audio enhance the sense of presence, with 88% of respondents reporting high levels of presence. However, 35% of players reported discomfort after 30 minutes of play, indicating areas that need improvement.
