Abstract

Amidst rapid changes in the global education landscape, an in-depth understanding of innovative management practices is becoming increasingly crucial to improving the eflectiveness and efficiency of education systems. The review in this study used the literature method. The review identified five main trends in education management innovation: (1) integration of AI and big data technologies in administrative decision- making, (2) learner-centred design-based management approaches, (3) collaborative leadership models and distribution of responsibilities, (4) adaptive and growth-oriented human resource management strategies, and (5) implementation of circular economy principles in education facility management. The results of this study show that these innovations have the potential to improve operational efficiency, enrich learning experiences, and increase the resilience of educational institutions to external changes. However, their implementation also faces challenges such as change resistance, limited resources and the digital divide

Abstract

The quadrilateral of crime is a concept that describes the main factors that affect the occurrence of crime. This concept consists of four elements, namely victims, crimes, perpetrators and social reactions. This study aims to analyze the relationship of these four elements to the occurrence of crime and analyze the Crime Quadrilateral in the Case of mass Murder of Biological Children and how external factors such as social environment and economic conditions affect the dynamics of these elements. This research was conducted with a literature study. The form is in the form of selecting information sources through a review of the literature that has been used, with appropriate references and following the established format

Abstract

This study was motivated by the lack of interest and understanding of students' learning of mathematics, especially in the material of algebraic form. So that the learning process needs to be encouraged by teaching materials that support the learning process. This research aims to find out how the stages of making, the level of validity and the level of practicality of the contextual approach-based mathematics e-module on the material of algebraic form. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this research included 33 seventh grade students, a mathematics teacher and e-module validator. The object of research is the development of a contextual approach-based mathematics e- module on algebraic form material. The results of this research and development have produced a product, namely a contextual approach-based mathematics e-module on algebraic form material. With the e-module development procedure through five stages, namely analysis (Analysis), design (Design), development (Development), implementation (Implementation), and evaluation (Evaluation). The validity level of this e- module has gone through the validation stage by experts, including from material experts getting ‘Valid’ criteria, from media experts getting ‘Valid’ criteria, and from linguists getting ‘Very Valid’ criteria. The level of practicality of e-modules is seen from the results of the educator response questionnaire getting the criteria ‘Very Practical’, and the results of the student response questionnaire getting the criteria ‘Very Practical’

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad Saw is a guide and teacher for all Muslims, in every word, behavior or other from him are lessons that we can take wisdom from. No exception in terms of learning or seeking knowledge, he not only conveyed lessons but also paid attention to all aspects that support the learning, namely in terms of study time, place, schedule, to the media used in learning. In essence, the learning process is communication, therefore, learning media can be understood as a communication medium used in the learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that learning media is a physical medium used during learning in the form of message delivery. The goal is for a communication interaction process to occur between teachers and students

Abstract

Interactional and theoretical approaches in victimology complement each other to provide a holistic understanding of victimisation. The interactional approach highlights individual dynamics, while the theoretical approach explores structural and psychological factors. Through the integration of both, victimology can continue to develop as a relevant field of science to effectively combat crime and protect victims.

Abstract

Malingering is a behavior of pretending to be psychologically impaired that often appears in forensic psychology and can affect the evaluation results on which legal decisions are based. This review aims to comprehensively explore the detection of malingering in forensic psychology. The method used is a literature review by analyzing previous research from various credible sources. The results of this review are expected to increase the understanding of malingering symptoms and guide forensic professionals to handle cases accurately to support the legal process. Understanding of malingering more deeply can enhance the accuracy of assessments and fairness in the legal process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of inner conflict and also character and the implications of learning Indonesian related to inner conflict and also character in the novel Rindu by Tere Liye. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of library study research. The data collection technique used is the document, then the data analysis technique used in this study is the content analysis technique (content analysis) the subject for general content analysis is "Books, documents, and creative results while the technique of checking the validity of the researcher's data uses observation techniques, reference adequacy, and colleagues. The results of the study concluded that: 1.   The Inner Conflict experienced by Ambo Uleng in the Novel Rindu by Tere Liye is divided into two, namely internal and external conflicts, the forms of inner conflict are depression, and anger. 2.  The character of Ambo Uleng in the novel Rindu by Tere Liye is to have a protagonist character and is divided into round characters. The implications of the conflict in learning Indonesian related to inner conflict and also character in the novel Rindu Karya Tere Liye are continuous implications in learning Indonesian, through the analysis of inner conflict students can improve their emotional skills, and the characterization in the novel Rindu Karya Tere Liye can also enrich students' understanding of culture and history

Abstract

Developing Islamic culture in s chools means instilling in children good habits that are in line with Islamic values which are manifested in the way s tudents act and behave. The s chool principal feels it is very necessary to develop these Islamic values and make them a way of life and a guide to behavior. This research was designed using a qualitative approach method and a case s tudy type of research. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that: (1) the visionary leadership competency possessed by the s chool principal is being able to realize the vision, being a good communicator, having clear leadership targets, being adaptive, and having the e ffort to provide the best s chool s ervices, (2) the role of visionary leadership The principal in developing an Islamic culture, namely determining s teps and s trategies to achieve s chool goals, anticipating various policy changes, e s tablishing communication and building relationships with internal and external s chools, and trying to be a good role model for the s chool community, (3 ) the implications of the s chool principal's visionary leadership for Islamic culture, namely the habituation of Islamic values which are based on the s chool's vision and mission, the creation of an Islamic climate by preparing habituation programs, carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, and reminding teachers to continue to provide good examples for children and always optimistic in carrying out their roles

Abstract

This research aims to find out how implementation of merdeka belajar curriculum at SDN 17 Sungai Puguk. This research uses a qualitative approach and a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in planning the learning of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 17 Sungai Puguk there are two main activities carried out, namely the principal and teachers taking part in socialization or training related to the implementation of the independent learning curriculum and preparing teaching modules. The implementation of learning consists of preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. Evaluation of learning curriculum learning uses two types of assessment, namely formative assessment and summative assessment

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal about, 1) to find out the strategies implemented by teachers in forming environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. 2) find out the implications of forming an environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. 3) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming an environmentally caring character in students at SDN 09 Sungai Kelambu, Tebas District, 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, observation. The data analysis techniques used are data reducation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking triangulation and member checks. The results of this research show that; 1) the strategy implemented by teachers in forming environmentally caring character in students is a school program tehat has been ambedded in students both within the scope of the school environments and outside the school. 2) The implications of forming an environmentally caring character in students are environmental awareness and higher responsibility in students, a growing sense of enthusiasm and pride in students, as well as students’ appearance and personality that reflects an environmentally caring character. 3) supporting and inhibiting factors in forming an environmentally caring character in students, limitations in equipment that are not yet fully equipped, as well as students’ awareness and responsibility that in unstable and undisciplined
