Abstract

Mentai rice is a typical Japanese food, more commonly known as mentaiko. This research aims to improve service to consumers, increase the quality of food that is more guaranteed and suitable for consumption and has an important role in increasing operational efficiency and market competitiveness in consumer satisfaction with mentai rice products in Bekasi. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey of 80 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple correlation and multiple linear regression. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.632, which means that service quality, food quality and competitive advantage contribute 63.2% to mentai rice products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the suitability of the Mimika Regency Type C terminal facilities with Type C Terminal standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 24 of 2021 and to determine the suitability of services at the Type C Terminal of Mimika Regency in accordance with the Service Standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 40 of 2015. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Mimika Regency Type C Terminal facilities do not comply with the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 24 of 2021 concerning the operation of road transport passenger terminals and the services provided by Mimika Regency Type C Terminal officers do not meet the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 40 of 2015 concerning service standards for the operation of road transport passenger terminals

Abstract

The background is to observe the growth of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, encouraging research into the services provided and perceptions of pilgrims' expectations. Human resources are still lacking, namely not having permanent employees and the emergence of a mismatch between the services provided and the expectations of the congregation. The aim of the research is to explore how excellent service management can increase congregational satisfaction. This type of research is qualitative research carried out at the Multazam Utama Tour branch office in Bukittinggi City through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show the implementation of excellent service management through excellent service indicators in the form of; Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), Empathy (empathy), Tangibles (physical evidence). Efficient management, a complaint reporting system, a measurable reputation, a personal approach, as well as physical maintenance and the latest technology are the main factors in maintaining the quality of the Multazam Utama Tour Bukittinggi City service effectively in creating a perception of the congregation's expectations. Reliability is reflected in fulfilling service promises, responsiveness is reflected in response and alertness during the journey, assurance is formed through employee competence, empathy is reflected in attention to the special needs of the congregation, and physical evidence supports the good physical appearance of the building.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ambiance and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Obj Coffee. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 randomly selected Obj Coffee customers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that the café's ambiance has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Similarly, brand image also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction itself is proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Furthermore, both ambiance and brand image indirectly influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study concludes that to enhance customer loyalty, Obj Coffee needs to focus on creating a comfortable café ambiance and improving a positive brand image. Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role as a mediator connecting ambiance and brand image with customer loyalty.

Abstract

Arisan is a tradition of Indonesian society from time to time until now. There are many types of social gatherings that have developed, one of which is a wedding social gathering which functions to facilitate the holding of wedding parties. This research has two problem formulations, namely: (1) How is the marriage gathering implemented in Sungai Kunyit Dalam Village? (2) What is the analysis of Islamic economic values on the practice of wedding gatherings in Sungai Kunyit Dalam Village? This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were 10 (ten) people. Meanwhile, the object of research is the practice of wedding gatherings in Sungai Kunyit Dalam village, Sungai Kunyit sub- district, Mempawah district. The data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are: (1) The implementation of the marriage gathering is a conditional system, namely that the recipient of the marriage gathering must be a resident of the wedding party. The wedding gathering is held on Friday evening, exactly 7 days after the wedding party. In payments, there is a term known as "up and down", "up and down" is intended for residents who want to increase their marriage arisan savings and 'up and down" is intended for residents who have already received a marriage arisan. (2) The presence of wedding gatherings has provided many welfare benefits for the residents of Sungai Kunyit Dalam village. The attitude of mutual cooperation, friendship and responsibility are the foundations of unity in the economic development of the Ummah.

Abstract

The Solo Sweet Tea iced drink business, which has been operating since 2019, aims to provide more job opportunities for the community. This study collects information about the business through observation methods. The research results show that Iced Teh Manis Solo focuses on selling drinks without providing complementary foods. The main product is tea with various flavors that have a strong aroma and sweet taste. The findings of this study reveal that every day Solo Sweet Tea ice requires 75 tea bags, 15 liters of water, 1500 grams of sugar, and 20 kg of ice cubes, which can vary according to customer demand. By applying managerial economic principles, Es Teh Manis Solo can optimize operations and develop its business. For example, they can increase sales through the right marketing strategies and reduce production costs by optimizing the supply chain. Apart from that, the application of risk management can also help these companies overcome challenges such as fluctuating raw material prices and increasingly fierce competition in the beverage market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using village income to support development in Kampung Kadun Jaya. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data used is qualitative and quantitative data, which was collected using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. To measure the effectiveness value in more detail, criteria based on Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 690,900,327 of 1996 concerning Performance Appraisal Guidelines. The results of this research indicate that overall the implementation of the internal control system in collecting Land and Building Tax in the Rural and Urban Sector (PBB-P2) is ineffective with the effectiveness ratio still below 60%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of Pomako people's port services in improving the smooth distribution of goods to the coastal areas of Mimika Regency. The method used in data analysis is the research method used in this research is the descriptive research method. The data used are primary data and secondary data, which were collected using documentation, interviews and surveys. To measure the effectiveness of the Poumako People's Port Service Performance Analysis in Improving the Smooth Distribution of Goods to the Coastal Areas of Mimika Regency, the Loading and Unloading Service Performance Indicator analysis tool is used as stipulated in the Regulation of the Director General of Sea Transportation Number: HK 103/2/2/DJPL-17 concerning Guidelines Calculation of Port Operational Service Performance, with development according to the objectives of this research. The results of this research show that Poumako People's Harbor has provided quite good performance in facilitating the distribution of goods to the coastal areas of Mimika Regency, this can be seen in the performance of goods loading and unloading services at Pomako People's Harbor. In the last 5 years (2017-2018).

Abstract

The Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train Project (KCJB) is one of the largest infrastructure initiatives in Indonesia aimed at improving connectivity and supporting economic growth. This research explores the role of quality management in realizing environmentally friendly transportation through the KCJB project. The research method used is literature study and secondary data collection, with a quantitative approach to analyze the impact of quality management on environmental sustainability and economic contribution. The research results show that the implementation of effective quality management in the KCJB project includes construction quality control, environmental management systems, as well as training and development of human resources. Construction quality control involves selecting environmentally friendly building materials, applying construction techniques that have minimal environmental impact, and closely monitoring the construction process. An ISO 14001 standard environmental management system helps manage construction waste, control emissions and reduce overall environmental impact. The KCJB project is expected to reduce the use of high-emitting private vehicles and public transportation, thereby reducing pollution levels and greenhouse gas emissions. Apart from that, this project also contributes to increasing connectivity between Jakarta and Bandung, creating jobs, and increasing investment and regional trade. Overall, this research concludes that quality management has an important role in ensuring the success of the KCJB project in creating a more environmentally friendly and sustainable transportation system, as well as encouraging new economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Motivation is what causes, channels and supports human behavior so that we can work diligently and enthusiastically to optimum results. Extrinsic motivation as part of the work motivation itself is also believed to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Stefan Ivanko (2012; 70) defines motivation as the desire and energy of a person directed towards achieving a goal. Motivation is the cause of action.To try to influence someone in order to give motivation means to get and then want to do what is known and what is done. Motivation can be intrinsic and extrinsic.Performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his or her duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him or her. (Mangkunegara, 2004:67). The success of a company anywhere and moving in any field depends fundamentally on the success of management in carrying out its work. The degree of success of a company can be seen from the performance of the company in managing its human resources. It requires the company to be able to have quality human resources, because these resources are invaluable assets for the company. The achievement of the objectives of the company does not depend only on modern equipment, facilities and complete equipment, but rather more on the man who carries out the work.
