<![CDATA[Every marriage is not only based on biological needs between men and women who are recognized as legitimate, but as executor of the natural process of human life. Likewise, Islamic marriage law contains the main elements of a psychological and spiritual nature including inner and outer life, humanity, and truth. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the law on the registration of unregistered marriages into the population administration is a study of the analysis of legal protection for children. This research is a type of normative juridical research, using a law approach method. Basically, every marriage is recorded according to the applicable laws and regulations. This marriage registration is very important, because if it is not recorded, then the marriage is not recognized by the state and has certain legal consequences. Even though there are legal consequences if the marriage is not registered or in this case the siri marriage, because every resident must be recorded on the family card.]]>

<![CDATA[This research addresses the issue of compensation from civil liability arising from the damages caused by medicine and vaccines by indicating the types of compensation within the framework of civil liability for damages caused by drugs and vaccines and their applicability to compensation arising from the harm caused by the medicine or vaccine to the patient. This research also included the effect that changing the damage over time has on the amount of compensation. We presented in this paper the aggravation of the damage and the increase in its volume to the injured after a period of time, then talked about the effect that the decrease or elimination of this damage would have on the compensation estimated by the court. We presented the controls for the adoption of these types of compensation by the court when filing a claim for the harm caused by drugs and vaccines, and the position of Jordanian legislation thereon, through the adoption of many texts and several resolutions dealing with the decrease in the amount of compensation, and the decrease in the amount of the issue, which the compensation, However, the Jordanian authorities did not directly mention the issue of the decrease in damage and its impact on compensation. We tried to explain the general controls that should be covered by this decrease, especially the court decisions related to it. The research ended with a conclusion containing the main findings and recommendations.]]>

<![CDATA[The management of the Golkar Party in Aceh Besar Regency is committed to carrying out its role since recruitment is carried out in a closed manner as a means of regeneration and openly by providing the widest opportunity for the people to participate in political activities in order to improve the performance of legislative members which are currently considered inadequate. This is due to the low quality of human resources as a result of the weak mechanism for recruiting legislative candidates. The formulation of the problem in this researchwhat is the role of the Golkar Party administrators in Aceh Besar Regency in the 2019 legislative elections andWhat are the factors that hinder and encourage? for the Golkar Party administrators in carrying out their roles. This study uses a qualitative approach to get an overview of the role of the board of directorsGolkar Party in the 2019 legislative elections. The conclusion of the study shows thatthe board plays a role in recruitment through a closed screening of cadres and also openly to the community, then party administrators have a role in determining them to be legislative candidates. Furthermore, there is socialization that is from the party and there is also socialization by the legislative candidates. Constraintfor the Golkar Party administrators in carrying out their rolesconsists of internal constraints including funding and competition between candidates. Meanwhile, external constraints consist of competition between political parties and figures in the eyes of the community. The competition between political parties is common to Golkar, considering that it is a fighting party and even a winning party, but in the context of Aceh, it is a little different because there are local parties that are still the desire of the community. Then to face the competition, the motivating factor for the Golkar Party is to sacrifice some of its cadres and choose other figures who are considered better in the eyes of the community. It was all done to increase the party's electability.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the aim and strategies of the Nigerian Civil War 1967-1970 and, emphasizes the diplomatic positions and war strategies adopted by the two sides (Federal Government and Biafra secessionist) involved. It agrees that series of researches have been carried out as regards the Nigerian Civil War but only a few viewed it on the ground of diplomatic maneuvering and strategy. The various literatures laid more emphasis on the causes, dimensions and effects of the war without a thorough analogy on the use of tact and strategy in the context of the war. The study also examines the use of propaganda, military tact, media, peace talks and summits in the context of the Nigerian civil war. This study is divided into two parts; the use of strategies by the Nigerian government and the Biafra people, as well as the peace talks and summits that took place during the war. Both primary and secondary sources of data are employed in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[The paper drew parallels between the Russo- Ukraine war and the Second World War and Cold War. A contextual between these events and eras were described in the study. The similarities were pointed out, a conjecture between the eras was reviewed, and a comparison of NATO and Russia’s National Interests were studied side by side as it concerns the nations border states with Russia. The study relied on documentary data. The documentary data were sourced from government annual departmental reports, newspapers and correspondence. The secondary sources used were subjected to internal and external criticism for authentication, and then to textual and contextual analyses. The study found that the Russo- Ukraine war was a proxy war. The paper proved that a parallel between the events under study can indeed be drawn. A core contribution of this study is the correlation between the eras and the similarities of both periods The study proves that Russia has a Nuclear edge over NATO.]]>

<![CDATA[The study sought to explain the different aspects of the shares and the loan securities. It also outlined all the details relating to the securities. The study also clarified how the securities of the joint-stock companies were issued in terms of their scope, legal nature, and their concept, types, characteristics, and method of circulation. The study reached the most important results by working to amend some of the legislative texts to make them clearer through their expression of content, and by adding some specific texts to address some of the shortcomings in the legislative system.]]>
