Abstract

This study aims to analyze the empirical evidence of Go-Jek Indonesia's marketing strategy after the exit of the market from the Indonesian online transportation market. The development of the online motorcycle taxi market is very dynamic, in 2018 Uber left Indonesia and was acquired by Grab. After this event, Go-jek needs a revaluation of its marketing strategy to capture the opportunity to move consumers from Uber and strengthen its position as the ruler of the online motorcycle taxi market in Indonesia. The main finding of this research is that Go-jek is expected to conduct revaluation on the segmentation and positioning of the Go-jek brand in the market. The expansion of segmentation is needed to capture first-class consumer opportunities and increase brand awareness. Go-jek can use the promo code marketing strategy in its application to increase the opportunity to purchase services again. The development of features that accept credit cards as payments can also be an effective marketing strategy to capture Uber consumers. Research recommends Go-jek to develop credit card features, Go-jek Premium with high-capacity vehicles, promotion at events with top-class economic segmentation and expansion of marketing strategies in the aggregate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Indovisual Service Solution Jakarta. Samples in this study were 124 customers, probability sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). empirical research results Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel satisfied with the services provided. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution. Customer satisfaction does not have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This means that the lower the customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will also decrease the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely investment on economic growth from 2012 to 2016. The data used in this study are data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia). In this study using simple linear regression analysis. The result is that investment is positively related to economic growth. This shows that investment is an important factor in driving economic growth in Jepara Regency

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the Implementation of Enhancing the Compliance of Reporting the Statutory Assets of State Assets (LHKPN) in the Scope of Regional Agencies at the Directorate of Registration and Examination of LHKPN. In this study the authors used a Qualitative Descriptive Data analysis method using the Interative Analysis model. The author uses the Triangulation technique to test the validity of the data that has been obtained during the study. Purposive Sampling Method is a sample determination technique with certain considerations. The results of the research prove that the level of LHKPN Reporting Compliance in the Scope of Regional Agencies has decreased from 2016-2017. This percentage can still increase if it is supported by the role and awareness of the Obligatory Report to report their assets and the commitment of the Regional Head / Head of Institution related to the application of sanctions for compulsory reporting who do not report LHKPN to the KPK. The next level of LHKPN Reporting Compliance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government in 2017 has increased. Because since the beginning the Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government has committed in the framework of preventing corruption, one of them is by reporting the LHKPN and issuing the Bangka Belitung Islands Governor Regulation No. 56 of 2017 concerning Management of State Organizer Asset Management in the Province of Bangka Belitung Provincial Government and issuing Circular Number : 840/0098 / VII / 2018 dated April 3, 2018 concerning the delay in payment of the Income Improvement Allowance (TPP).

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the benchmarks that can be used to increase the development of an area of various economic sectors which indirectly illustrates the level of economic change. Regional development must be in accordance with the conditions of the potential and aspirations of people who grow and develop. If the implementation of regional development priorities is not in accordance with the potential of each region, the utilization of available resources will be less than optimal. This study aims to identify leading sectors and regional specializations in Bandar Lampung City. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2008-2012 sourced from the Provincial BPS and City BPS. The analysis model used is LQ Analysis, Klassen Typology and Regional Specialization Analysis. The results showed that there were seven basic sectors in the Bandar Lampung City economy including the manufacturing sector, the electricity, gas and water supply sector, the construction sector, the trade, hotel and restaurant sector, the transportation / communication sector, the banking sector and other financial institutions, and service sector. While the Klassen Typology analysis results, there is one leading sector in the economy of Bandar Lampung City, namely the manufacturing sector. However, there is no regional specialization in Bandar Lampung City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of product quality and brand image of Alfamart-labeled products on consumer purchasing decisions on Alfamart Kramat Pulo 2. Smple obtained by 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on brand image, so that if product quality was getting better the brand image would increase. Empirically the brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions so that if the brand image of the product is increasingly attached to the minds of consumers, purchasing decisions will increase. Furthermore, empirical testing, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the fourth hypothesis, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions through brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether SEHATI credit cooperatives have implemented good and correct cooperative management in an effort to improve SHU (remaining operating results). This study took primary data in a questionnaire that was distributed to members. At SEHATI Cooperative, the focus is on the East Jakarta cakung branch office cooperative with 265 active members. The data were then analyzed using the Validity and Reliability Test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test, the t Test, to test the research hypothesis. Based on the T test, the influence of cooperative management together has a positive effect on residual business results. Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline partially and or jointly on Employee Performance in Ksatrya Vocational High School. The research data was taken from a survey conducted on all employees at the Kstrya Vocational School. From a population of 46 employees using the Solvin formula a sample of 41 respondents was taken. The research method used is linear regression with 2 independent variables processed using SPSS. The results of the study stated that the coefficient of determination 0.550, which means the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (motivation and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) of 55.0% The remaining 45.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model . The results showed that partially, Work Motivation and Discipline variables significantly positive effect on Employee Performance. And together (simultaneously), there is a significant influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at SMK Ksatrya Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Showroom Perintis Motor. Research this use approach quantitative and design selected research by author is Causal Research. Population that will researched is consumer Showroom perintis motor who don't is known the amount, so for calculate amount minimum sample needed use formula calculation of Hair et al, whose the number of samples as big as 115 respondents. Technique data collection is used in research this is questionnaire distribution, observation and literature study. The results research obtained show that the independent variable (service quality) has a positive influence on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). Consumer feel satisfied because of employee Showroom Perintis Motor do service whose done when this, as well able to give information with obviously that turns out influence level satisfaction consumers. The result research aforesaid certainly there are suitability against several result analysis whose done by research-research foregone.
