Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan kepada para pemuda dan pemudi RW 04 Kelurahan Pasar Manggis Kecamatan Setiabudi melalui workshop dan pelatihan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan yang dilakukan dilingkuangan RW 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap peserta workshop dan pelatihan desain grafis, sablon, dan percetakan, dimana subjek penelitan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemuda dan pemudi RW 04 Kelurahan Manggarai, Kecamtan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan, dengan menggunakan analisa data melalui uji beda paired sample test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh nya pelatihan desain grafis, sablon dan percetakan yang dilakukan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan para peserta pelatihan, meskipun tidak terlalu signifikan.

Abstract

Sebagai otoritas moneter, Bank Indonesia diberi amanat oleh pemerintah untuk menjaga stabilitas nilai rupiah melalui rezim Inflation Targeting Framework. Meskipun kebijakan Inflation Targeting Framework telah dijalankan sejak tahun 2005, nyatanya, target inflasi baru dicapai secara konsisten pada empat tahun terakhir, dari 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas kerangka kebijakan moneter yang sedang dijalankan oleh Bank Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Tukar Rupiah/USD, Jumlah Uang Beredar dalam arti sempit (M1), Inflasi Periode Sebelumnya, Dummy Inflation Targeting Framework sebagai variabel independen, dan Inflasi sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan dari tahun 1991 sampai dengan2018. Sedangkan metode penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda menggunakan Huber-White dengan bantuan E-views 9.0. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Nilai Tukar Rupiah/USD, Jumlah Uang Beredar, Inflasi Periode Sebelumya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inflasi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Dummy Inflation Targeting Framework berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Inflasi.

Abstract

Otonomi daerah merupakan kebijakan yang diterapkan di Indonesia sejak beberapa dekada yang lalu. Adanya kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal di suatu daerah dan secara tidak langsung kebijakan ini diharapkan mampu untuk menurunkan angka ketergantungan terhadap pemerintah pusat. Namun faktanya, meskipun kebijakan ini sudah berjalan cukup lama, akan tetapi belum banyak daerah yang sudah mampu untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah di Kabupaten dan Kota SWP Gerbangkertasusila Plus Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, dengan periode waktu 2012-2017.  Hasil yang diperoleh hanya ada dua daerah yang sudah melepaskan dana bantuan dari pemerintah pusat, sedangkan sepuluh daerah lainnya masih memerlukan bantuan dana dari pemerintah pusat. Maka pemerintah daerah harus mengembangkan potensi daerah yang sudah ada untuk dapat meningkatkan kemandirian keuangan daerahnya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to describe and analyze the effect of flexible working arrangements on work-life balances on  Resellers Online shop  in Kupang City. The method used in research this is a survey method. The instrument used in This research is a questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. The population of this research is, online shop resellers in Kupang city who sell products / goods through Facebook. The sampling technique in this study uses amethod non probability sampling. The results showed that a flexible working arrangement can help balance work and personal life, especially for students, the private sector, employees and other work through descriptive analysis. While the results showed flexible working arrangements and a significant positive effect on the work-life balance on resellers online shop  in the city of Kupang

Abstract

Employees are the driving force of the organization to realize its functions and achieve predetermined goals. At this time when the perceived challenges are getting more and more complex, the desire of public organizations to increase competitiveness demands to improve the quality of employees who are proactive to any turmoil and change. Thus, it can be said that the success of an organizational goal is very much dependent on the man behind the gun.This study used quantitative research approach with the level of descriptive explanation. The method used in sampling is a method of sampling of cencus or total anumeration complete the data collection method that takes each element of the population or characteristics present in the population. So the sample in this study are all permanent employees or the Civil Service Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin District until 2013. That as many as 37 people. Data used in this reseach is the primary data and secondary data. While data collecting techinque done with the method of questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techique is done by using descriptive statistical calculations. Such data can be tested by determining the answers in the questionnaire scores, where scores were divided into 4 categories, using a likert scale, to determine whether whether the placement of human resources in the Revenue DPPKAD Banyuasin District classified as very affective, effective, ineffective or very ineffective. The results showed that the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue. Finance and assets Banyuasin district, including in the category overall quite effective. It is seen from the weights for the overall indicator is based on the gradation of 102.7 which made the score showed that the level of effective of the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin Regency effective in a category, indicators used in research on the effectiveness of placments in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue,  Finance and Assets Banyuasin consists of four indicators namely Morality, aggression, leadership, and human relations.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research investigates the effect of profitability, debt policy, and liquidity on the value of the company on property and real estate companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data in this study is annual data with the period 2010 to 2016. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, which of the population of listed property and real estate companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange are 49 companies, 32 companies selected as research sample. The independent variables in this research are profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and debt policy (DER). The dependent variable in this research is a firm value (PBV). The data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that ROE, DER, and CR had a significant effect on PBV simultaneously. Partially ROE and DER have a substantial impact on PBV, whereas CR is having no considerable impact on PBV. Keywords: profitability, debt policy, liquidity, firm value

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the literacy levels of Oesapa Market traders. This research is a quantitative descriptive by using survey method. There are four indicators that used in this research, that indicators are: 1) Financial Knowledge,2) Financial Behaviour, 3) Financial attitudes and 4) Banking Technology. The population in this study was all traders in Oesapa Market and the sample in the study were 90 respondents from the entire population. Primary data were obtained from respondents by using questionnaires and direct interview with each respondents. The result of this research shows that literacy level of Oesapa Market traders be in moderate level which is for financial knowledge, financial behaviour and financial attitude be in moderate level, while banking technology conception in low levels. But for totality literacy level is moderat, it means that Oesapa Market traders have a knowledge and belief to Financial institution but they are not skilful to use products/services of financial institution.

Abstract

Otoritas Jasa Keuangan adalah lembaga pengawas IJK yang dibentuk berdasarkan UU No. 21 Tahun 2011 melalui pemindahan tugas pegawai BAPEPAM-LK dan BI ke OJK serta dari proses rekrutmen. Tahun 2016–2017 keterikatan pegawai mayoritas berada di level “kerja sama menyenangkan” yang dinilai berpeluang meninggalkan lembaga. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan pemeliharaan keterikatan pegawai melalui internalisasi nilai budaya dan faktor kualitas kehidupan kerja. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis persepsi budaya organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan keterikatan serta pengaruh dominan nilai budaya dan faktor kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap keter-ikatan pegawai milenial. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Persepsi pegawai mengenai budaya organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan keterikatan mayoritas sangat baik. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan nilai profesionalisme dan sinergi, serta faktor penyelesaian konflik merupakan indikator dominan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan pegawai pada dimensi pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of double role conflict and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses in S.K.Lerik Public Hospitals Kupang City. Research methodology: The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by filling out the questionnaire by 38 female nurses who were sampled. Data processing is performed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate the influence of dual role conflict variables and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses in the S.K.Lerik Public Hospital Kupang City both partially and simultaneously. Limitations: This study only discusses the influence of multiple role conflict variables and psychological well-being on the performance of female nurses at the S.K.Lerik Regional Hospital in Kupang. Contribution: This research can be used as scientific information in the field of human resource management..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of product,brand image partial and simultaneous to the customer loyalty of product cosmetik Wardah. The data collected using the Rao pubra formula invloing 100 respondents which is Wardah cosmetik customers. Metodology this research is casual relation with test validity, reability tets, classic assumption test, correlation test, multipe linear regression test, t-test, F-test, and determinants. Base on result of reseach partial know that product quality (X1) influence on custemers loyality Wardah cosmetik, brand image (X2) not influence on custemer loyalty Wardah cosmetik. The qualty of product of the simultaneous effect on custumer loylity. The better the Product Quality, the Customer Loyalty will increase and the worse the Product Quality, the Customer Loyalty will decrease. The better the Brand Image the Customer Loyalty is increasing and the worse the Brand Image the customer loyalty will decrease.
