Abstract

The research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style on employee performance and its impact on employee loyalty on PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Pulogadung. Samples obtained by 187 respondents, sample retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, namely sample retrieval techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected to be a sample member. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership styles and on employee performance, leadership styles have positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, employee performance has positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, as well as a positive and significant influence between leadership styles on employee loyalty through employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the empirical evidence of the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on the performance of grabbike drivers operating in Bogor cities and districts. The population in this study were all Grabbike City and Bogor Regency drivers. Sampling is done by non probability sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of grabbike drivers in the city of Bogor. Extrinsic motivation influences the positive and significant performance of grabbike driver performance in the city of Bogor. The results also showed that the better intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of driver performance would increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices on buying interest of Kawasaki motorcycles, and the effect of product quality on buying interest of Kawasaki motorbikes at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta students. The population in this study were students at STIE Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, so that the number of samples is 96 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classic assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between prices on buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the statistical test of the t test for the price obtained t value of 3.597 with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 (0.001 <0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.629 and there is a positive influence between quality product towards buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of the t test statistical test for the price obtained t value of 2.054 with a significant value of 0.043 smaller than 0.05 (0.043 <0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.339.

Abstract

The main problem to be examined in this study is that there is still a lack of work motivation of honorary employees, as well as a lack of levels of compensation for temporary employees. So this study aims to determine whether work motivation and compensation affect the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling technique that is not all members of the population can be selected as samples. This technique is carried out because there is a large population of more than 100 respondents, so the number of samples is taken using Slovin formula and getting a population of 60. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analalysis. The results of testing work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of honorary employees at the Infection Hospital Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Jakarta MRT transportation service business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 people who have used or routinely used the MRT as a research sample. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test that the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results obtained from SPSS data processing, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive influence on the MRT Jakarta Customer Satisfaction. These results show empirical evidence that the better the quality of service, the MRT customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The business world is getting really competitive these days. Including in providing internet service business. The Supra Primatama Nusantara Inc. or known as Biznet, is one of the services company that runs in the field of providing internet service. Biznet has several products. The product which will be analysed is Biznet Home, a product provided for housing and for apartment that lots of them recently known in need of internet service. Although there are lots of similar competitive products, but Biznet is remain able to stand by doing several strategies. This research itself has the purpose to find out how far is the effect from the Service Quality (X1), the Customer Satisfaction (X2), towards Customer Loyalty (Y), of Biznet Home in Bali. The sample of this research is in amount of 90 respondents by doing the accidental sampling method with the whole population of Biznet Home customers in Bali. The method which is used in this research is quantitative with regression analysis method. There are examination steps such as validation test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, correlation test, determination coefficient test, simultaneously F test, and t statistic test.. This research results that independent variables of service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have the significant positive relation towards dependent variable of customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward systems and employee motivation on employee performance. The sample obtained was 36 respondents, the sampling technique uses probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. . This study uses a census approach, where all members of the population serve as respondents with 36 employees of PT. Wahyu Tehnik Utama. The results showed that there was an effect of the reward system on employee performance. This proves the hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence between the reward system on employee performance and employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak                                                              Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji promosi ramah lingkungan (green promotion) dan harga dari produk ramah lingkungan terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta meneliti keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel yang memediasi promosi dan harga produk ramah lingkungan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah total 135 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa green promotion yang berwawasan lingkungan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga premium berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Keputusan pembelian memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) seen from the human development index (HDI) affects the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2008-2012. Data analysis in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Method. The results showed an interesting result, namely that the population had a significant negative effect on unemployment. The regression results state that the increase in the number of residents will increase unemployment. These results indicate that population growth in the province of Central Java helped drive the province's economy.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK does not decrease or increase every year, this is due to strategies that continue to strive to always be able to satisfy their customers. This research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK in the area around Tebet.Determination of the results of this sample using the Lemeshow formula, from the formula obtained as many as 74 respondents and taken by area (cluser) sampling (sampling by region). Data analysis techniques in the study using multiple regression analysis with the program used was SPSS version 17.00.The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses can be accepted, 1) there is a positive and significant effect between price on customer satisfaction acceptable. 2) There is a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction can be accepted. Price is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of PT. GO-JEK.
