Abstract: This study aims to analyze how students at SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng explore their major or career choices and how these choices relate to their future career well-being. The research employs a descriptive quantitative design. The sample consists of 198 active students from vocational high schools (SMK) in Bantaeng District, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The scale used to assess career well-being is based on the development of Coetzee's (2021) Career Well-Being Inventory. The Career Well-Being Scale uses a Likert-type scale with response criteria ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Based on the research findings, students at SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng demonstrate high overall career well-being, with aspects of affective career planning, career meaningfulness, and social support all falling within the high category. This reflects that students feel comfortable and supported in selecting their majors and planning their careers. The recommendations of this study include enhancing career planning support through strengthened guidance and counseling programs, as well as fostering partnerships with the industry to expand students' career networks. Romantic relationships are a form of interpersonal relationship that requires specific skills to build and maintain healthy connections. The Inventory of Romantic Relationship Competence (IRRC; Faber et al., 2019) was developed with seven dimensions to assess emerging adults' perceived romantic competence. However, a formal Indonesian adaptation of the IRRC that examines its psychometric properties is not yet available. This study aims to conduct an initial adaptation and test the construct validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the IRRC. The instrument, consisting of 35 self-report items on a 5-point Likert scale, was completed by N = 406 participants (aged 18–25 years; active undergraduate students in Indonesia; with diverse romantic relationship statuses and experiences). Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using JASP indicated that the Indonesian version of the IRRC has good internal reliability across all subscales and that the instrument's validity is adequate and acceptable. Overall, the IRRC is considered valid and reliable, with potential for use in both research and clinical assessment.

Abstract: This study examines the role of the Language Acquisition Device (LAD) theory in second language acquisition within the context of Arabic language learning through a psycholinguistic perspective. Using a descriptive qualitative research method and a literature review approach, this research analyzes various relevant primary and secondary sources. The findings reveal that Noam Chomsky's LAD theory significantly impacts second language acquisition, particularly Arabic. LAD serves as an innate mechanism enabling humans to acquire languages naturally. In the context of Arabic learning, the implementation of LAD theory encompasses three primary factors: motivation, language, and social aspects. Psycholinguistic studies reveal that cognitive processes such as memory and information processing play pivotal roles in acquiring Arabic. This study also found that communicative-based learning approaches, using real-life contexts and social interaction with native speakers, are effective strategies in Arabic language learning. The integration of technology and project-based learning can enrich students' learning experiences. In conclusion, a deeper understanding of LAD theory and its application in Arabic language learning can contribute significantly to the development of more effective teaching methods, enabling students to master Arabic more efficiently in an increasingly complex global context. Keywords: language acquisition device, psycholinguistics, arabic language learning, second language acquisition.

Abstract: This study aims to increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of Project-Based Learning (PJBL) model at SMP Negeri 2 Pallangga. Islamic Education has an important role in instilling moral, ethical, and religious values that are the basis of the life of the nation and state. However, the challenge faced in PAI learning is the low motivation of students to learn which has an impact on the understanding and application of religious values in everyday life. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with a cyclical approach consisting of two cycles, referring to the classroom action research framework developed by Kemmis and McTaggart, involving 28 students. The research results from the first cycle showed that the majority of students were in the moderate category, with scores ranging from 59% to 73%. In the second cycle, all students managed to reach the “High” category, with scores ranging from 76% to 90%, reflecting the success of the teaching method applied. These findings suggest that PjBL is effective in increasing students' motivation by giving them control over the learning process and encouraging active participation in collaborative projects. This study concludes that PjBL can significantly improve students' engagement and achievement in Islamic Religious Education. Keywords: project-based learning, learning motivation, Islamic Religious Education.

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing, digital human resource (HR) competence, and social media communication response on consumer trust in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with customer engagement acting as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by the increasing importance of digital marketing in strengthening consumer trust, particularly among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that often face limitations in technological capability and human resources. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach involving 100 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City that actively utilize social media as a marketing platform. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that content marketing, digital human resource (HR) competence, and communication responsiveness on social media positively and significantly influence consumer trust. Customer engagement also has a direct and significant effect on consumer trust. However, the mediation analysis reveals that customer engagement does not significantly mediate the relationship between content marketing, digital human resource (HR) competence, communication response, and consumer trust. These results suggest that consumer trust in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is primarily shaped directly by content quality, digital capabilities, and professional communication rather than by engagement mechanisms. The study contributes theoretically by strengthening the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Customer Engagement Theory in the context of digital marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In practical terms, the findings provide strategic insights for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to sustainably and competitively improve consumer trust through consistent content, enhanced digital competence, and responsive communication in the digital era. Keywords: content marketing, digital HR competence, communication response, consumer trust, MSMEs, customer engagement.
