Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has a lot of tourism potential,including diverse natural beauty, unique and diverse culture, and historical heritagesites. One of them is in the East Java area, precisely in the Mojokerto Pacet Tourismarea. Instagram has become a very popular social media in various parts of the worldbecause it allows users to share photographic content and follow the lives of theirfavorite celebrities. Now, Pacet tourism has an Instagram account, namely WISATAPACET TRAWAS (@wisatapacet) which currently has 8,533 followers. This accountcontains information on tourism, culinary, culture, and local wisdom of Pacet. Thisaccount is used as one of the online promotion strategies for pacing tourism. This studyaims to analyze the effectiveness of Instagram social media as an online promotion strategy for Pacet tourism and analyze the characteristics of @wisatapace Instagramcontent as an online promotion strategy for Pacet tourism. This research leads toqualitative research using library research method. Based on the results of the research,it can be concluded that social media is quite effective as a tourism area promotionstrategy because digital media users, namely Instagram, are quite in demand by internetusers. The content of @wisatapaset's content is less varied and innovative. Suggestionsthat can be conveyed from this research are for @wisatapacet Instagram contentmanagers to pay more attention to posts about Pacet tourist destinations and can beadded with Pacet culinary information or others so as to increase visitors who travel toPacet. The account manager can add a special section that holds social media to makeit more effective in promoting.

Abstract

Indomaret is a real form of rapid economic development in the activities ofcompanies engaged in trade. Indomaret is widespread with very diversemarketing strategies. Starting from selecting locations, setting prices,promotions, to offering facilities and services that make customers feelcomfortable. This is also done at Indomaret Kalen in order to increase dailysales turnover. At Indomaret Kalen, various types of efforts are made toincrease sales turnover, marketing strategies are carried out as best aspossible to provide maximum results. However, sometimes Indomaret Kalenexperiences problems in implementing this marketing strategy, includingdeclining product quality and prices that are less affordable according to customer assumptions. To overcome these obstacles, Indomaret Kalenevaluates and analyzes market trends, creates product innovations,strengthens customer service, and creates product bundling promotions sothat the sales process does not face major losses and risks.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe how 5R activities are implementedbefore and after 5R enters PT PSE Prima Sukses. This company uses a 5Sculture so that the company environment is concise, neat, clean, wellmaintained and clean, where all employees participate in carrying out theseactivities. These regulations are regulated in accordance with the regulationsthat have been established by the company, where the 5R activities arecarried out in a structured manner with the formation of an AKK chairman ineach production line, in the form of picket members every day, with theformation of the committee to make it easier for 5R activities to run easilyand run more conducively Before the 5R program was only the responsibility of each individual, after the 5R program all employeesparticipated in the 5R activity program. Apart from that, having 5S activitiesin the production area can benefit the company if the 5S are implementedwell and can increase production productivity.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the partial influence of leadership styleon employee engagement at Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School.The type of research used is quantitative. The sample in this research wasemployees of Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School, a sample of 23respondents. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test,classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, andcoefficient of determination. Based on the research results, it shows thatleadership style partially has a significant positive effect on employeeengagement of Raden Rahmat Mojosari Vocational School employees. Thisresult was obtained with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 or a tcount value of3.555 > ttable 2.086.

Abstract

In the international political economy, Multinational Corporations (MNC)have an important role in international transactions. MNCs are growingrapidly, not only from developed countries, MNCs from developingcountries too, are currently growing rapidly. The existence of MNCs canhave a big influence in global politics, so that with economic influence this can be a source for establishing relationships with society and being able tolobby politically. Currently, many multinational companies in variouscountries have very large revenues, which can even exceed the income of acountry. Like the tik tok company, but in practice this Indonesian tik tokcompany stands on a dual platform which has been officially prohibited bythe Indonesian government since 25 September 2020. The prohibition iscontained in the Revised Minister of Trade Regulation number 50 of 2020concerning Provisions for Business Licensing, Advertising, Developmentand Supervision of Business Actors in trade. Through this electronic system,one of the aims is to harmonize the offline sales of goods by traders inmarkets and other offline shops.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the impact of elections on Indonesia'seconomic growth. Descriptive event study research which tests whether ornot there is a market reaction due to an event, as well as secondary data fromvarious references, the research results come from data that has beenprocessed by previous researchers. The research results show that the 2024election will not reduce Indonesia's economic growth but will tend toincrease economic growth. This is due to the encouragement of electionspending and investor confidence in the conduciveness of Indonesia'seconomic growth.

Abstract

Petirtaan Jolotundo is a spring that was built into a lakeattack by the Ancient Medang kingdom. The benefits of Jolotundo springs arrivecurrently felt by society. The Village Government established HIPAMas an organization that regulates water distribution to the community. There ispotential for commercialization of springs for community welfare. HIPAMhas a turnover of IDR 5,930,000 per month which is used asspring water distribution operations and community welfare. ConclusionIn this research, commercialization of Jolotundo springs can be achievedprovide welfare to the community and provide servicesbetter.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementationenvironmental economics based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) inIndonesia in improving people's welfare and savingnatural resources. By focusing on gap analysis between objectivesexpected and the reality that occurs, this research uses the methodqualitative with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through observation,interviews, and documentation to understand the implementation of SDGs effectivelycomprehensive. The research results show that the implementation of the SDGs has been achievedmake a positive contribution in improving community welfareand saving natural resources in Indonesia. Programs thatfocused on developing local economy, agriculture, infrastructureenvironment, as well as proven savings in energy, water and raw materialseffective. Inter-sector coordination, community participation and collectionAccurate data is the key to success in implementing SDGs.The implication of this research is the need to develop more effective strategies for managing natural resources sustainably.Policy recommendations include improving coordination between sectors,strengthening community participation, and using innovative technology.Thus, the implementation of SDGs-based environmental economics can be achievedbecome the basis for improving community welfare and maintainingsustainability of natural resources in Indonesia. In conclusion, evaluatethe effectiveness of implementing SDGs-based environmental economics isan important step in achieving sustainable development goals.It requires joint efforts from the government, society and various sectorsstakeholders to ensure successful implementation andsustainable.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media sosial telah menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Identifikasi target audiens yang relevan, pembuatan konten informatif dan interaktif, serta kolaborasi dengan influencer menjadi faktor kunci dalam kampanye SDGs melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai referensi terkait penggunaan media sosial untuk SDGs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap SDGs. Kolaborasi dengan influencer dan pengembangan konten interaktif menjadi strategi yang berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan kampanye. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi dan analisis data juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye SDGs melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan media sosial dalam mencapai SDGs. Implikasi praktisnya adalah pengembangan strategi kampanye yang lebih efektif dan kreatif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media sosial dapat menjadi alat yang powerful dalam mencapai SDGs dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif. Kolaborasi, konten yang relevan, dan evaluasi kinerja menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam kampanye SDGs melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital telah menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) serta kontribusi pada Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dalam era digital, pemasaran digital memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mencapai target market yang lebih luas dan efektif tanpa adanya batasan geografis atau waktu. Pemasaran digital juga memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan pada SDGs. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pasar, jangkauan, daya saing dan penjualan. Hal ini akan berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 8 “Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan”.
