A total sample of 45 breast cancer patients was taken by total sampling that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The results showed that there were 15 people (16.00) of chemotherapy drugs using the platinum base and antrasiklin for 30 people (26.50). Man Whitney test results obtained p <0.007 indicates that the value (p) <0.05 (p = 0.000). Conclusion: So this study concludes that there is a relationship between chemotherapy and the incidence of anaemia in breast cancer patients at RSCM Aceh Utara.

Abstract Neurofibromas are benign peripheral nerve sheath tumors. They arise from schwann cells and fibroblasts of the connective tissue of the endothelium. Of the 25% to 45% neurofibromas that arise in the head and neck region, only 4% involve the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Here we report one such case in a 18 years old male who presented to us with complaints of swelling n his left cheek since a year ago which often felt to shrink and then enlarge again and also complains of several other symptoms like watering of the left eye frequently, nasal obstruction, and also crooked tooth. The mass was histologically confirmed to be a neurofibroma, but Computer tomography and panoramic image leads it to dentigerous cyst.

Abstract : Diabetes Mellitus (DM) has become a global health threat in the 21st century. DM sufferers are increasing, according to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) in 2017, the number of DM sufferers in the world is 7.5 million people and is predicted to be 9.5 million in 2017. In 2045, Indonesia itself was ranked 7th out of 10 countries with the most DM at the age of 20-79 years and ranked 4th out of 10 countries with the largest population of undiagnosed. This study aim to determine the antihyperglycemia activity of Nanoherbal Extract of Solanum lycopersicum. This is an experimental study in which the research group was divided into seven groups, each including five rats weighing 200-250 grams. Which are (normal group, negative group, metformin, nanoherbal 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg/kgBW). Rats were induced by STZ 55 mg/kgBW + NCT 120 mg/kgBW until the blood glucose is above 200 mg/dL. The highest level of SOD is the control group 63.984 ± 2,065 ng/mL and the lowest is negative group is 18,173 ± 2,130 ng/mL. For group that given treatment show that the highest SOD level is in dose 200 mg/kgBW 77,603 ± 3,089 ng/mL and the lowest is in dose 25 mg/kgBW 33,612 ± 1,477 ng/mL and the group given metformin is 69,546 ± 3,128 ng/mL. The highest level of Insulin is the control group 305,573 ± 5,51ng/mL and the lowest is negative group is 48,5366 ± 2,44 ng/mL. For group that given treatment show that the highest insulin level is in dose 200 mg/kgBW 305,939 ± 4,999 ng/mL and the lowest is in dose 25 mg/kgBW 73,938 ± 4,38 ng/mL and the group given metformin is 300,176 ± 10,072 ng/mL. Nanoherbal of Solanum lycopersicum has antihyperglycemia activity by increasing the level of insulin and SOD.

Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to see the relationship between self determination and alienation in adolescents Subject and methods: e : This study uses a quantitative research design with the type of correlation. The number of research samples as many as three hundred and seventy six students obtained based on simple random sampling method that has certain criteria. Data was collected using an alienation scale and a self-determination scale. Result: The results showed that there was a negative correlation between self determination and alienation in adolescents which reached 42.2%. When viewed based on the aspect correlation between aspects of the alienation variable and self determination, the highest aspect is the aspect of normlesness, while the lowest is the aspect of powerlessness. The correlation between the aspects of the self determination variable and alienation shows that the relatedness aspect has the highest correlation, while the lowest is the competence aspect. Conclusion: There is a correlation between self determination and alienation in adolescents. Alienation is influenced by intrinsic motivation, namely self determination.

Abstract Introduction: The vagina is normally inhabited by a number of organism, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, diphteroids, Candida and others. Normal vaginal flora contains aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, such as Lactobacillus species being the prominent microorganism with number more than 95% of the total bacteria present. Vaginal discharge can be classified into physiologic and pathologic discharge. Discussion: Bacterial vaginosis is a clinical syndrome caused by the alteration of Lactobacillus Sp that producing hydrogen peroxide with anaerobic bacteria that caused the disruption of the normal flora balance. Risk factors of bacterial vaginosis are sexual activity, vaginal douching, genetic, vaginal manipulation, smoking and using the intrauterine device. Diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis can be enforced by the gram staining and the calculation of Nugent score (positive diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis if nogent score 7-10). Amsel score can also be conducted if the Nugent score examination cannot be performed. Amsel score criteria consists of white homogen vaginal discharge, fishy odor (positive Whift test), pH > 4.5, and the finding of clue cell. The discovery of 3 citeria of Amsel can confirm the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis. Treatment of bacterial vaginosis including systemic and topical therapy. Systemic antibiotic such as metronidazole and clindamycin is effective against the anaerob bacteria. Conclusion: bacterial vaginosis in an abnormal condition in the vagina caused by the overgrowth of anaerobic bacteria replacing the Lactobacillus hominis that caused the change of normal acidic pH vagina into alkaline. Amsel criteria and Nugent score can be requested to confirm the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis. Proper diagnosis and treatment with metronidazole and clindamycin can improve the disease.

This study aims to examine in depth about the stress coping behavior of workers who experience job cuts (layoffs) during COVID-19. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. Selection of location and research subjects using purposeful sampling techniques. The subjects numbered three people, namely workers who experienced job cuts (layoffs) during the COVID-19 period who lived in Securai Village babalan district of Langkat regency. The data collection methods in this study used interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and inference. The study also used all three triangulation of resources, technique, and time. The results of the Depression Anxiety Stress Disorder (DASS 42) questionnaire showed that all three subjects experienced mild stress with an assessment of roughly 18. The stress experienced by the three subjects in the form of sadness, upset, anxious, confused and discouraged when experiencing job cuts (layoffs). The results showed that all three subjects did the coping process, the first initial assessment, secondary assessment, and reassessment and decision. This aims to find out the cause of the problem that occurs, then the three subjects do stress coping. The three subjects used both forms of stress coping, namely problem focused of coping and emotion focused of coping. This can facilitate the process of handling the source of the problem that causes stress. As for a new findings from all three research subjects, the concept of self that affects coping stress is physical, social, moral and psychological
