Abstract

Bogor Valley Apartment and Hotel was built in November 2012.This high rise building consists of 2 towers of apartment and 1 tower of hotel. The apartment reaches 63,7m high with 22 stories and 2 semi basements and the hotel has 10 stories with no semi basement.This upperstructure evaluation of Bogor Valley Apartment and Hotel is based on Indonesian Seismic Code (SNI 03 – 1726 – 2012). Structure is modeled as similar as possible to existing structure. Structural element represents detail section in As Built Drawing. Loading structure in the form of dead load, live load, and seismic load. This structure has irregular shape and high enough stories so therefore using dynamic seismic load analysis is more suitable. Upper structure analysis is using SAP2000v14. As the result of calculations showed that structural element of Bogor Valley Apartment and Hotel building needs to be reviewed deeper because there are some elements that cant pass the requirements based on analyze of Indonesian Concrete Code (SNI 03 – 2847 – 2002).

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kerusakan jalan di Indonesia umumnya disebabkan oleh pembebanan yang berlebihan akibat dari pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan yang sangat tinggi. Selain karena faktor beban, perkerasan itu sendiri merupakan hal utama yang mempengaruhi kerusakan jalan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pintu keluar tol Ungaran saat ini masih sering menimbulkan kemacetan. Hal ini disebabkan arus lokal di sekitar jalan tersebut cukup tinggi sehingga menyebabkan jalan lokal dengan kapasitas 9 meter untuk 2 lajur 2 arah tidak lagi mampu menampung arus lalu-lintas pada arus puncak. Penerapan sistem sinyal di simpang Sidomulyo oleh Dinas Perhubungan yang diharapkan mampu mengurangi kemacetan belum menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, peneliti bermaksud menyusun program rencana penanggulangan kemacetan pintu keluar tol Ungaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemacetan lalu-lintas di Jalan Letjend Soeprapto Ungaran, sehingga dapat disusun program rencana tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas tersebut. Penelitian ini merujuk pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dan didasari teori simpang sebidang bersinyal dan teori simpang sebidang tak bersinyal. Penyusunan penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis permasalahan berdasarkan data hasil survai lapangan dan data lalu lintas Dinas Perhubungan, dikombinasikan dengan solusi logis dari tinjauan pustaka yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa penurunan kinerja simpang Sidomulyo Ungaran disebabkan oleh; 1) Peningkatan fungsi Jalan Letjend Soeprapto yang merupakan jalan lokal dan digunakan untuk arus lokal, terbebani oleh arus luar kota sehingga volume kendaraan secara otomatis meningkat, 2) Perkembangan kawasan industri dan perumahan di kota Ungaran, 3) Berdekatan dengan alun-alun yang merupakan pusat aktifitas dan hiburan masyarakat Ungaran dan sekitarnya. Dengan melihat fakta-fakta yang ada, peneliti dapat memberikan program rencana untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membandingkan dua skenario; 1) melakukan pelebaran jalan sepanjang 1,5 meter per ruas dengan cycle time tetap, 2) melakukan pelebaran jalan sepanjang 1,5 meter dengan cycle time dihitung ulang. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa perubahan pengaturan pergerakan dan penyesuaian waktu siklus memberikan suatu peningkatan kinerja terhadap sistem lalu-lintas yang ada di persimpangan Sidomulyo. Pada skenario 1 waktu tunggu lebih banyak (dengan cycle time 100 detik) dibandingkan skenario 2 (dengan cycle time 85 detik). Selain itu dari data rekapitulasi yang diperoleh dapat dilihat bahwa rata-rata DS antara skenario 1 dan skenario 2 tidak jauh beda, akan tetapi skenario 2 memiliki delay yang lebih baik sehingga skenario 2 lebih cocok digunakan dibandingkan dengan skenario 1. Kata Kunci : Kemacetan, Simpang Sidomulyo, Skenario Satu dan Skenario Dua ABSTRACT The toll exit of Ungaran recently still causes congestion. This is due to the local flow around the road is high, causing a local road with capacity of 9 meters for two-lane two-way no longer able to accommodate the traffic flow at a peak flow. The application of the signal system at Sidomulyo intersection by the Department of Transportation that expected to be able to reduce congestion has not shown significant changes. Based on these facts, researchers intend to develop a prevention plan program to address the congestion in the toll exit of Ungaran. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the traffic jam on Letjend Soeprapto Street of Ungaran, so the program can be set up to do an action plan to address the problem of traffic congestion. This study refers to the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 and based on signaled plot intersection theory and non-signaled plot intersection theory. Compilation of research carried out by the analysis of problems based on the data from surveys and the traffic data of the Department of Transportation, combined with a logical solution of the existing literature. Based on the analysis, it is known that the performance degradation of Sidomulyo intersection of Ungaran caused by the: 1) function improvement of the Letjend Soeprapto Street which is a local road and used for local stream, burdened by the current out of town so it automatically increases the volume of vehicle, 2) development of industrial zones and residential in Ungaran city, 3) adjacent to the plaza which is the center of activities and entertainment of Ungaran society and its surrounding. By looking at the existing facts, researchers can provide a program plan to address these problems by comparing two scenarios: 1) widening 1.5 meters of road per segment with a fixed cycle time, 2) widening 1.5 meters of road with recalculation of the cycle time. From the analysis can be known that the setting movement changing and adjustment of the cycle time provides a performance improvement against the traffic system on the Sidomulyo intersection. In scenario one more waiting time (with a cycle time of 100 seconds) compared to scenario 2 (with a cycle time of 85 seconds). In addition, the recapitulation of the obtained data shows that the DS average between scenario 1 and scenario 2 is not much different, but the scenario 2 has a better delay so that the second scenario is more suitable compared to the scenario 1. Abstract

Electrokinetic is one of the improvement methods that can be used to reducing water content of the expansive soil, by way of setting the right distance configuration of katode and anode which carrying electricity to the soil in definite distance and period. This research using accu zuur as stabilizer that helps to release water particle and flow the water from anode to katode as manifesatation of electroosmosis tendency. Results show optimum conditions from stabilization is on 20% of accu zuur, 24 hours of electrokinetics period, 25cm distance of electrode configuration and 56x of compaction.It gives results the rising of shear strength 3,557 kg/cm3 from native soil 1,799 kg/cm3. Swelling potential also decrease to 0,46% with swell pressure 0 kPa. The conclusion is accu zuur only has a function to reduce water content of the soil and lime can bind the soil particle of expansive clay soil,so the swell turn smaller than before.

Abstract

Ambarawa is a small town in Central Java. The location is between the two major cities of Semarang and Yogyakarta. In the development of an increase in the density of traffic on the road Theater - MGR Soegijaapranata Ambarawa traffic density is due to the market Ambarawa have very solid activity around it and the narrowing of the road in front of the market. Therefore the construction of the ring road Ambarawa done. In the process of the construction of the ring road is a problem with the bridge construction Tambakboyo. The problem is the soil avalanche oprit pile on one side of the abutment. To address the problems with the structure of the solution taken Millipedes. The solution was taken because the original soil conditions where there is very unstable old former underground streams that support native land oprit heap. Oprit caused landslides on a sloping abutments, so it needs to be jacked back into position. The slope is not going to happen because the abutment unstable. To handle oprit While, based on the analysis and calculations, selected spoon piles with a diameter of 45 cm in the construction of the bridge 120 meters long millipede. Spoon piles Depth varies from 15 meters to 19 meters. To bind each pile pilecap are associated with beams. With the improvement in oprit expected to provide stability for the abutment and landslides again.

Abstract

Kabupaten Demak merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di daerah pesisir pantai Pulau Jawa. Demak merupakan salah satu daerah yang rawan terjadi banjir yang dipengaruhi oleh sungai Wulan. Sungai Wulan merupakan percabangan  dari Sungai Lusi dan Sungai Serang dimana kedua aliran sungai ini di tampung ke Bendung Klambu, Kab. Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. Setelah itu mengalir ke pintu air Wilalung, pintu ini memiliki  Sembilan pintu air yang dibangun pada saat zaman kolonial Belanda yang berlokasi di Dukuh Babalan, Desa Kalirejo, Kecamatan Undaan, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi di Demak yaitu masalah banjir dengan genangan yang cukup lama. Perbaikan penampang pada daerah aliran sungai Wulan dapat menjadi alternatif penanganan masalah yang tepat untuk wilayah tersebut, muka air laut yang tinggi dan mengalami penurunan tanah. Perbaikan penampang aliran sungai Wulan ini meliputi perencanaan pengerukan dasar sungai dan tanggul sungai. Perhitungan debit banjir rencana 50 tahun menggunakan pemodelan HEC-HMS 4.0. Debit banjir rencana untuk perencanaan ini adalah 1754,9 m3/detik. Perencanaan perbaikan sungai menggunakan model HEC-RAS dengan debit rencana hasil dari program HEC-HMS 4.0. Penampang direncanakan berbentuk trapesium dengan lebar bawah 70 m dan kemiringan 1 : 3. Ada beberapa tanah hasil galian yang digunakan untuk penimbunan tanggul sungai agar tidak semua tanah dibuang, sehingga tidak memerlukan adanya biaya tambahan untuk membeli tanah urugan. Proyek ini menelan biaya sebesar Rp. 1.533.642.964.000,00.

Abstract

A Multifunctional building to support learning activities has become an urgent need for the faculty of engineering of UNDIP as some departments have limited lecture rooms. The Construction of such building is a solution for better and comfortable lecture facilities at the Faculty of Engineering. The building structure is design as SRPMK or Special Moment Resisting Frame based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-2847-2002. The structure analysis and design of the building was conducted using a structural analysis program and Cad software. This thesis looks into structural design of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Lifts, Beam-Coloumn Joints, Tie Beam and Fondations.

Abstract

 Shelter of BRT Semarang is a facility that specifically designed as a stopping Bus Rapid Transit in accordance with the Decision of the Director General of Land Transportation N0: 271/HK.105/DRJD/96 and APTA Standard 2010, as the local Government's efforts to provide public transportation. Based on the background then performed research BRT shelter performance. Descriptive method is applied to explain the performance of BRT shelter. The results along the BRT route Ungaran - Terboyo showed some shelter that are less the standard, such as the shelter is too small dimensions, the distance between the shelter that do not fit, and there is support land/resurrection is not accommodated by the shelter of BRT. Even a few passengers ever climbed/descended outside the shelter. Therefore, from the existing 63 shelters needed some advice, first required the construction of 16 new shelter location points so that the users who have not been able to reach the shelter can be accommodated; need to increase 3 shelter, 1 shelter need to renovation and removal of 2 shelter that is not optimal; the second need to be given direction for users shelters BRT not to use an emergency exit to descend and climbed into bus.

Abstract

Beberapa waktu belakangan ini, dikembangkan suatu metoda baru dalam pembuatan beton yang berbeda dari beton konvensional, dimana agregat kasar dalam beton diharapkan dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal terhadap mutu beton. Metoda ini disebut metoda prepacked. Dengan metoda ini, agregat kasar yang ditempatkan terlebih dahulu di dalam bekisting akan saling mengunci satu sama lain (interlocking) dan menimbulkan gaya saling aksi (interaction). Perlu diperhatikan mortar yang akan digunakan dalam beton prepacked haruslah mortar yang mampu mengisi celah kecil yang ada di antara partikel agregat kasar tanpa mengganggu susunan agregat kasar yang sudah ditempatkan di dalam bekisting. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap mortar mengenai pengaruh faktor air semen serta gradasi pasir terhadap flowability dan sifat fisik dan mekanik mortar dan juga bagaimana pengaruh interlocking dan interaction terhadap karakteristik beton prepacked. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai faktor air semen dan gradasi pasir sangat berpengaruh terhadap flowability dan sifat fisik dan mekanik mortar. Pengaruh interlocking dan interaction juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kuat tarik belah beton, namun dalam kapasitas kuat tekan beton masih kurang maksimal karena lemahnya interface antara agregat kasar dengan mortar sehingga harus diteliti lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan mutu lekatan antara agregat kasar dan mortar.

Abstract

Flood is one of the disaster which often happened in Semarang city. Many negative impact arising from flood disaster, such as loss of victim or material. One of the handling solution is  developed flood shelter. Some region of Semarang cityhave own flood shelter, so in this case we need to identify of elegibility and improvement. Identification location of flood shelter are in Beringin Watershed Semarang which consists of 6 Kelurahan, namely Kelurahan Wates, Kelurahan Wonosari, Kelurahan Mangunharjo, Kelurahan Mangkang Wetan, Kelurahan Gondorio, and Kelurahan Beringin. Data obtained from the field survey,with existing data of flood shelter that has been there. Sources of criteria for  flood shelter location are sphere project handbook, 2011, Health Minister’s decision on the minimum sandart of health problems caused by disaster prevention and handling of refugees, and egulations of BPBD. Some regions like Sub-District of Wonosari require a building in the form of House Podium and emergency doorstep. Because the location have bank- bank resulting the pursuing of evacuating and handling. Besides, some shelter pitched a tent of the size according to requirement to accomodate lacking of room for refugee in shelter. But, people arround the riverbanks should keep the environment clean and not littering, so can decrease the impact of flood.
