Abstract

If we look at the analysis of the position of reason in Islam, then Islam really glorifies reason. While most people have the full spectrum of intelligence, individuals exhibit different cognitive traits. "Tadabbur is the attention of the heart through sight in noticing the result." Here will be described intelligence in the conception of the Qur'an. These three intelligences will have implications for other intelligences. Universal intelligence, intelligence that affects various aspects of human life. Understanding Intelligence Intelligence is rooted in the word 'intelligent' which in English is called intelligent, educated, shrewd, clever, mentally agile. It is Allah who introduces (instinct) through reason (himself)". So it is hoped that from here, a conception of intelligence is born in the conception of Islamic education which is based on the Qur'an. In the Qur'an more than 10 times its contents are about motivation to use reason, weigh, think, contemplate and others. In fact, in addition to the word at tafakkur (التفكّر) contained in the Qur'an (QS. The theories of intelligence above which even though they are called Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) are still built on a rational basis that gives birth to secularism. Then the prefix is given ' ke' and the suffix 'an', becomes intelligence which in English is called 'intelligence'.

Abstract

Identity is a visible display, attached to the individual. When Islam as a teaching is applied to individuals, cultural acculturation is born. There is an easily obtained tolerance, so rigidity is possible to avoid. That is ideal in theory. However, at the level of social practice, it is not easy to obtain. Negative sentiments are often expressed, when a community finds an individual who is different by "appearance", so that judgments are often premature, which in the end only becomes a misguided statement.

Abstract

One of the educational problems faced by the Indonesian people is the low quality of education at every level and unit of education, especially primary and secondary education. The 21st century is a momentum full of challenges for developing countries like Indonesia. The existence of integrated quality management in education is not a management strategy that appears suddenly, but has been motivated by the development of scientific management, and the development of the industrial world in Japan, America and England. When we talk about School-Based Quality Improvement Management (MPMBS), it cannot be separated from total quality management in education which is often referred to as total quality education (TQE). Therefore, to improve the quality of education in schools, it is necessary to implement integrated quality management in education and MPMBS is a part of it.

Da'wah is one of the efforts to bridge the wide gap and act as a trigger for social change. Campus, Campus is an intellectual entity that has an important role in implementing Islamic values for the campus community. Campus da'wah is a form of activity to transform Islamic values in a rational contextual perspective. In an effort to carry out its activities, da'wah remains important and maintains the basic values of Islamic teachings. In conducting this campus da'wah research, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature study accompanied by references to facts in the field. This research is motivated by the condition of the people who currently understand that their religion is still textual and not many have a contextual perspective. For example, during the Covid-19 pandemic where attitudes, places and distances occur, campus da'wah can still be carried out by following the health protocols set by the government, namely using masks and maintaining distance.

Abstract

As a guide to human life, of course the Qur'an does not only discuss the divine (spiritual) aspect but also includes the temporal (worldly) aspect of man; not only related to mental problems but also external problems; covers not only personal problems but also social problems, not only occult problems but also scientific problems. Science and technology are part of human needs - have many roles in the happiness of human life, they must also receive a spark from God's Word. So, in general, Muslims think that the Qur'an does not contradict scientific findings, instead it gives a signal for humans to develop it in accordance with the Qur'an's invitation to continuously meditate on Allah's verses. Like scientific interpretation, it is also an ijtihad that can be scientifically proven even though it still has shortcomings. At the same time, the psychological effect of this version of the interpretation on the reader is much stronger than other interpretations due to the scientific evidence - which is often undeniable and can be reviewed by anyone using the same method.

Abstract

Today's Islamic politics cannot be separated from the role of Islamic political thinkers and actors in the world. Social and political changes that continue to occur in the Islamic world are part of the impact of the widespread influence of earlier Islamic political thought. One of the leading thinkers whose ideas were very broad was Ali Shari'ati. He did not see religion as a scientific specialty or a culture, but he made it an ideology and a school of thought. This means understanding religion as a humanitarian, historical and intellectual movement.
