Abstract

One cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation is the traditional Etu boxing tradition. Apart from being loaded with various skills and skills for self-defense, studying the Etu custom is also to test the virility and courage of youths in Nagekeo Regency, which is rich with the traditions surrounding it. Sports reviewing Etu customs are rich in socio-cultural values and philosophical meanings. This study aims to determine: 1) The noble values contained in Etu sports, 2) Describe the formation of Community Character in Etu sports, and 3). Describing Sports Activities For Schools. in the Nagekeo district of East Nusa Tenggara, and saw the process of inheriting the traditional Etu sport of boxing from generation to generation. This study uses a data approach obtained using Miles Matthew's analysis. B and Huberman Michael, which consists of three stages, namely data reduction and data presentation, and ends with concluding. The results of the study show that the study of Etu adat is not just a sport. Sport observing the Etu custom is a means to gain movement experience, which is helpful for the growth and development of physical and fitness, mental and courage, in addition to uniting and familiarizing one another, but values and meaning in society. The process of inheriting the traditional Etu boxing tradition has also been going well until now

Abstract

Pasuruan Regency is an area with potential for landslides, particularly along the Arjuno-Welirang Slope and the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS). Geographical conditions, high slopes, and andosols and litosols that are easily eroded, further exacerbated by human activities such as land-use changes, lead to increasingly high landslide potentials. The TNBTS Area and Arjuna-Welirang Mountains are priority destinations for national tourism. Therefore, efforts for disaster risk reduction are imperative. Assessment of landslide hazard levels is necessary as a basis for landslide mitigation. The analysis used to assess landslide susceptibility was the overlay of two maps: a map of landslide-potential zones and a map of potential runout zones produced from the model by Horton et al. (2008) employing the flow direction algorithm. Analysis results indicate that landslide hazards in Pasuruan Regency mostly comprise the low hazard (29,924.73 hectares), followed by high landslide hazard (17,421.39 hectares), and moderate landslide hazard (2,161.8 hectares). The high hazard level is found in Tosari District due to being located close to Mount Bromo, whereas low hazard levels are mostly seen in lowland areas.

Abstract

Maternal and child health is a national policy which is one of the strategic plans that is about making pregnancy safer. One of the main strategies being implemented is to increase access to and reach of quality maternal and neonatal health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality. PolAc-D is a web-based application that has been designed to monitor the health of pregnant women and fetuses. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of the PolAc-D application. The research method is a survey with a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, the sample used is all midwives in the working area of the Langsa Baro Health Center, totaling 47 people. The results of the study obtained a total score of 2,136, an average score of 45.4, for a maximum score of 53 and a minimum score of 39. These results mean that the evaluation of the use of the PolAc-D application is very good, both in terms of use, application features that are easy to understand and according to the services carried out every day by midwives in providing services.

Abstract

Disease infection is a disease that is still a health problem in Indonesia Indonesia. This is because the prescription of antibiotics is very high with the use of drugs that are too high no wise so that will Upgrade happening resistance. To describe the use of antibiotics qualitatively reviewed with method Gyssens in hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo. Study this is study observational use data retrospective. subject The study consisted of inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Wonosobo Hospital who received therapy antibiotics in period January – December 2021. Use of antibiotics using qualitative methods from January to December 2021 there is 53 case patient which has observed, rated from the accuracy of the indication, the dose of antibiotics, duration gift, long gift, route, intervals gift and price antibiotics obtained results 74 % use antibiotics already correct/rational and 26 % prescription which still not yet right/irrational. Use antibiotics which rational could prevent happening antibiotic resistance. use which right/right will optimizing effectiveness antibiotics in hinder the development of good bacteria in the right indication, the right dose, the right administration, the right route that benefits in process service use therapy antibiotics which true/correct

Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease from an infected person carrying the virus to people who are susceptible to contracting it. The role of the family in preventing the spread of the epidemic. Families are at the forefront to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. method. using a survey method with a cross-sectional design to identify the relationship between the level of family knowledge and the effectiveness of the covid 19 vaccination. Results. . In the implementation of prevention of covid 19, as many as 355 family heads with a percentage of 64.50% implement the protocol for preventing covid 19. There are still many parents who have not vaccinated 308 families (56%). The level of sufficient knowledge is 51% with a total of 280 families. The Kupang City government's commitment to preventing covid 19 in children is mostly due to several things, including the point of administering vaccinations that is not accessible to the public as many as 208 heads with a result of 67%. Conclusion. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the level of knowledge on the effectiveness of the covid 19 vaccination at the Kupang City Health Center in 2022. The behavioral factors of parents, the level of knowledge of covid 19 transmission in children, covid 19 vaccination in parents, and maintaining health protocols have a very significant impact. transmission of the coronavirus to children who live at home with their parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital to Total Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Assets on Profit Growth. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research is a Manufacturing company in the Plastic and Packaging Sub-Sector for the 2015-2020 period. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 10 companies from 14 companies. Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with IBM SPSS 25.0 analysis tool. From the results of data processing, it is concluded that Working Capital to Total Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets have no significant effect on Profit Growth, while Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Profit Growth

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problems that exist in PT Sabang Merauke Trading as an importer of products where the development of the business sector as an importer is an opportunity for small companies for sub-sectoral jobs. Take advantage of opportunities to reach consumers, creating competition between similar technology service companies. This also makes every company have to innovate creative marketing strategies in selling the services offered to the target audience. PT SABANG MERAUKE TRADING (SMT), is a service company, which was founded in 2017 and is engaged in importer services. Constraints that often occur are when the project work schedule is under these circumstances, the need for leadership directions, company motivation and good work discipline between field of work at PT SABANG MERAUKE TRADING (SMT) Indonesia so that employee performance can be followed up as soon as possible so as not to cause disappointment from consumers. The results of the study stated that work motivation and discipline have an influence on employee performance, while leadership has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Visualization of renal artery variations is a prerequisite for kidney donors. Polar variations and number of renal arteries were identified using several prost processing techniques Renal CT Angiography. Objective : To identify variations in the number and polarity of the renal arteries using MPR, MIP, CPR and 3D VR based on a literature review. Analysis with a literature review approach was carried out using secondary data sources from 2012-2022 scientific publication journal articles by comparing the number and polarity of the renal arteries from the MPR, MIP, CPR and 3D VR post-processing techniques on CT renal angiography. MIP and 3D VR are the optimal combination of post-processing techniques for identification of the number and polarity of the renal arteries. The combination of MIP and 3D VR post processing techniques is the optimal post processing technique in depicting the number and polar variations of the renal arteries
