Abstract

Trafficking in persons is an act that is inhumane and is a serious problem that must be resolved immediately. Indonesia is no longer a transit country but has also become a destination country for shipments and a sending country for victims of trafficking in persons. The mode that can occur in cases of trafficking in persons is through the Indonesian Migrant Workers mode. A person who is a victim of trafficking in persons is usually lured into working abroad with a large income. Trafficking in persons is a form of transnational crime, where there is usually involvement of people abroad and activities that occur across national borders. This research is a qualitative research with the research locus in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara and also in Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of sending victims of trafficking in persons and the reasons a person becomes a victim of trafficking in persons, and how the law is implemented in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic values ??are something that is valuable for the effort that has been given, which has advantages and can be compared with something else. Islamic values ??as a driving force that is inherent in a person's soul so that it becomes a way of life. The pattern of human behavior must follow Islamic values ??accompanied by appreciation in the human being so that certain thoughts, attitudes, and feelings will develop. This study aims to examine more deeply Hasan Langgulung's paradigm of appreciation of Islamic values ??in education. This research uses library research method with descriptive, conceptual, and psychological approaches. The results of this study indicate: appreciation of Islamic values ??is a type of human learning process in life, by following the law in the learning process without violating existing rules. The appreciation of Islamic values ??in oneself is accompanied by a learning process in the presence of a stimulus from humans to practice Islamic values ??in education and various certain values ??so that these actions will be rewarded from human practice. If Islamic values ??have become human guidelines, if the human does not live it in the form of practice, then the human will feel uncomfortable in his life.

Abstract

There are several types of built-up wetland systems, including subsurface runoff wetlands, surface runoff wetlands, and hybrid runoff wetlands. Among the three types, in this study, subsurface flow constructed wetlands were selected because they have the advantage of having smaller land requirements compared to other types of artificial land. In addition, this type of wetland is not mosquito-friendly because there is no standing water on its surface. This study used a batch and intermittent exposure system. The purpose of using this exposure system is to find out a good exposure system in removing Pb metal. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the batch exposure system is higher than the intermittent system, this is determined by the effectiveness of the highest Pb absorption in the batch system of 98.39% and the highest intermittent system of 91.06%.

Abstract

The implementation of the digital licensing system since 2018 in Indonesia through the OSS (online single submission) platform has fundamentally changed the licensing system in Indonesia, manual public services have been transformed into digital public services by merging 16 public service sectors in 18 ministries to the local government unified through a system OSS, this digital transformation of public services initially caused many problems, especially the limitations of local digital service infrastructure throughout Indonesia, but the preparation of this digital service provided a valuable lesson after the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesian people began to adapt to using digital public services, so that public services did not constrained even in a state of restrictions on community social activities due to the pandemic. This study uses a survey method to all people who use digital public services, to measure the level of public satisfaction with the transformation of digital services in Indonesia amid the preparation of digital public service facilities and infrastructure which are still limited and have not synchronized digital service applications used by the central and local governments. The research approach used is an exploratory case study on the level of satisfaction of public services in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2019-2021. Measurement of public services during the pandemic (2019-2021) shows a public satisfaction index with a value of 93.25 in the period before the pandemic (2019) and at the end of the pandemic (2021) with an index value of 90.03, the results of the study show public satisfaction in the restrictions social activities on pandemic era has a very good scale (A), this is because the public has been able to adapt for digital public services so as to make public services during the pandemic more efficient, effective, fast and easily accessible without the constraints of social restrictions.

Abstract

Based on previous research, already calculation of groundwater pollution index in Jabon Landfill, where from the calculation results of 12 well points in the area around TPA, the pollution index is included moderate pollution index. Based on that information, it is necessary for modeling perception of leachate penetration, to find out how far the radius of groundwater has been polluted by landfill leachate. This modeling is use minitab 17 software. Minitab was chosen because minitab is one of the most applicable software for engineering, and minitab provides a simple to understand alternative in performing statistical analysis. This study is use a non linear regression procedure to obtain a curve fitting. In this curve fitting analysis produces a formulation that can be applied to determine radius of dispersion of leachate penetration into groundwater, and based on this formulation can calculate the groundwater pollution index in the area around the landfill. Based on the calculation of the pollution index, radius 3691 meters from the landfill is classified as a moderate pollution index with a pollution index value of 9.0495. This research also evaluates the groundwater quality by mapping approach using a geographic information system. Geographic information system is an information system designed to work with spatially referenced data or geographic coordinates. So that it can provide more information about the quality of groundwater in the area.

Abstract

Bias in financial behavior has always been an interesting discussion to study, because what the eye sees is what will be believed even if it is not necessarily the truth, also because everyone always has different points of view and thoughts when they get the same information. The many types of bias that are present in behavioral finance theory, of course, provide a lot of information that opens our eyes, that so many of our behaviors that we often don't realize in dealing with matters related to finance, it will have an impact on the situation as well as decision making related to finance, such as investment decisions. Differences in technology used, war, and even global conditions such as the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world, will certainly provide various inputs for the development of this science. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), where this study tries to map the trends that occur regarding bias in financial behavior, also tries to predict where research is going on this, so that later it is hoped that it will provide new input and views for the world of behavioral finance, what needs to be explored at this time, what contributions are needed today, and can be an attraction for other researchers to examine biases in behavioral finance theory.
