Abstract

Indragiri Hilir has a coconut area of 351,526 Ha (BPS Riau, 2021). The coconut plantation commodity has become a development priority by placing it as a regional superior commodity. One of the efforts to increase the selling value of coconut products is in the context of increasing the acceptance of farmers or MSMEs in developing downstream products from coconut. The purpose of this activity is to calculate the potential and feasibility of developing downstream coconut products and developing technology for downstream coconut products. The area of smallholder coconut plantations in the identified Mandah sub-district is 35,304 ha spread over 17 villages with a production of 21,217.10 tons/year, Kuala Indragiri sub-district has been identified as covering an area of 36,673.79 ha, with a production of 19,943.6 tons/year, Kuala Enok is identified as an area of 38,244.73 ha with a production of 35,563.06 tons/year, Reteh District was identified with an area of 23,610.85 ha with a production of 25,405.18 tons/year. The superior products of coconut downstream in Indragiri Hilir Regency are coconut sugar (brown sugar), ant sugar, nata de coco, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), clear coconut oil while the feasibility of coconut downstream products that are feasible to develop for MSMEs in Indragiri Hilir district are MSMEs engaged in brown sugar, brown sugar and nata de coco products

Abstract

Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is one of the alternative commodities in food diversification. Apart from being a source of carbohydrates, orange-fleshed sweet potatoes contain lots of beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A) and antioxidants that contribute greatly to health. Efforts to improve the quality of orange sweet potatoes in quantity and quality are still very much needed, one of which is by crossing. The study aimed to obtain high-yielding orange-fleshed sweet potato lines from free crosses between female parent Beta-2 and male parent local sweet potato Lampung (LPG-01, LPG-03, LPG-06, LPG-11), Cilembu, Ayamurasaki. The method used in this selection is a single planting selection method by looking at the morphological characters of each line. Single planting selection is the initial selection after successful crossing. The results showed that of the 79 lines that were crossed by a female parent of Beta-2, there were 19 lines with orange flesh and high yields, namely Beta2 OP1, Beta2 OP3, Beta2 OP4, Beta2 OP6, Beta2 OP8, Beta2 OP19, Beta2 OP25, Beta2 OP30, Beta2 OP33, Beta2 OP34, Beta2 OP36, Beta2 OP38, Beta2 OP42, Beta2 OP43, Beta2 OP54, Beta2 OP58, Beta2 OP63, Beta2 OP73, Beta2 OP77

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) felt in the anatomical area of ??a person's body is affected by a load or pressure outside the tolerance limit, with various variations in the length of time the pain complaint process occurs. This pain is felt in the lumbar or lumbo-sacral area. Workers in the batik industry may be at risk of LBP caused by work activities, such as bending, repetitive or monotonous movements, using work equipment and a non-ergonomic work environment. This study aims to minimize the risk factors for LBP in batik creative industry workers. The population of this study were all batik artisans in the written batik industry in Wukirsari Village, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, totaling 1,021 people. The sample of this study was obtained by random sampling, to determine the sample using a lottery number and the name of the batik maker, totaling 60 batik people. The inclusion criteria for the sample of this study included female gender, writing batik work, working sitting using a chair. The sample consisted of a treatment group and a control group, each consisting of 30 batik makers, hereinafter referred to as respondents. The research instruments include: meter, microthoice, scales, chair, batik hurdle, and NBM questionnaire. Ergonomic work chair design for batik size: height of seat holder = 30 cm; length of seat holder = 40 cm; seat width = 37 cm; high back of chair = 43 cm; seat back width = 37 cm. Modification of batik gawangan is to redesign batik gawangan, material from bamboo diameter of about 3 cm, with size: height = 88 cm, width = 158 cm, 4-legged pieces, equipped with 3 watt LED lights. The results of the NBM in the treatment group decreased skeletal muscle complaints into criteria: low 96.7% and moderate 3.3%. The control group had skeletal muscle disorders criteria: low 23.3%, moderate 46.7%, high 20% and very high 10%. While the results of the t-test from the NBM data each of the 30 respondents between the treatment group and the control group, the value of p = 0.000 means that there are significant differences between respondents who use chairs and ergonomic modification modifications with respondents who use dingklik and gawangan which is old. The conclusion is that the use of chairs and modifications of the ergonomic batik wrestling can minimize the risk factors for LBP in the workers of the written batik creative industry

The research is normative legal research using two approaches, namely the empirical juridical approach and the normative juridical approach. The policies taken by the National Land Agency are not by the procedures and mechanisms stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs Number 9 of 1999, concerning procedures for the use of state land, as well as residents occupying land registers, were not used as an object in the formulation of policies and procedures for handling land registration conflicts. The village government is only a 3rd party, namely an intermediary. Procedures for handling land conflicts in the register include: submitting a complaint to the BPN, completing files, collecting authentic data, conducting the mediation, changing data, submitting old judges, and issuing legal co

The reason Judges give decisions for civil servants who get divorced without superiors' permission is because the principle function of court decisions is to protect in realizing social justice for all Indonesian people, trials are carried out for the sake of justice based on belief in one and only God, the principle of independence of judges, that judicial power is state power. which is independent, the principle of the court may not refuse cases, the judge is obliged to explore, follow and understand the value of law and the sense of justice that lives in society. Abstract

Divorce is the release of the marriage bond or the dissolution of the marriage relationship. Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage defines divorce as the dissolution of a marriage, this explanation can be read in Chapter VIII (dissolution of marriage and its consequences). Anyone can experience marriage and divorce, including those who have jobs as civil servants. In accordance with PP No. 45 of 1990, if a Civil Servant wants to divorce beforehand he must report and ask for permission from his superiors to carry out the divorce. But in practice, permission from superiors as a requirement for civil servant divorce is difficult to issue from superiors who wish to divorce. So that in some cases the court gave divorce decisions to Civil Servants without a letter of permission from their superiors. This is the topic of the problem that the author wants to examine in this paper. The formulation of the problem is how and what is the basis for judges in deciding divorce cases for civil servants who do not have permission from their superiors? The legal research method used is normative juridical, namely a scientific research procedure to find the truth based on the scientific logic of law from a normative perspective. The approach used is a statutory approach that relates to the main issues related to the judge's decision in civil servant divorce cases without the permission of the leadership. Legal materials in this writing use primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. From the results of the study it was concluded that the powers of the judiciary as stipulated in Law no. No. 48 of 2009 provides power and freedom for judges to decide civil servant divorce cases whose goal is to achieve justice with legal considerations and also supporting evidence, so that whether or not there is a statement of permission from superiors to divorce, is not the main guideline in determining a judge's decision
