Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic religious education in the digital era using multidisciplinary perspectives including pedagogy, educational technology, and sociology. The research employs a library research method by examining books, journal articles, and relevant academic sources. The findings indicate that digital technology reshapes learning models, teacher roles, and student engagement in Islamic education. Multidisciplinary integration strengthens critical thinking, contextual understanding, and adaptive religious learning suited to contemporary digital society

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the development of Islamic religious education amid digital transformation using a multidisciplinary approach. This study applies a library research method by analyzing classical and contemporary literature. The results show that integrating educational science, communication studies, and Islamic studies enhances curriculum relevance, learning innovation, and moral formation. Digital transformation provides opportunities and challenges that require adaptive educational strategies

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Islamic pedagogy in developing moral and ethical leaders for the 21st century. By focusing on the teachings of Islamic scholars, the paper examines how Islamic educational systems emphasize the development of character, leadership skills, and ethical decision-making in students. The research highlights how Islamic pedagogy, with its focus on integrity, justice, and responsibility, contributes to shaping future leaders who are not only intellectually competent but also morally grounded. The study also evaluates contemporary Islamic educational institutions and their efforts to instill leadership qualities in students. The paper concludes by offering practical recommendations for integrating Islamic pedagogical principles into leadership development programs in educational settings

Abstract

The background that prompted writing this article was to find out learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education because learning strategies are important in achieving learning goals. This strategy is ideally chosen according to the nature or character of the subject matter itself. Islamic Religious Education is one of the mandatory subjects in school. The main aim of this subject is to equip students with the values of Islamic teachings so that students have Islamic character and are skilled in facing challenges. Religious education has its own strategies apart from the strategies commonly used in learning other subjects. Apart from that, Islamic religious studies also have a special aim in forming attitudes besides educating the mind. Meanwhile, in evaluating the success of Islamic religious learning, it is not only about assessing cognitive and psychological abilities, but also assessing attitudes is more important. This writing uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using library research methods.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technology has significantly transformed Islamic religious education across formal and informal learning contexts. This article explores Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in the digital era through a multidisciplinary lens, integrating pedagogy, educational technology, and ethical studies. It examines how digital tools reshape teaching strategies, learning interactions, and moral development within Islamic education. By analyzing contemporary digital practices, the study highlights both opportunities—such as increased accessibility and learner engagement—and challenges, including ethical concerns and value preservation. The findings emphasize the need for balanced integration between technological innovation and Islamic ethical principles to ensure meaningful and value-oriented learning outcomes
