Abstract

This article aims to examine the concept of work ethic from the perspective of the Qur'an, with an emphasis on its relevance to the formation of a secondary work ethic in the context of the modern workplace. The phenomenon of declining work ethic, such as weak discipline, low responsibility, and reduced professional integrity, is an important background to this study. Amidst the demands of professionalism, efficiency, and increasingly structured work systems, an ethical foundation is needed to maintain a balance between performance achievement and moral values. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, with data sources in the form of the Qur'an, tafsir books, Islamic thought books, as well as relevant articles and scientific journals. The data were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify Qur'anic work ethic values and their relationship with secondary work ethics. The results of the study show that the Qur'an views work as a mandate and worship that must be carried out professionally, honestly, and responsibly. Qur'anic values such as trust, itqan, honesty, and accountability are in line with the principles of secondary work ethic that emphasize discipline, performance evaluation, and compliance with work systems. This study concludes that the integration of Qur'anic work ethic with secondary work ethic is a conceptual solution in building a productive, integrity-based, and meaningful work culture in the modern era.

Abstract

In the Qur’an, leadership is understood as a trust that carries moral and spiritual responsibilities rather than merely a formal position. It requires constructive relationships and ethical communication between leaders and subordinates. This study explores leadership relationships, the goals of leadership communication, and the implications of Qur’anic values in organizational contexts. Using a qualitative library-based approach, the research examines the Qur’an, hadith, tafsir, and relevant academic sources. The findings show that Qur’anic leadership is rooted in trust, justice, compassion, and cooperation. Leadership communication seeks to convey truth, develop shared understanding, encourage participation through consultation (shūrā), and support the moral and spiritual growth of subordinates. These values contribute to ethical and participatory leadership practices that remain relevant to contemporary management.

Abstract

Labor cost budgeting is one of the important components in a company's budgeting system because labor costs have a large proportion in the operational cost structure, especially in manufacturing companies. This study aims to analyze the role of the labor cost budget as a tool for planning and controlling company costs. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach, which examines various theories and concepts related to the labor cost budget. The results of the discussion show that the labor cost budget functions as a guideline in determining labor needs, controlling expenses, increasing efficiency, and being the basis for calculating the cost of production. With systematic and realistic budgeting, companies can optimize labor usage and minimize the risk of wasted costs.

Abstract

This article was written due to the lack of animal protection in Indonesia, evidenced by numerous cases of animal abuse perpetrated by the public. This research aims to broaden our understanding of the importance of animal protection and welfare. The method used is literature analysis, which involves reading and comparing various journals on animal protection law. The analysis was conducted by identifying key issues, trends, and recommendations put forward by researchers.

Abstract

Hermeneutic epistemology is a branch of the philosophy of science that focuses on the process of knowledge through understanding and interpretation, rather than mere empirical observation or logical rationality. In the Western philosophical tradition, hermeneutics developed from Schleiermacher and Dilthey, who positioned it as a method for understanding texts, to Heidegger and Gadamer, who viewed it as the ontological foundation of human existential understanding. Ricoeur later enriched hermeneutics with a phenomenological approach to uncover the meanings of symbols and narratives. In the context of scholarship in Indonesia, hermeneutic epistemology has become relevant because it offers an interpretive paradigm that emphasizes dialogue between the text, the reader, and the socio-historical context. This approach has made significant contributions to the development of Islamic studies, particularly in Qur’anic interpretation, education, and the philosophy of science, ensuring that they do not become trapped in empirical reductionism but instead remain contextual, reflective, and humanistic.

Abstract

Real analysis is a fundamental branch of mathematics that plays a crucial role in the development of modern science and technology. Two core concepts that form the foundation of real analysis are limit theorems and continuity. These two concepts not only form the logistic framework for understanding the functions and structure of real numbers, but also serve as the basis for the development of advanced theories such as differentials, integrals, and series, including applications in science and engineering. This article aims to examine in depth the role of limit theorems and continuity in real analysis, both theoretically and practically. This research employed a literature review method, reviewing various relevant Indonesian-language textbooks and scientific articles. The results show that limit theorems and continuity play a central role in establishing the consistency of real logistic analysis, strengthening mathematical proofs, and supporting the development of advanced concepts. Therefore, a thorough understanding of limits and continuity is a crucial prerequisite for students and researchers to master real analysis comprehensively.

Abstract

This study examines the tradition of Ngeropok in the Panjang Mulud celebration in Kampung Gowok, Sukajaya Village, Curug District, Serang City, Banten, through the Living Hadith approach. The Panjang Mulud tradition is an annual ritual of the Banten community in commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which includes the activity of Ngeropok, namely the collection and carrying of Panjang Mulud containing food donations and egg decorations to the mosque. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ngeropok tradition, analyze its symbolic meaning, and trace the transformation of Islamic values in local cultural practices. The method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. The results of the study show that the Ngeropok tradition is not only a medium for religious expression and gratitude, but also serves as a means of strengthening social solidarity and preserving culture. From the perspective of Living Hadith, this tradition represents the dynamics of the application of Islamic teachings that are alive and developing in the context of Banten society, while also reflecting the dialectic between religious authority, art, and local culture.

Abstract

The shift in work culture in the Middle East, driven by the rise of remote work and the gig economy, has brought significant challenges and opportunities. This study explores how these two phenomena interact with the region's existing social and cultural structures, and how they impact work patterns, productivity, and workers' well-being. Countries such as the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia have embraced technology to diversify their economies, previously reliant on energy sectors, and are now seeing increasing adoption of digital work models. The study provides insights into how these changes shape the labor market, government policies, and the future of work in the Middle East. By understanding these shifts, the research contributes to knowledge on how cultures and economies adapt to the digitalization of labor and the evolving global work environment. The findings highlight the need for educational reforms and government policies to support digital literacy, ensure social protection, and address inequalities in the emerging digital workforce.

Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan fungsi utama dalam manajemen untuk menentukan arah dan keberhasilan organisasi atau lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji sekaligus mengintegrasikan konsep, fungsi, tahapan, dan kerangka manajemen perencanaan modern dengan tafsir Al-Qur’an yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber literatur terkait manajemen perencanaan dan tafsir Al-Qur’an dari ayat-ayat yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dalam Islam mengandung fungsi yang meliputi penetapan target yang jelas dan terukur, acuan dalam kegiatan, pengendalian, dan kesinambungan, yang semuanya harus didasarkan pada niat ikhlas dan kesadaran spiritual. Tahapan perencanaan meliputi penetapan tujuan, perancangan program, evaluasi, dan penentuan pembiayaan, yang dipadu dengan kerangka manajemen 5W+1H serta nilai-nilai ikhtiar, tawakal, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Konsep ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan yang matang adalah pondasi keberhasilan dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini penting karena mengintegrasikan manajemen modern dengan nilai spiritual Al-Qur’an, sehingga menghasilkan sistem manajemen yang efektif, efisien, dan bernilai ibadah dalam dunia pendidikan Islam dan organisasi lainnya.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya yang menekankan analisisnya pada angka-angka yang diolah dengan metode statistik. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 34 responden pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya. Dari hasil yang dilakukan pada penelitian menunjukan variabel pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 0.662 + 0.385X1 + 0.287X2 + 0.336X3 dan hasil Uji t variabel Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.014 < 0.05. Reward berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.016 < 0.05. Etos Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.020 < 0.05 Hasil uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi Internal, Reward dan Etos Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Delima Pandu Berjaya.
