Water Resources Sector Adjustment Loan (WATSAL) was proposed by the World Bank to the Government of Indonesia to overcome the economic crisis of 1997-1998. In order to fulfill the requirements in WATSAL, the Indonesian Government passed Law No. 7 of 2004 concerning Water Resources (Water Resources Law). This law raises pros and cons because it gives the opportunity for the private sector to participate in water resources management (water privatization) which is contrary to Article 33 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. This research explain how WATSAL influences on the fulfillment of right to water in Indonesia. In line with that, this research aims to determine the influence of WATSAL on fulfilling the right to water in Indonesia. The researcher uses the type of explanatory research by collecting data from desk research and field research techniques in the period of research in 2004-2015. This research uses the framework of Neo-Marxism thought adopted by Steans and Pettiford. The result of this research shows that WATSAL affects the fulfillment of the right to water in Indonesia. The case study used to support this argument is the existence of the bottled water industry (AQUA Group) which has a role in discriminating against the right to water and causing water sources for the residents around it (Sukabumi and Klaten) to dry up

This research examines idiosyncratic factors in Saudi Arabia's military intervention through the perspective of political psychology, more specifically the theory of narcissism-aggression. This research is an explanatory type and uses a qualitative approach. With this framework and methods, this research aims to analyze personality factors of key individuals in Saudi Arabia's military intervention in Yemen in 2015-2017. The researcher assumed that the key individual was Prince Muhammad bin Salman. The results of this research shows that the personality of Prince Muhammad bin Salman is very influential in Saudi Arabia's military intervention in Yemen. The power of Prince Muhammad bin Salman and the political conditions of Saudi Arabia when military intervention has been launched, enabled Prince Muhammad bin Salman to stop or continue Saudi Arabia's military intervention in Yemen. The narcissistic personality of Prince Muhammad bin Salman kept him from continuing Saudi Arabia’s military intervention in Yemen.

Dolphin hunting, or commonly called 'Taiji Drive Hunt' which is done massively in Taiji Region, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan occurred every year. Present the role of the IWC as an International Organization that can regulate the hunting of dolphins belonging to the cetacean’s category. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem that arises is "how effective is the organization of the International Whaling Commission (IWC) in the case of dolphin hunting in Taiji Japan?". This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the IWC which can also be said as an international regime that focuses on hunting cetaceans especially dolphins in 2013 to 2017. The results of this research are that state behavior is very crucial and culminates in the level of compliance within IWC organization, as well as the ambiguity in the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling (ICRW) which causes misinterpretation among IWC members. In dealing the challenges of the effectiveness of IWC in the future, the author has several suggestions regarding cetaceans hunting, so that IWC further enforce the rules which have been previously agreed, so this organization can become better in carrying out their duties and functions. As for suggestions for the Japanese Government, it is expected to use a humane hunting method by not using dangerous tools in carrying out hunting practices for cetaceans, chiefly dolphins.

This study discusses how the effectiveness of Japan in handling human trafficking cases that occur with the assistance of INTERPOL which will then be assessed based on the standard indicators set by the GAATW (Global Alliance Against Traffic in Woman) as NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) in assessing the case . In the issue of human trafficking, Japan is a country that has very complex problems related to the issue and also prostitution in its country. Japan is a destination country for women and children from East Asia, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Russia and Latin America who make victims of Human Trafficking. Victims are often lured by false promises such as offering jobs as models, servants, hotel staff, and entertainers. Prostitution in Japan itself can no longer be dammed, it can even be said to be a natural thing there. There needs to be great awareness in the community, especially in Japan itself, so that the community plays an active role in eradicating trafficking to the maximum with cooperation between the government and the community. In the case of the majority of victims the women and children of this crime are included in Organized Crime which means that a crime is committed in a network that is organized and carried out in sophisticated ways because of the influence of advances in information technology. This weak public awareness is increasingly triggering Trafficking practices that will continue to develop. In this study the author explains with the theory of Liberalism Institutionalism which considers that the key focus of institutional liberalism is about the way in which institutions provide information for the state. In the end human trafficking in Japan has improved enough even though it cannot just disappear. However, the case has improved considerably and is not as prevalent before INTERPOL conducted research on human trafficking in Japan.

IPU is the international organization of parliaments, that makes IPU the only international organization in the world whose members consist of a national parliament from a sovereign country. This makes the role and scope of IPU interesting to see, in this case its about human rights violations during the civilan government in Myanmar. The civilan government made the system of checks and balances to work, where the parliament was active again to conduct surveillance of the government which had never occurred under its military regime. This research gives a new color because so far the resolution of Rohingya-related cases has never been done with a legislative approach. This research aims to explain the extent of the role of IPU in dealing with human rights violation against the Rohingya in Myanmar under the civilian government 2011-2016. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of analytical-descriptive research through literature. The results of this research are that IPU does not have a big role in efforts to protect the human rights violation against the Rohingya in Myanmar because of three main factors, namely: (1) IPU seems to be less aggressive and limiting the scope of its activities, (2) Internal problems possessed by IPU, and (3) Internal barriers resulting from domestic conditions in Myanmar.

Drug sales and planting are a form of crime that creates a real threat. This research is motivated by the number of drugs, namely cocaine which is planted in Colombia and smuggled to be sent to various countries of the world. These illegal actions led Colombia to become a country with high crime rates. Preventing crime related to drugs such as eradicating planting, and stopping drug sales is the duty of the Colombian government. But the Colombian government cannot implement it optimally so that they cooperates with UNODC. The collaboration between the Government of Colombia and UNODC is a solution to effectively eradicate the planting and distribution of drugs from Colombia. The main objective of this research is to see how effective the collaboration between UNODC and the Government of Colombia in dealing with drug trafficking issues in 1999-2017. Using the concept of effectiveness and the concept of cooperation in the regime in looking at cooperation, researchers are looking for answers to problems that question how effective collaboration between UNODC and the Colombian Government. Seeing the facts, cooperation between the two parties was declared to be less effective because despite there are developments in programs, the rate of increase in cocaine plants remained and the graph actually rose even more so in 2017
