Abstract

When an investor wants to make an investment, investor should consider the things that can affect the return. The technical and fundamental analysis has become a solution for the investor to predict the stocks’ price. Specifically, this study discusses about fundamental analysis by appraising the companies’ performance which is depicted on the companies’ financial report with ratio as a tool to analyze the financial report. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) either partially or simultaneously toward Stock’s return on property & real estate companies sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 -2016. The data used in this analysis is the reference point secondary data in the form of financial report published by IDX. The samples in this study were 33 property and real estate sub-sector companies. Analysis technique used in this research are simple and multiple linear regression.Results of the study stated that partially ROA, ROE, and EPS have significant effect on stock return. PBV and DER has no significant effect on stock return, and simultaneously there was significant influence between ROA, ROE, EPS, PBV, and DER to stock return and it is found that EPS has dominant influence to the stock return.It is recommended that property and real estate sub-companies can maintain returns by improving strategy and cost efficiency in order to increase profitability, and using earning per share ratios in performing company performance analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of CR and DER on stock price with ROE and ROA as intervening variable in food and beverages companies listed in BEI period 2013 - 2017. CR represents liquidity ratio, DER represents leverage ratio ROE and ROA represent profitability ratios. Stock Price used in this research is the closing price. This research uses quantitative method and explanatory research type. In this research there are 8 companies taken as research unit. The data in this research were taken from IDX. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and sobel test used to test the influence of mediation from intervening variable. The results of this research show that in partial CR and DER have a significant effect to ROE. CR have a significant effect to ROA, while DER have an effect and not significant to ROA. CR, ROE and ROA have a significant effect on Stock Price, while DER have an effect and not significant to Stock Price. The test results of the influence of mediation, ROE and ROA can mediate the effect of CR on Stock Price significantly. Then ROE and ROA can mediate the effect of DER on Stock Price but not significant.

Abstract

CV. Laksana as an autobody manufacture have some employees that have low level work motivation such as the employees cant finish production target on time, the employees doesnt have encouragement to start work early, the employees doesnt have encouragement to work every day, and the employees doesnt have encouragement to work by self-supporting. It is considered that the cause of these phenomena is the lack of employees’ work competency is still in low level and compensation achieved from the company are not good. This research is conducted to acknowledge the effect of competency and compensation towards the work motivation of CV. Laksana’s employees. The type of this research is assosiative research. The sample used in this research is 67 respondents who are employees from body and frame section in CV Laksana. The data are collected by questionnaire using Likert scale. The analyzing methods used in this research are validity and reliability test, coefficient correlation (R), regression test, determination coefficient (R 2 ), t and F signification test using SPSS 25.0 application. The result of this research shows that by partial competency and compensation variables have influenced work motivation positively and significantly with regression coefficient value in competency variable (0,543) and compensation (0,158) and value in t competency variable test (4,521) and t compensation variable test (1,746). And by simultaneous competency and compensations variables have influenced work motivation positively and significantly with regression coeficient value in competency variable (0,522) and compensation variable (0,113) with F value test (11,344). It is suggested to the company to maintain employee motivation in high level with improve competency employee with training and fix compensation that given by the company with review the value of compensation has been given, fix job promotion system so the employees keep in motivated to work wel

Abstract

PT. Metec Semarang is one of the foreign owned companies in Tanjung Emas Semarang bonded area, which is engaged in the manufacture of equipment and equipment Vending Machines (Automatic Sales Machine). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job training, work motivation and work environment to work productivity of employees of production PT. Metec Semarang. This type of research uses quantitative methods with research type eksplanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Population contained in this research that is employees of production of PT. Metec Semarang with the number of samples taken is 100 respondents with Slovin method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. In this research assisted by computer program to process data that is SPSS. Based on the results of the study note that job training, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously. The independent variable that has the greatest influence on the use decision is the work environment variable. As for suggestions that can be given that remains consistent and provide a variety of job training so that employees are more enthusiastic to follow pelaithan work given the company, provide more intense motivation both morally or materially, maintain and improve the security, comfort and cleanliness of the work environment at PT . Metec Semarang.

Abstract

PT. Nasmoco Magelang Branch Office as a company in automotive field still have some low performance employees such as the achievement of targets that is not maximal either quantity and quality, lack of controlling from supervisor and lack of motivation from the employees. It is predicted because there is leadership and employee work motivation issue in the corporate. This research aim is to determine how the influence given by leadership and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Nasmoco Magelang Branch Office. The type of this research is explanatory type (explanatory research), with 50 respondents involved. Data collection using questionnaire with Likert measurement scale. Using validity and reliability test as data analysis method, also correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), and significance of t test and F test with SPSS 16.0 application. The results of this research indicate that leadership and work motivation variables have a significant, strong and positive influence to employee performance. Two variables have been tested separately or simultaneously show the result that leadership variables significantly have a strong positive effect on employee performance variable. That means if leadership and work motivation are good then the employee performance will be high, otherwise if leadership and work motivation are not good then the employee performance will be low. From coefficient of determination result, the amount of donations owned by leadership variables is bigger than the amount of donation owned by the variable of work motivation. Suggestions that can be submitted are the company must improve leadership and work motivation to have high employee performance, such as a clear direction from supervisor, supervisor should be able to motivate employee to achieve the target work, and supervisor can improve their control to the performance of their employee. Also by provide rewards for employee that work great so the employee will work with more enthusiast and will continously fix their performance so that their job will be better.

Abstract

By providing a good CRM, Indovision has been doing an effort to keep customers’ satisfaction and make the consumers become loyal. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of CRM as X variable towards loyalty as Y variable through variable Z that is satisfaction. The type of this research is an explanatory research. This research uses non-probability sampling technique to 100 samples who are the consumers in Tembalang Sub-district. This research uses purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is cross tabulation test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, sobel test with the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program 21.0 version. The results show that CRM gives positive and significant influence towards satisfaction with regression of coefficient value 0.349 and t-value 8,187 and correlation of coefficient value 0.616 and coefficient of determination 40.3%. Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty with regression of coefficient value 0.591 and t-value 7.210 and correlation of coefficient value 0.586 and determination of coefficient value 34.1%. CRM has a positive and significant influence on the loyalty variable with regression of coefficient value 0.325 and t-value 7.227 and correlation of coefficient value 0.588 and determination of coefficient value 33.7%. CRM and Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty variable with F-value 35.687 and correlation of coefficient value 0.648 and determination of coefficient value 41.7%. Through the results of the sobel test, it shows that there is an influence between CRM on loyalty through satisfaction with t-value 3.188 and p-value 0.00311. The conclusion of this study is CRM affects Indovision customers’ loyalty through customers’ satisfaction. A suggestion that can be given to Indovision is Indovision should improve their services, especially customer complaints process, pay attention to criticism and suggestions given by customers and keep maintaining the CRM and the quality.

Abstract

Performance is the result of function that has a strong connection with the strategic objectives of the organization, customer satisfaction and economic contribution. In implementation, there are often obstacles that reduce consumer satisfaction and increase complaints. In the production department of PT. MMC Metal Fabrication, there are several constraints in employee’s performance, including high number of late employee, low employee’s attendance, and not achieving the target quality of goods produced. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and compensation on the employees’s performance at PT. MMC Metal Fabrication. The type of research use explanatory research. The sample use 85 respondents in the production department 1 PT. MMC Metal Fabrication. The sampling technique use probability sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test, correlation test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test with the help of IBM SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 21.0. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusion is the influence of motivation and compensation on employee’s performance at PT. MMC Metal Fabrication through simple regression testing produces regression values of 0.588 and 0.466. The advice to the company is to give more rewards and penalties for employees who obey the rules and work according to the company's operational standards, evaluate the compensation given to employees each year, and increase employee’s compensation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of supervision and physical work environment towards employees’ performance in the production division of PT Politama Pakindo. This research manages to be explanatory research. The population of this research involved 107 employees being in charge in production division. Sampling method used in this research is saturation sampling in which all 107 employees were examined. The data were analyzed quantitively. Analitical techniques used were validity test, realibility test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, univariate and multivariate regression test, T & J significance test. The result of this study shows that supervision causes some change in employees’ performance change as much as 40,8% simultaniously, physical work environment cause some change in employees’ performance change as much as 27,9% simultaniously, supervision along with physical work environment improve employee00s’ performance by 47.7%. The result of this study proves that supervision as well as physical work environment positively and significantly impact employees’ performance in both individual and team. It is recommended that PT Politama Pakindo needs to improve supervision, regular work result check to avoid possible mistake, provide safety, and also maintain regular equipment changing in accordance with the feasibility standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on firm value through dividend policy as intervening variable. The population in this study were 133 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of Corporate Financial Statements that have been published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total sample that meets the criteria in this research is 17 manufacturing companies. The results showed that partially profitability has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant influence on dividend policy. Furthermore, dividend policy also has a positive and significant impact on company value. In stimulant, profitability variable and dividend policy have significant effect to firm value. Based on the sobel test, it is known that the dividend policy variable as the intervening variable can mediate the relationship between profitability variable and firm value.

Abstract

The growth of modern ritel bussiness in Indonesia today has shown the rapid growing and has a promising in the future. This rapid growing causes the similar companies compete to attract and retain customers by using their marketing mix. One of the ritel bussiness that still survive until today is Gelael Signature.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of location, merchandise, and store atmosphere to the purchasing decision at Gelael Signature Mall Ciputra Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique using accidental with purposive technique. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents, which are the consumer of Gelael Signature. In this study assisted by IBM SPSS 21.0 system. The results showed that location influences the purchasing decision by contributing 32.2%. Merchandise influences the purchasing decision by contributing 15.5%. Store Atmosphere influences the purchasing decision by contributing 34.7%. Meanwhile, simultaneously location, merchandise, and store atmosphere influence to purchasing decision by donating 44.6% while the rest influenced by others. Based on the calculation of Test F shows that there is a significant influence between location, merchandise, and store atmosphere to the purchasing decision. This means the better location, merchandise, and store atmosphere, the higher the purchasing decision at Gelael Signature Mall Ciputra Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggests that Gelael try to coordinate with the Mall to provide a spacious and secure parking lot, to providing stock of the goods and increasing the store atmosphere.
