Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of e-design web and e-word of mouth on e-repurchase with e-trust as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on the Lazada.co.id website. The sample of this study amounted to 100 peoples, sampling technique using purposive sampling. Samples are Lazada.co.id website visitors who are more than 17 years old, have made purchases at Lazada at least 2 times and reside in Semarang. The analytical tool used is SPSS 19 for windows with determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance tests (t test and F test). The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive effect of e-design web variables and e-word of mouth on erepurchase through e-trust. (1) e-design web variables have an effect on e-trust, (2) e-word of mouth variables have an effect on e-trust, (3) e-trust variables have an effect on e-repurchase, (4) direct effect e-design web variable on e-repurchase of 0.230, (5) e-word of mouth variable has an effect on e-repurchase of 0.489.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently experiencing an increase, one of the contributors to this success is the MSMEs. One of the SMEs in Semarang Regency is Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji. Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji in 2014-2018 has not been able to meet sales targets. Besides several outlets that need to be closed because they are unable to compete in terms of service. Quality of service is a factor that influences purchasing decisions to use services. This research discusses how to improve the quality of distribution channel services, namely by applying 5 dimensions of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The framework for this research is Parasuraman's theory of service quality dimensions. These dimensions will be an analytical tool in answering research questions. The research method used is to use qualitative and by using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with 3 translated sources, namely central employees, outlet employees and consumers. The results of this study indicate the quality of service in the Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji distribution channel has fulfilled physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. However, when there are obstacles that become lacking in the physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. Suggestions given to MSMEs are improvements to the physical dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy so that they can improve from consumers

Abstract

In modern times like today, the demand for various types of communication tools is increasing. This causes competition to compete the market share in business world in the telecommunications sector. Huawei is a Chinese smartphone brand that is in demand by the public both in terms of trusted product quality and low prices. Based on statistics from the International Data Corporation (IDC) which describes the market share of smartphone users in the world, Huawei ranks second in the world with a market share of 15.8%. The magnitude of Huawei smartphones market share is due to high purchasing decisions that are influenced by product quality, price, place and promotion. The purpose of this study is T to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Huawei smartphones. The type of research used is correlational studies with quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses non-probality sampling, namely accidental sampling and purposive sampling. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents, consisting of Universitas Diponegoro and Universitas Negeri Semarang students who have purchased Huawei Smartphones. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, the stages begin the validity and reliability test followed by a regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results showed that all proposed indicators were valid and the three variables proposed were reliable. Regression test results indicate product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.  Researcher suggest to PT Huawei Tech Investments is to improve product quality on product durability, complete features, and component availability. Maintaining prices by adjusting product prices and quality, and providing ease of payment. Improve purchasing decisions by adding sales outlets, increasing advertising and promotions

Abstract

Quality human resources is one of the key factors for business success. Based on the data obtained, the performance of employees at PT. Sianyu Perkasa Semarang had a decrease in its business, especially in the annual sales department and the attendance of its employees. From these problems, it appears to be related to increasing employee work discipline related to work motivation and the work satisfaction. Related, decreased work discipline ultimately increases the decline in employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The type of research is explanatory research. The sample used were 72 respondents who are employees at PT. Sianyu Perkasa Semarang. The datas are collected by questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a significant effect of motivation on the work discipline of PT. Sianyu Perkasa with a calculated T value  4,258> T table 1,293; (2) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline of PT. Sianyu Perkasa with T count 6.201> T table 1,293; (3) there is a significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of PT. Sianyu Perkasa with F count  22.126> F table 2.72; (4) there is an effect of work motivation on the employees performance of PT. Sianyu Perkasa with T count 6.195> T table 1,293; (5) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a calculated T value 7.646> T table 1,293; (6) there is a significant effect of work discipline on the employees performance with calculated T value  7.133> T table 1,293; (7) the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance with F count 35.208> F table 2.38; (8) based on the work motivation sobel test that affects employee performance through work discipline, has a calculated T value (3.27554686)> T table (1.99444); (9) job satisfaction that affects employee performance through work discipline, has T count (3.275039761)> T table (1.99444).

Abstract

Bussiness competition in Indonesia grows very fast and tight both in small and big company. It also occurs in plastic bottle packaging companies in Indonesia.The problem of this research was the degradation of the employee’s performance in production division from 2016 to 2018.This research was aimed to know whether there was influence in employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition towards the performance of the production employee in CV. Jordan. The data collection technique used questionnaire. They were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test using SPSS version 23.0 program.The results show that employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition give significant positive influence towards the performance of the employee. Regarding to this research, the company is suggested to improve the employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition so it can improve good performance of the employee.

Abstract

Directorate General of Taxes trying to advance taxpayer compliance with tax reform. KPP Pratama Boyolali showed an increasing trend of Annual Tax Retun realization in total, but it was not followed by the level of MSME tax reporting compliance of Annual Tax Return in Boyolali which actually had a decline. In order to examine the problem, a research was executed to determine the effect of taxpayer comprehension and tax penalties towards MSME tax reporting compliance of Annual Tax Return through e-filing implementation as an intervening variable at KPP Pratama Boyolali. This research belong to explanatory research. Sampling technique used by researcher is cluster random sampling method with 148 samples from MSME Taxpayers that are registered at KPP Pratama Boyolali. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test, and sobel test. The results showed that the taxpayers comprehension and tax penalties partially had a significant effect toward e-filing impelementation, e-filing implementation had a significant effect toward tax reporting compliance of Annual Tax Return, e-filing implementation could mediate between the taxpayers comprehension toward tax reporting compliance of Annual Tax Return, as well as the e-filing implementation could mediate between tax penalties toward tax reporting compliance of Annual Tax Return. The taxpayer comprehension regarding the regulation and tax penalties are expected to make taxpayers to submit their Annual Tax Returns, especially using e-filing applications.

Abstract

To ensure the continuity of business, a company should attempt to maintain customer's loyalty. maintaining customer's loyatly is not as easy as it looks, one of factor that influence the customer's loyalty is customer satisfaction. customer's satisfaction play an important role to maintain a continuity of business so it can face the rivalry. there are some factors to shape customer's satisfaction and create customer's loyalty. price is one amongst them, where a suitable price with its advantages can create customer's satisfaction and so followed by customer's loyalty. beside price, a good service quality or as what customer expect can also create customer's satisfactiom. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia customers. the sample of this research is 100 respondents with purposive sampling approach technique. data analysis method that been used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determinant, simple and multiple regressionsignificance test (T test and F test) using SPSS version 21.0 and Sobel Test with Preacher Tool. The results of this study indicate that the price category of 48% is appropriate. Service quality category known as 58% stated good. The customer satisfaction category known as 40% is satisfied. Categorization of customer loyalty is known by 47% is loyal. From the data analysis results, it is known that price and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty variables. Price variables that affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction occur full mediation (full mediation) and a variable service quality that is affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction occurs partial mediation (partial mediation). Suggestions that can be given is that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonsia Semarang is promoting the advantages of IndiHome products from other broadband, accelerating employees in handling problems faced by customers, employees prioritizing customer interests by better understanding customer desire.

Abstract

The Culture that exist in a company will influence how the way of employee work and how the employee behave and have same perspective in doing work activities. Culture of the company have impact in the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Based on data obtained from PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang, it shows fluctuating performance appraisal from 2016-2018. This is certainly a loss for PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang if not immediately repaired, considering that PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang always wants improved employee performance. The local HRD/GA said that there was an impact of the unfavorable application of corporate culture on employee performance. The statement is in line with the results of the preliminary study which states that there are indications of performance fluctuations caused by the culture of the company. Through the results of the preliminary study it can be seen that there are indications of performance fluctuations caused by coorporate culture. PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang is a company that moved in a distribution of vehicle sales and after sale service. PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang adjust 5 company culture such as integrity, responsible, cooperative, business harmony and continuous learning and improvement. The type of this research is explanatory research with 26 employee as respondent. The technique of collecting data is questionnaire, observation, and literature review. The Technique of analysis are validation test, reliability of the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression, t arithmetic and F arithmetic. From the analysis that already done variable integrity has a correlation coefficient of 0.478, variable responsible has 0,739, variable cooperative has 0,647, variable business harmony has 0,561, variable continuous learning and improvement has 0,641, and variabel company culture has 0,858. Coefficient of determination integrity has 22,8 %, responsible has 54,7 %, cooperative has 41,9%, business harmony has 31,5 % and continuous learning and improvement has 41,1 %. Simple regression test integrity gave positive effect of 0,293, responsible has 0,633, cooperative has 0,510, business harmony has 0,757, continuous learning and improvement has 0,326 and company culture has 0,737.. Simultaneously, integrity, responsible, cooperative, business harmony,and continous learning and improvement take effect with employee performance with F-Count (5,975) > F-Table (2,71) with significance number 0,002 < 0,005. The conclusion from this research is variable company culture take effect with the employee performance of PT. Wahana Sun Motor Majapahit Semarang. The suggestions is the company should be raise the attention towards company culture especially in responsible variable and continous learning and improvement so in the end it will give good effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The reseacrh runs from high issues of e-commerce consumer complaints in Indonesia. The aims of this research are to know the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at e-commerce B2C Zalora.co.id. The sample of this research is 100 respondents that ever have done a minimum transaction one time in ecommerce Zalora.co.id, 17 years old for a minimum, and domiciled in Semarang city both temporarily or permanently. This research consists of 3 variables, 12 indicators, and 3 hypotheses. Instrument analysist is used SPSS 16.0 for Windows to analyze the data, by doing validity test, reliability test, a coefficient of correlation, a coefficient of determination, simple and multiple linear regression, and test of significance (t-test and F test). The result of this research for partially is showing that product quality has a positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction with result Y = -3,198 + 1,088X1, service quality also has a positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction with result Y = -5,238 + 1,332X2. Product quality and service quality simultaneous has an effect to customer satisfaction with result Y = -6,002 + 0,809X1 + 0,500X2. Coefficient determination of X1 is 73,1% and X2 is 59,5%. According to that result, the researcher has some recommendations are for Zalora.co.id to increasing their product quality especially for material suitability, durability, and model variations. And also to improve their service quality especially for the delivery time, refund process, and return process. Because from the variable indicator based on the value chart of the avarage, all three indicators were badly assessed by the respondents.

Abstract

Work productivity is an issue that needs serious attention from a company, because the company and employees must be take part and effort to be able to increase work productivity. PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama is a company engaged in cleaning services. With the increasing business competition between similar companies engaged in the same field, will require companies to increase productivity. The increased of employee productivity is done by increasing motivation which can be realized by providing compensation to employees. This study aims to determine the impact of compensation and motivation on work productivity in operational division of PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama Tangerang. The type of research used is explanatory research with the population of operational division’s employees of PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sample that is all 75 Operational Division employees as respondents. The technique used is quantitative analysis with the test used is the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination, significance test (t and F test) using SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between compensation and motivation on productivity, evidenced by the results of the compensation regression coefficient of 0.315 and motivation of 0.284. The compensation and motivation variables together have a positive effect on work productivity, it can be seen from the results of the F test that produces an F count (4.982)> from the F table (2.38). The researcher suggested that the reward given by PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama needs to be improved so that employee motivation is created so that it can give a positive impact on productivity.
