Abstract

ABSTRAK Potensi dan keunikan sumber daya alam pada Kawasan Hutan Mangrove Tugurejo (KHMT) memiliki peran sangat signifikan dalam pengembangan ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan lingkungan masyarakat pesisir. Pengelolaan lingkungan KHMT merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah pesisir secara optimal, bijaksana, dan bertanggung jawab, tentunya dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan berbagai pihak yang terkait serta dengan tetap memperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan KHMT. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan  KHMT. Antusiasme, keinginan, dan harapan serta adanya kepedulian sosial masyarakat setempat merupakan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pengelolaan lingkungan KHMT.  Adanya partisipasi masyarakat menjadi faktor pendukung dalam upaya pengembangan wilayah pesisir Kota Semarang. Gambaran partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan KHMT ditunjukkan dengan tingginya keinginan masyarakat untuk menjaga dan melestarikan serta adanya harapan terhadap upaya perlindungan atau perbaikan KHMT. Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat adalah partisipasi sukarela atau swakarsa. Kata Kunci: Kawasan hutan mangrove tugurejo, Pengelolaam lingkungan, Partisipasi masyarakat ABSTRACT The potency and uniqueness of natural resources in Mangrove Forest Area of Tugurejo (KHMT) has a very significant role in developing economic, social, cultural, and environmental of coastal communities. Environmental Management of KHMT is one of effort to support the developing coastal areas optimally, wisely, and responsibly, of course, with the community participation and other stakeholders and also by considering the carrying capacity of KHMT. The objective  of this research was to provide an overview of community participation to environmental management of KHMT. The enthusiasm, desires, and expectations as well as the social concerns of local communities was a form of community participation in environmental management of KHMT. The community participation become a contributing factor in developing the coastal area of Semarang City. The overview of community participation to environmental management of KHMT was indicated by strong desire of the communities to maintain and preserve it and also the presence of community expectation for the protection or improvement of KHMT. Abstract

Small Business Enterprise’s has grown to be an important element in the development of various countries in the world because it absorbs the largest labor and as a contribution to the gross great domestic income. Krobokan is one village in the district of west side of Semarang. It is one of the industrial centers mainly milkfish soft spines. Fish isconsiderable potentialindustrial materialsconsidering that Indonesiaisa maritime country, mostly in the form ofoceanterritory. Based on thefactsaboutthe potential offish commodities, most residents ofthe Village Krobokan pursue small milk fish industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the development of SME’s milkfish soft spins in running the business seen from the capital, human resources, technology, and marketing use. This study uses a qualitative, descriptive. The research located in the Village of Krobokan Semarang who have eight (8) SME’s Milkfish Softspins by interview, observation, and the collection of related documents. The data were analyzed qualitatively by using the step data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that the milkfish soft spines bussines in Kerobokan have occupied at least 10 years and some even more than 20 years. Of the business more than 10 years; from the aspect of capital increased 5 – 10 times significantly. Business assets to increase both quality and quantity. From the aspect of human resources in general there is no increase in the manpower; but the skills of how to increase the quality of processing. From the technological aspects of the majority (62.5%) experienced an increase in both the quality and quantity of tools and packaging aspects. From the aspect of marketing in general there is an increase in sales volume; but only a small proportion (37.5%) who had more than one market services.

Abstract

Auto insurance is an insurance product Jasindo motor vehicle owned by PT. Insurance Jasindo Semarang (Persero). Several factors will determine the selection decision is the value of insurance premiums and quality of service. Premium value or price has two main roles in the decision making process of the buyer, that is the allocation role and information role. Good quality services will give a good image or reputation in the eyes of consumers so that consumers will be attracted to choose services. This study aimed to determine the effect of premium value and service quality toward the selection decision of insurance. Type of research is explanatory research. With a sample of 78 respondents who use jasindo oto insurance through non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses test validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test with SPSS tools 15. The results showed an effect of premium value of 85,1% against the decision of the selection jasindo auto insurance. Affect the quality of service is 90,8% against the decision of the selection of auto insurance jasindo. Simultaneously, the influence rate of premium value and service quality is at 92.3%. Based on data analysis, it can be inferred partially and simultaneously that the premium value and service quality significantly influence selection decision and have a very strong level of closeness relationship. Suggested, the company needs to conduct training for employees to improve their skills regarding information presentation techniques.

Abstract

effort to keep relationships among customers, service quality is the key to maintain customers and give high value through customer’s value. Customers will compare between the services quality provided and price which is charged for servicing. The customers’ desired compatibility to the AHASS 0002’s will create customer satisfaction. This research aimed to find out the effect of service quality, price and customer value to customer satisfaction of AHASS 0002 Repair Shop Semarang Honda Center. The population in this research is the service customer users who served in AHASS 0002 Semarang Honda Center. The 100 respondents was taken as the research sample and the sampling technique used is the purposive sampling. Measurement scale using Likert scale. In data analysing using simple linear regression and multiple regression test helped with SPSS 16.00. Based on the results of data analysis, known that the service quality, price, and customer value has positive effect on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Simultaneously, variable of service quality, price, and customer value affect on customer satisfaction at 69.5 percent. This means the better service quality, the suitable expected prices of the customers, the high value of customer, the high customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Decrease the number of hospitalized patients suspected to be caused by the increase in service rates hospitals Soewondo Starch RAA. Aside from the issue of health care levy rate increase is also due to the performance indicators of hospitals RAA. Starch Soewondo weakened. So it is necessary to do research on "The Effect of Rates and Service Quality Customer Satisfaction on RSUD RAA. Soewondo Pati.  From the research it can be seen that the rates given by RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati can be perceived appropriate. Hospital Service Quality RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati perceived good. Costumer Satisfaction Patient Hospital Pati RAA Soewondo classified satisfied. Variable rates have a positive and significant effection customer satisfaction variable. Variable Quality of Service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Variable rates, and quality of service have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted.  Suggestions may be submitted by the author to the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati are RSUD RAASoewondo Pati need to provide better service. It should be repaired speed of the accepted the patients that are considered less by some patients. And also more attention to patients personally, will cause the patient to be more comfortable. And Some Patients RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati, will feel more satisfied if the speed of the accepted the patients repaired and also incresing more attention to patients personally.

Abstract

PO. Sumber Alam is one of the transportation service providers offering shuttle service. Like other PO Otobus Companies. PO. Sumber Alam is always trying to meet and satisfy the desires of its customers in the hope that customers can feel satisfied and loyal to continue to use the services of PO. Sumber Alam, but in fact according to the management of the number of passengers PO. Sumber Alam in the last 3 years continued to decline significantly, especially from 2015 to 2016, which amounted to 57,480 passengers. By looking at the existing problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty PO Sumber Alam. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling that is purposive sampling. The sample of this study amounted to 100 customers of PO Sumber Alam Semarang-Cilacap department and the opposite direction. Respondents' answers will be processed using various tests of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and t test using SPSS program Statistical version for Social Science for Windows 16.00. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that service quality positively affects customer loyalty, service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively influences customer loyalty. The suggestion of this research is PO. Sumber Alam needs to make improvements or rejuvenation of the physical appearance of the fleet, adding to the completeness of the facilities at the shuttle location and providing guidance and training for employees, so that employees can provide better service to customers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect variables work environment, leadership and compensation of  PT.Kimia Farma Plaant Semarang’s employees' job satisfaction. This paper  is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling type that used as a sample that is 95 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for windows version 16:00 The conclusion of this research is 55.8% of the respondents said the work environment is fair, 66.3% of respondents said leadership is fair, 91.6% of respondents said compensation in either category, and 67.4% of respondents stated to have job satisfaction tinggi.Work environment variable affect the job satisfaction of 25.1%. Leadership variables affect job satisfaction of 16.6%. Variable compensation affects the job satisfaction of 16.1%. Simulteously  the work environment, leadership and compensation affects job satisfaction by 36.1%. This means better work environment, leadership and compensation expected higher level employees' job satisfaction Based on the results the company needs to improve the quality of existing employment facilities such as keeping all existing work by organizing community service, to promote cooperation and liaison between the leadership of the employee gatherings are held regularly, compensation has created a well should be maintained so that the satisfaction increased employee and employee performance the better

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence tourist visiting decisions in Pasarbanggi Mangrove Ecotourism Rembang Regency. This type of research uses exploratory research with data collection methods using interviews and data collection tools using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents of Mangrove Marketbanggi Ecotourism tourists in Rembang Regency. using the Accidental Sampling method. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, and factor test with SPSS 21.0. From the results of the study indicate that the quality of service influences the decision to visit by 80.1%, the location influences the decision to visit by 70.9%, the rate influences the decision to visit by 82.8%, the attractiveness influences the decision to visit by 78.0%. This means that the better the quality of service, tariff, location and attractiveness, the higher the decision to visit the Pasarbanggi Mangrove Ecotourism Rembang Regency. Tariff variables on visiting decision variables have a greater influence than service quality, location and attractiveness variables. Based on the results of the research, the researcher suggested that Ekowsiata Mangrove Pasarbanggi management in Rembang Regency make improvements and control on service quality by paying more attention to tourists, adding employees at certain times to maximize service to tourists, and adding incomplete facilities for the convenience of consumers.

Abstract

In order to maintain the continuity, develop the company, and maintain its existence, the company is required to continue to provide competitive advantages by paying attention and managing the supporting aspects in marketing its products. High level of purchasing decision become the key to a company's success in selling their products. Revlon always place at top 5 of the survey published by Top Brand Index in 2014-2016 term, however Revlon has a vulnerable position displaced by its competitors. This can be seen from the decline of 4.7% in the foundation category from the first position in 2015 to second position in 2016 shifted by Wardah which significantly increased by 17.7% in 2016. This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0 Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.

Abstract

The population density in Semarang causes various problems, such as traffic jam. BRT Trans Semarang is one of the government programs to overcome this problem. There are 4 BRT Trans Semarang’s corridor that operate now. Corridor I is the first corridor launched. The numbers of Corridor I passengers are increasing constantly. Nevertheless, the performance of BRT Trans Semarang is not optimal yet. This is showed by the articles in the newspaper about the BRT Trans Semarang’s services that need to be improved. Not Optimal services can lead to dissatisfaction of BRT Trans Semarang passengers. Furthermore, dissatisfaction can bring a bad reputation for BRT Trans Semarang. This research aims to see how the effect of Psychological Factors and Word Of Mouth in decision to the use of corridor I BRT Trans Semarang. Data collection technique used is interview and question, while data sample collecting technique used is purposive sampling with 100 sample. The data is analyzed through validity test, reliability test, crosstab, product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test. The data is analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS program version 20. The results showed that Psychological factors and Word Of Mouth have a significant influence in decision to the use of Corridor I BRT Trans Semarang partially. Psychological Factors and Word Of Mouth also have a significant influence in decision of the use of Corridor I BRT Trans Semarang simultaneously.
