Abstract

Assorted  these  days  handphone  product  choice  many  on  the market  by  producer,  giving opportunity to consumer to consume with various brand choice. Immeasurable of product brand which on the market to consumer make consumer have opportunity to change over from one brand to other brand. Pursuant to the mentioned, hence this research aim to to identify and analyse influence disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize experience and product to the product to decision of transfer of handphone brand. In this research of used by population is all migratory consumer of handphone brand in District of Tembalang Semarang. With technique intake of purposive sampel, with migratory consumer responder  criterion  of  handphone brand  in  District  of  minimum  Tembalang  Semarang  have changed handphone brand 2 times, is so that obtained by sampel 100 responder. As for data which is used in this research of primary data which is diproleh from kuesioner. Data analysis use doubled linear regresi. Pursuant  to  result  of  research  obtained  by  result  of regresi coefficient  disgruntled  of consumer 0,490 and signifikan level 0,000 < 0,05 so that first hypothesis of ketidakpuasan of consumer have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of characteristic  regresi  coefficient  categorize product  0,235 and signifikan  level  0,009  <  0,05 second so that characteristic categorize product have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of experience regresi coefficient to the product 0,162 and signifikan level 0,036 < 0,05 so that third hypothesis of Experience to the product have an effect on by signifikan to decision of transfer of brand can be accepted. Result of F calculate equal to 35,494 and signifikan storey;level 0,000 < 0,05 so that there is positive influence and signifikan between ketidakpuasan of  consumer,  characteristic  categorize  product,  experience  to  the product  to decision of transfer of brand. Equal to 51,1 % decision of transfer of brand can be explained by disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize product, experience to the product. While the rest 48,9% explained by other causes outside variable disgruntled of consumer, characteristic categorize product, experience to the product.

Abstract

This study aimed to see whether there is disposition effect in glamor stocks in the Indonesian market or not , in the period 2010 - 2012. Disposition effect is deviant behavior of investors to hold losses too long and realize profits too fast . Approaches to see the disposition effect is to look at the relationship between the variables of trading volume, volatility and returns.This study used a method Vector autoregression( VAR ). The data used in this study are the data of trading volume, volatility and weekly stock returns. The sample used was 10 glamor stocks the period January 2010 - December 2012. The VAR analysis using four methods to answer the research questions, namely the analysis of the VAR, Impulse Response Function ( IRF ), Variance Decomposition and Granger Causality Test.From the test results using the VAR analysis, showed that there was no disposition effect in glamor stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based testing can be concluded that investors behave rationally in making investment decisions. The conclusions are based on test results that have been done. Results of Impulse Response Function ( IRF ) shows the response of a variable to another variable shock. Variance Decomposition results showed a variable response to the movement of his past variables. Furthermore causality test results indicate that there is no pattern of causality between variables.

Abstract

Further studies have consistently found problems with efficient market hypothesis by Fama. Underpriced stocks based on some form(s) of fundamental analysis can produce abnormal return in the major capital market in the world. This phenomenon called market anomalies. This research aim to determine whether value portfolio outperform glamour portfolio and to evaluate risk-adjusted performance between value and glamour stocks. Sample of this study used companies listed on LQ 45 during 2009-2013 periode. The portofolio formation based on consistent earner strategy (Elze, 2010) which is combination between PER & ROE and DY & ROE. After portfolio formation on 0MO, 3M0, 6MO, and 12MO, ANOVA test will be performed to determine the difference in returns and risk-adjusted performance for each portfolio formation. The results on this study found that there is no difference return and risk-adjusted performance between value and glamour portofolio during 2009-2013 at Indonesia Stocks Exchange.

Abstract

University is a part of education that produced educated employee who are able to fulfill the requirement of labor market. Islamic State of University (UIN) Walisongo Semarang were one of university that makes change from institute to University. It is done to keep demand of people needed and abreast of time, especialy the development in labor market. The purpose of this research is to do the culture mapping recently and expected future by all of stakeholder in order to it can be as recommendation to institute, have the culture recently and expected future This research used the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) method. Survey was done by employees, lectures, and university students using descriptive quantitative approach.             The result of this research is there was a similar of organization culture curently and expected future. That sense by stakeholder, such as employees, lectures, and university students who said that profile of Islamic State University (UIN) Walisongo Semarang currently and expected future was clan culture. There was tendency to clan culture that powerful as type culture expected. Clan culture dominated organization culture in UIN Walisongo releted to religious value that had UIN Walisongo since before change. In UIN Walisongo, it prioritised role or attitude silaturahmi, sincere, shidiq and humble and there were islamic organization culture that was taken from the resource of islamic law such as, Al Quran And Al Hadist Rasulullah SAW. This organization culture mapping can be reference UIN Walisongo to determine principle that accorded with vission, missions and purposes UIN Walisongo.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, Earning per Share (EPS), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in manufacture companies that is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2011-2013.The population of this research is 148 manufacture companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2013. Sampling technique used here is method of purposive sampling. The data is obtained based on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2013 publication. It is gained sample amount of 30 manufacture companies from 148 manufacture companies those are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the last square difference and hypothesis test using f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5% and t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation.Regression equation is DPR= 0,006 + 0,005 IOS – 0,073 DER – 0,034 GROWTH + 0,033 Ln,EPS 0,192 TATO + e. According to analysis indicates that IOS, EPS and TATO has a significant positive influence on Dividend Payout Ratio. DER and Growth has negative influence on Dividend Payout Ratio. Predictable of the five independent variables toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is 26,8% as indicated by adjust R square that is 26,8% while the rest 73,2% is affected from other factors outside of this study model.

Abstract

Total sales of Yamaha motorcycles between 2012 and 2014 decreased , on the other hand Honda has increased , in which the other motor brands tend to stagnate . Among the several factors that led to the transfer of the brand Yamaha to Honda allegedly due to product quality , brand image and price .             Thus , this study aims to analyze: 1 ) the influence of the quality of the product on a Yamaha motorcycle brand switching to Honda ; 2 ) the effect on the consumer response to the brand image brand switching to Honda Yamaha motorcycle ; and 3 ) the effect of price on a Yamaha. Intake sample size ( sample size) using the formula Widiyanto (2008 ) , so the number of respondents found 100 people. So as to produce the regression equation is as follows    : Y = 0,436 X1 + 0,279 X2 + 0,220 X3            Sampling technique using purposive sampling , where researchers focused on respondents who had previously been using the Yamaha brand and brand switching to Honda . Deployment region of respondents in Semarang includes four (4 ) villages , namely : Banyumanik , Tembalang , Srondol , Gajahmungkur .motorcycle brand switching to Honda

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect stock underperformance of IPOshares  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange.  This  study  uses  eight  independent variables, namely hot market (TIME), firm age (Age), underwriter reputation (UR), underpericing (UP), IPO volume (VOL), industry dummy (INDUM), capitalization of IPO (SIZE), with the dependent variable is the underperformance.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria (1) The Company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) Shares IPO companies experienced underperformance in the first period of one year, (3) the company has sufficient data to do research. The data sample obtained was 107 companies. The analytical method used is a multivariate regression. The assumption of classical test and hypothesis test using t- statistic, testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and the F-statistic to test the effect of model variables together with a significance level of 5%. This study also includes the classic assumption normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test.Based on the data normality test results, the study shows that the data are normally distributed. Based on the test results with the classical assumption of multicollinearity test, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test did not find any data that deviate from the classical assumption. It shows that the data used in this study are qualified to use a multivariate regression model. From the analysis in this study showsage of the company during  the IPO (Age) variable significant  negative effect  on  stock underperformance. Underprice variable positive and significant effect on stock underperformance.Variable IPO volume (VOL), has a negative and significant impact on the stock underperformance. Variable hot market (TIME), industry dummy (INDUM), and capitalization IPO (SIZE) has a negative correlation coefficient and no significant effect on stock underperformance. Variable underwriter reputation (UR) has a positive correlation coefficient and no significant effect on stock underperformance.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the extent to which the promotion of fashion store outletsin the atmosphere and moseim woman ( positive emotion ) affecting the mood of consumers in doing the decision of the purchase .As we know , the workaholic expenditure shopaholic (Person  that  like  shopping  too  much  )  very  happy  to  support  the  activities  of  the atmosphere or room of their shopping .For it , the promotion of being attractive and comfortable atmosphere outlets need to be made to win an industrial competition in this field .This study using quantitative methods .Data collected by engineering the questionnaire .Of respondents to this research is woman who was shopping with the number of respondents as many as 100 people .Quantitative methods include validity and reliability , test the assumption of the classics , testing the hypothesis through the f , t and test the coefficients determined ( r2 ) Engineering analysis of data used is linear regression analysis.And this research is used to test for detecting sobel intervening variable is a positive emotion.This research result indicates that promotion and store athmosphere, positive atmosphere and influence significantly to a positive emotion, the positive emotion accepted as variable intervening in a mediate promotion and the other on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study condected to analyze the effest of Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER),  Profitability  (Return  On  Equity/ROE,  Dividend Policy  (Dividend  Payout Ratio/ DPR), Firm Size (SIZE) to the  Pay Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study were obtained from the data published annual financial reports companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2012.The selection of the sample using purposive sampling and number of sample used by 20 wholesale and retail trade companies. Variables used in this study are Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER), Profitability (Return On Equity/ROE, Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio/ DPR), Firm Size (SIZE) as an independent variable; and Pay Book Value (PBV) as an dependent variable. The analysis technique used are multiple linier regression.The result showed that DER and DPR have no significant impact to PBV. ROE and SIZE has positive and significantly impacted to PBV.

Abstract

This study was conducted at a gymnasium that called Kharisma, which is located in Banyumanik, Semarang. Existing data on the gymnasium Kharisma shows a decreasing number of members in 2013-1014. This study aims to determine whether experiential marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction influece repurchase intention.The sample used in this research is a 150 member of gymnasium Kharisma. Data analysis methods used in this study is quantitative method and analyzed using multiple linear regressions.The results of the research shows that experiential marketing  and service quality have  a  positive  impact  to  customer  satisfaction with  the  regression  coefficient  Y1= 0,659X1  +  0,201X2.  While customer  satisfaction  is  also  has  a  positive  impact  to repurchase intention on the value of the regression coefficient Y2 = 0,957Y1
