Abstract

This research was based a sales decrease Rocket Chicken Sukorejo Kendal in the period 2012-2014. The decline in sales can be formulated that how consumers make purchase decisions to buy fast food amid fenomenan culinary competition is getting tighter. This study aimed to examine the effect of price perception, quality of service, and the location of the fast food purchasing decisions on Rocket Chicken Sukorejo.This study uses accidental sampling and purposive sampling with sample of 100 people from the consumers who make purchases at Rocket Chicken Sukorejo Kendal. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of a study reported the following regression equation: Y = 0.247 X1  + 0.304 X2+ 0.308 X3.Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, regression models multicoloniarity free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and the normal distribution. The biggest variable is the variable location of 0.308, whereas the smallest variable is the variable perception of the price of 0.247. Results of the study found that all independent variables are positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that aims to make a profit. The profits derived from the management of public funds. Return on Assets (ROA) is one way of measuring the level of the bank's ability to earn a profit. The purpose of this study was to test the return on assets (ROA) which influenced the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and ROA at commercial banks registered The Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013.For sampling used purposive sampling method. Data obtained by the publication of the Annual Bank, obtained the number of samples 20 commercial banks to go public. This study used a sample of commercial banks is consistently listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2013. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study found that the net interest margin (NIM) and ROA has a positive and significant impact on the return on assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) had no significant positive effect on return on assets (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL) has no significant negative effect on the return on assets (ROA).

Abstract

Many businesses today's culinary cause business competition is getting tougher. Therefore, each company is required to be able to make the right business strategy in order not to lose competitiveness, so that customers remain satisfied and can improve the customer loyalty.This study aims to describe the influence of product quality and service quality in influencing customer satisfaction, in order to increase customer loyalty in Lunpia Mbak Lien Semarang.The study was conducted by taking samples using purposive sampling technique, which has ever visited and bought lunpia in Lunpia Mbak Lien Semarang. The collection of data obtained from 150 customers Lunpia Mbak Lien Semarang by questionnaire consisting of open and closed questions.Respondents' answers to open-ended questions were analyzed qualitatively, and answers to the closed questions were analyzed with methods (Structural Equation Modeling) SEM using AMOS program assistance 22 for Windows.The analysis showed that the quality of the product has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the regression value of 0.30, and the quality of the product has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.24.Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the regression value of 0.58, and the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.30.And customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.32 at Lunpia Mbak Lien Semarang.

Abstract

This study is to investigate why consumers repuchase the products of House of Moo Cafe. This research analyzes and provides empirical evidence on whether product quality and the brand image of impact on brand attitude in improving brand loyalty . Sample of this research are house of moo consumers with 250 people by using non probability sampling techniques. Data analysis methods used are quantitative analysis, reability and validity, classic test assumptions, hypothesis test , coefficient determinan, linear regression analysis as well as test sobel. The result showed that product quality and brand image have a positive towards to brand attitude and product quality, brand image and brand attitude have a positive towards to brand loyalty. The result of sobel test showed brand attitude that mediates between being variable product quality and brand loyalty. Brand attitude that mediate between brand image to brand loyalty.

Abstract

The performance of the employees have an important role in achieving the success of a company, the employee acts as a planner and executor of the company's goals. Employee performance is affected by many factors such as emotional intelligence and role ambiguity. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, role ambiguity on performance. The negative impact caused by the ambiguity of roles can degrade the performance of the employee. The employees who experience role ambiguity, the results of his work was not optimal. Emotional intelligence employees can improve employee performance.The study population was all nurses General Hospital Semarang as much as 269 nurses. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique, with a total sample of 75 nurses and using multiple regression analysis with SPSS.The results of hypothesis testing, showed that emotional intelligence variables negatively affect the role ambiguity and ambiguity variables negatively affect performance. Emotional intelligence variable positive effect on performance.

Abstract

Number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Semarang has increased each year. However, an increasing that number are not able to show an increase in marketing performance. In fact, technology is always develop. Development of technology makes people want to get the fast service. This condition makes  Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises should think creatively to meet the needs of people. Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an effective method that is able to provide fast service to people needs. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a software that integrates all the business functions in the enterprise. This study aimed to determine the effect of implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to improving marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Semarang. Results of this research proved that improved  marketing performance can be done throuhg 6 processes. But, the most influential process in developing marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which  supported by choosing the accuracy of selection software and hardware. These things are the main factor in gaining the best result.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), ReturnOn Assets (ROA), Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin(NIM) to distribution of credit in commercial bank. This research used the Commercial Bank which was go public and listed it to Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data that it used at this research came from the annual published financial report of each Commercial Banks.The population in this research was all Commercial Banks that was go public and listed it to Indonesian Stock Exchange during period 2009 through 2013. The amount of population was 35commercial banks. After passed the purposive sampling method, amount of the bank that fulfilled the criteria of sample became 25 commercial banks. The method that used in this research was multiple regression analysis and then used assumption classic test and used hypothesis test that including F-statistic, T-statistic and determination of coefficients (R2).The result of this research was CAR variable influence negatively and not significant to distribution of credit, ROA variable influence negatively and significant to distribution of credit and DPK,NPL and NIM variable influence positively and significant to distribution of credit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress variables and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Panverta Cakrakencana Pandaan. The number of samples is set to a total of 100 respondents with a sampling using simple random sampling method. Measurements in the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis method that used in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the AMOS 16.0 software.Results of hypothesis testing showed that the work stress variables and significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job stress negatively affects job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment positive effect on job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment negatively affect employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention. Path Analysis of the results showed that the direct effect of work stress and non-physical work environment to turnover intention of employees value is 0.226 and -0.335. The indirect effect of job stress and non-physical work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction value is 0.095 and - 0.104.

Abstract

Abstract Berbahasa Inggris. In this global era, there are big emerging ritail companies in Indonesia. The growing ritail companies in Indonesia caused by the change in consumption patterns, especially in the ritail fashion products. This is supported by the shopping behavior of Indonesian citizen has begun to shift, from shoping in traditional to modern ritail market. This study aims to analyze the influence of creative promotion, visual merchandising, and pricing on product purchasing decisions on consumer ritail fashion of PT Mitra Adiperkasa.The data collection method was collected by questionnaire . The primary data source used in this study is data on respondent's perceptions of creative promotion, visual merchandising, pricing and purchasing decisions. The questionnaire in this study using a Likert scale. In determining the scale, then we use the measurement scale or range scale. Quantitative analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, and Test of Goodness of Fit which includes analysis coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test.The results of this study are Creative promotion proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of t - test of 2,256. Visual merchandising proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of t - test of 4.252. Price proved positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, which can be evidenced from the results of the test - t of 4.059

Abstract

Market return is the difference of Composite Stock Market Index certain period and Composite Stock Market Index last period. The purpose of this study is to examine the variabels influencing market return in Indonesian Stock Market. The  behavioural of  foreign investors herding, market volatility, inflation rates, market capitalization are used as predictors of market return.This research using the method of Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS Regression), is based on data net buy and net sell volume of foreign investors, Composite Stock Market Index daily, inflation rate, market capitalization and market return monthly for 2005-2014 period. The reason research using Indonesian Composite Stock Market Index is the market is one of emerging market in ASEAN with high growth intensity than other stock market in ASEAN. OLS Regression Method is applied to examine the effect of foreign investors herding, market volatility, inflation rate and market capitalization on market return.The results of OLS Regression analysis shows that partially market volatility have significant negative impact to market return and inflation rate have significant negative impact to market return, but foreign investors herding have no significant positive impact to market return and market capitalization have no significant positive impact to market return.
