Abstract

This research is motivated by the research gap from previous studies, and it is known that there is a decline in the performance of employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of stressors and motivation on employee performance, and organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Data were collected from a sample of 76 respondents, who work as employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Regional Division IV Central Java-Yogyakarta. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques, and sobel test, to test the mediating effect, using SPSS program.The results showed, stressors variable negatively affect organizational commitment and performance of employees. Motivation positively affect on organizational commitment. Motivation and organizational commitment has positive influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment is a good mediating variable between stressors and motivation on employee performance. The coefficient for total determination in this study is 86.5%.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire or intention of employees to qui from his job voluntarily according to their own choice. Turnover intention may be the first indication of employees who leave a job that can lead to high levels of employee turnover. organizations need to reduce it to an acceptable level. In order to manage the human resources, organizations have to pay attention to the pay satisfaction, provide organizational support, and help employees in their development.This research aims to analyze the effect of salary satisfaction, employee development and organizational  support  on  turnover  intention.    Data  was  collected  by  using  a  questionnaire. Population of this research are employees of PT Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia, using 77 employees as respondents.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Result finds that pay satisfaction, employee development and organizational support negatively affect turnover intention.

Abstract

Organization Culture is need to be developed and adapted with the developments and changes of the organization. Nowadays, many companies do not understand the importance of organization culture as a fundamental factor in the company. Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Diponegoro have the vision, mission, values, and goals to be achieved. With the mapping of cultural profile of current and future expectations may be one input for an institution to prepare for the change and understand whether the vision, mission, and values that have been defined it is understood and preserved as the organization's culture.This research was conducted by survey method using OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument). The survey conducted on alumni, students, staff, and faculty with a sample size of each stratum 25 people. So great the entire sample was 100 people. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach so as to reveal and analyze the cultural profile FEB Undip current and expected in the next few years.The results obtained from this study showed a difference between the perception of the current culture of alumni, students, staff, and faculty. Alumni, staff, and faculty feel that the dominant culture of the company is the culture clan. Meanwhile, students feel the current dominant culture is a culture of hierarchy. There are cultural similarities expected by all stakeholders ie culture clan. There seems to be a trend toward more powerful clan culture as a type of culture is expected. This cultural profile picture FEB Undip can be used for decision making in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of the FEB Undip.

Abstract

The performance of the employees have an important role in achieving the success of a company, the employee acts as a planner and executor of the company's goals. Employee performance is affected by many factors such as emotional intelligence and role ambiguity. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, role ambiguity on performance. The negative impact caused by the ambiguity of roles can degrade the performance of the employee. The employees who experience role ambiguity, the results of his work was not optimal. Emotional intelligence employees can improve employee performance.The study population was all nurses General Hospital Semarang as much as 269 nurses. The sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique, with a total sample of 75 nurses and using multiple regression analysis with SPSS.The results of hypothesis testing, showed that emotional intelligence variables negatively affect the role ambiguity and ambiguity variables negatively affect performance. Emotional intelligence variable positive effect on performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study purposed to understand leadership of Hendrar Prihadi and analyze leadership effectiveness what he has applied in period of his position as Semarang City Major.. This research is qualitative study by exploring data from respondents who have chosen using purposive sampling methode. Source of data in this study taken from Hendrar Prihadi, his family, household affair adjudants, private drivers, and three Semarang citizens.Character and his leadership concept are able to adapted with some javanese concepts, that’s are: Hasta Brata, Ki Hajar Dewantara dan Sultan Agung. These concept also suitable with western style leadership, transformational leadership, so Hendrar Prihadi’s concept of leadership defined in seloka or javanese idiom Ngayomi (protecting), Ngayemi (reassuring) lan Ngayahi (completing all task).Application of Hendrar Prihadi’s leadership concept is effectively proven and apreciated by Municipality of Semarang officer and residents, for future days Municipality of Semarang Goverment keep leadership style that adopted from cultural reality in Semarang also has well considered by citizens and hopefully evaluate all recent shortcomings.

Abstract

There are many things that influence a consumer to do the purchase and actively evaluate and search the possibilities to move from one product and service to another product and service which is expected could fulfill their need.. The aim of this study is to analyze the influences of the price perception, product quality and service quality against to the decision to purchase a motorcycle with trademark of Yamaha Mio which is based on the sales data from the Dealer Yamaha Pemuda Semarang it is mentioned that their superior product of Yamaha Mio had experienced the quite big selling  fluctuation.  The  probabilistic  sampling  had  been  adopted  in  consideration  the  huge numbers of the user of motorcycle with trademark of Yamaha Mio which are impossible to be calculated so 100 samples of respondents had been taken. The gathering of data had been through a questioner which had been based on Likert scale and then the hypothesis test had used the regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis it could find several conclusions that the value of calculated t of 3,108 with the significant degree (α) of 0.002 had declared that price perception had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision, the value of calculated t of 2.731 with the significant degree (α) of 0.008 had declared that product quality had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision and the value of calculated t of6.448 with the significant degree (α) of 0.000 had declared that service quality had been proven having the positive influence to the purchase decision. The implication theory of this study is thatthe purchase decision could be seen through the three variables of price perception, productquality and service quality which give the effective value approximately of 44.2%. This study had been focused to the 100 consumers of Yamaha Mio motorcycle at the Yamaha Pemuda Semarang dealer so it has covered the generalization as per the condition at the place or at the institution.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Witel Pekalongan. This research was  a sample of 56 of the 125 employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Witel Pekalongan. Samples was taken by Convenience sampling. The analysis used is multiple regression. By using signification limits about 0,05.Based on data calculation result of cost analysis used, obtained regression equality of :  Y         = 0,491X1 + 0,194X2             Analysis result demonstrates that motivation have a positive and significant influence between motivation to employee performance. By significant value about 0,02 (less than 0,05). Therefore, hypothesis which stated that motivation have influence to employee’s work could be accepted. There was no significant influence between work discipline to employee performance, by significant value 0.199 (greater than 0.05). Simultaneously both motivation and work dicipline have positive and significant influence to employee’s performance by f value about 18,729 (more than 0.05), therefore obtained signification value 0,000.

Abstract

The  key  of  organization’s    success    is  generated  by  each  of the  resources  of  the organization. It can be said that human resources is one of the determining factors for winning the business competition in a short period and long term. The human factor is not only the holders of an important role for the organization, but also a vital tool for organizations because it can not be replaced completely by other resources. The business competition today is requiring the role of human resources to have a competitive advantage and an organization should be able to improve the employee’s performance.This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  effect  of  variables  of organizational  culture,  job satisfaction  and  organizational commitment  on  employee  performance.  This  research  was conducted at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Regional IV Jateng- DIY. The number of samples specified by set as much as 76 respondents using Convenience sampling methods and Methods data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of testing againts the hypothesis, indicating that organizational culture variable has positive influence on employee’s performance. Job satisfaction variable has positive influence on the employee’s performance, and  organizational commitment variable has positive influence on employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research was triggered by theincreasment of competitionin the grocery retail business which is characterized by the emergence of many minimarket’s in recent years. Sari store’s customers have been decreased in just past four months, from January to April 2013. Besides, Sari store has several new competitors like Indomaret, Alfamart, etc. Effort to maintain customer loyalty is toimprove service quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of location, price perception and service quality towards customers loyalty in Sari store.The questionnaire data are collected from 75 respondents. Validation test, reliability test, classic assumption test (Normality test, Multicolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and goodness of fit test (F test, t test, determination coefficient) will be used to analyze.From regression analysis, we know that location, price perseption, and service quality variable have the positive effect for customer’s loyalty at Sari store. The service quality variable is the most influential for customer’s loyalty. All of the three variable have 54.1% of customer’s loyalty, and the rest percentage is affected by the others variables.The results of this research indicate that the location have positive impact on customers loyalty. price perception impacting positively on customers loyalty. service quality have positive impact on customers loyalty.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi salah satu sektor strategis dalam mendukung perkembangan perekonomian domestik di Indonesia. Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan bagi perekonomian Indonesia, terutama bagi para pelaku usaha mikro. Menurunnya pendapatan para pelaku usaha mikro karena berbagai masalah keuangan dan masalah non-keuangan yang muncul akibat pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak langsung pada penurunan PDB dan tingkat perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku usaha mikro, pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM mengeluarkan program Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM). BPUM telah dilaksanakan dua kali yaitu, di tahun 2020 dan di tahun 2021. Berdasarkan efektivitas dari penggunaan dana BPUM dinilai telah efektif baik dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya maupun wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan. Meskipun demikian, penyaluran program BPUM masih memiliki beberapa masalah dikarenakan implementasi BPUM pada 2020 berorientasi pada kecepatan penyaluran, sehingga sangat mungkin terjadi ketidatepatan sasaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mempelajari permasalahan penyaluran program BPUM serta memberikan alternatif terbaik berupa desain strategi dalam proses penyaluran BPUM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Analytic Network Process (ANP). Melalui penelitian berikut, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam proses penyaluran program BPUM diantaranya; penyaluran dana yang belum tepat sasaran, proses verifikasi data yang belum memadai, alur komunikasi satu arah, serta belum terintegrasinya informasi terkait program BPUM. Di sisi lain, penerima bantuan program BPUM juga belum mendapatkan pendampingan serta monitoring yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembobotan yang telah dilakukan, pemerintah daerah menjadi alternatif terbaik dalam penyaluran BPUM.
