Abstract

This study aimed to see the impact of  talent management and global mindset to the performance of employee and turnover intention regarding commitment of organization as an intervening variable to the employee of  PT. Cipta Busana Mandiri Demak.This study used software smart PLS 2.0.m3 version (Partial Least Squer) as the methodology in data analysis. The sample of this study are employee of PT.Cipta Busana Mandiri Demak with 88 respondents. While data was collected through questioner, surveys, interview and literature review.The result of this study indicates: 1) talent management has positive and significant impact to the commitment of organization 2) global mindset has negative and significant impact to the commitment of organization, 3 )talent management has negative and significant impact to the turnover intention, 4) global mindset has no significant and negative impact to the performance of employee 5) commitment of organization has negative and significant impact to turnover intention, 6) commitment of organization has positive and significant impact to the performance of employee.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of perceived usefulness, brand image, perceived risk, and perceived  customer value, on purchase decision variable at e-toll card user in Semarang city. This study uses perceived usefulness, brand image, and perceived risk as the independent variables and perceived customer value as the intervening variable, and purchase decision as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative methodology with Structural Equation Method (SEM) and uses primer and secondary data, the data analysis by collecting questionnaire respondents and company data. There are 181 respondents in this research. The analysis showed that the two independent variables are perceived usefulness (0,241), brand image (0,438), and perceived risk (0,158) has a positive and significant relationship to the intervening variable that is the perceived customer value. There is one independent variable that has a negative correlation to the dependent variables is perceived risk (0,017). There are three variables that have a positive and significant relationship to the dependent variable (purchase decisions) that perceived usefulness, brand image and perceived customer value. Meanwhile, perceived risk has a negative relationship and does not significantly influence the purchasing decision as the dependent variable.

Abstract

Problems that occur in Catering Ida was there a decrease in the number of sales and an increase in the number of complaints during the year 2013, which indicates an increase in customer dissatisfaction which cause customers not interested in re-purchase. Prasurvey based on the results that have been done, it can take several variables thought to influence the customer satisfaction is the quality of core services, and service quality peripherals. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is how to increase customer satisfaction and word of mouth customers Catering Ida. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the core service quality and service quality peripherals to satisfaction and word of mouth customers Catering Ida. The population used in this study are customers Catering Ida. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken Catering Ida is the customer who has made a transaction more than one time, amounting to a minimum of 97 customers. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this research, the quality of core services and service quality peripherals positive effect on satisfaction and word of mouth customers Catering Ida, while satisfaction has positive influence on word of mouth customers Catering Ida. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of core service quality and service quality peripherals to word of mouth.

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyze the influence of individualism - collectivism on conflict management style at the individual level (exploratory study of managers in semarang city).The respondent for this research totaled 80 managers of various companies in Semarang city. Technique of sample collection used Purposive Sampling and used a technique double regression analysis , the analysis includes: test the validity of , a test of reliability , test the assumption of the classics , linear regression test doublet test.Research result showed that collectivism has a negative and significant influence on the conflict management style competing, collectivism has a negative and significant influence on the conflict management style avoiding, collectivism has a negative and significant influence on the conflict management style collaborating, collectivism has a negative and significant influence on the conflict management style accomodating, collectivism has a negative and significant influence on the conflict management style compromising.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the determinants of return on Assets (ROA) in General Banking of Indonesia in the period of 2010 – 2014. ROA is dependent variable in this research, as profitability indicator. There are three independent variables that used, which are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party Funds (TPF), Net Interest Margin (one year before) (NIMt-1), and an intervening variable which is Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria as General Banking in Indonesia who provide annual reports and traded on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2010 through 2014 and forwarded to Bank Indonesia. Obtained by amount sampel as much 28 companies from 42 banking company in Indonesia 2010-2014  period. Analyzed with Path Analysis technique. The data is analyzed using SPSS 20 program.The result of this study proving that TPF and NIMt_1 have positive relationship and statistically significant toward LDR. CAR has negative relationship and insignificant toward LDR. CAR and LDR have positive and significant relationship toward ROA. TPF  has positive relationship and insignificant toward ROA. NIMt_1 has negative relationship and significant toward ROA. Then, TPF and NIMt_1 has significant relationship toward ROA mediated by LDR as intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of market orientation and customer relationship management on marketing performance with a competitive advantage as intervening. Population and sample in this research is food vendors in food stalls around the square in the town of Sragen of 60 sellers of food stalls. The sampling technique in this study was done by using census or saturated sample. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The research results showed that : Market orientation affect on competitive advantage. Customer relationship management affect on competitive advantage. Market orientation affect on performance marketing. Customer relationship management affect on performance marketing. Competitive advantage affect on marketing performance. Competitive advantage becomes the mediating variable between market orientation on performance marketing. Abstract

The developing of medical supplies and laboratorium’s reagent business are faster. The competition between companies is tighter. This situation give a decrease effect to sales of PT.Putra Airlangga Medika, as a distributor product of Human Diagnostic in Central Java and DIY. This studied’s purpose is to explain an effect service quality, product quality, and personal selling to buying decision. Brand Image is as an intervening variable between service quality and product quality. This studied was held in medical institution that spread on Central Java and DIY region..This study was conducted by taking samples using non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method, the respondents are consumer who have bought product of Human Diagnostic. Used as a sample of 100 respondents to fill out a questionnaire which consist of open and closed quetions. The result shows that service quality and product quality has positive and significant impact on brand image with ther regression value of 0.509 and 0.450, and brand image has a positive and significant effect to buying decision with regression value of 0.439. Personal selling also has a positive and significant effect to buying decision with the regression value 0.500. First model shown that 79.8% brand image variable can be explained by service quality and product quality variable. While the second model shown 69.5% buying decision can be explained by brand image and personal selling. And for the rest can be explained by other variables that beyond research.

Abstract

Financial Intermediary is a primary function of banks as a conduit of funds (credit) to the public in order to improve the economy. But often external shocks such as higher interest rates and a depreciation of rupiah hamper banks control the credit decision. To be able to withstand external shocks, certainly needed a good foundation of internal management in banking itself. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the internal banking foundation which is reflected by the Performance, Size, Inefficiency, Capital and Third Party Funds variables to the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) in the Conventional Commercial Bank 2011-2015.This research using a sample of 28 Conventional Commercial Bank Go Public in Indonesia. The data used in this study of secondary data from annual reports and the publication of financial statements of banks that have met the criteria of samples (purposive sampling). This research has been qualified for use multiple linear regression model.Results of the analysis showed that the Performance and Capital did not have a significant influence on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). Meanwhile Size, Inefficiency, as well as Third Party Funds proved to have a significant influence on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The predictive ability of these variables in explaining the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) by 23%, while the remaining 77% are influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of firm concentration ratio (CR4), market share (MS), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operating Efficiency (OE) on Return on Assets (ROA) as a proxy of financial performance of Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks in Indonesia between 2010 and 2014. This research uses data obtained from the annual report and financial statement published by official website of Indonesian Stock Exchange, Financial Services Authority, and official website of each banks. The population of this research are all of Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Sampling method used with purposive sampling and consist of 20 banks with largest total loans. Data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression with Fixed Effect Method and using dummy variable. This result showed that firm concentration ratio has positive effect on ROA, operating efficiency has negative effect on ROA, while market share, CAR, NPL, and LDR are not significant in ROA with a significant level at 5%. Variables in this study can explain on ROA in the amount of 80,89% and the rest explained by factors beyond this research.

Abstract

This study have purposed to identify and analyze the effect of leverage, size, NPL, BOPO and LDR of financial performance (ROA) in the general conventional banks period 2010 – 2014. Leverage has been proxied by the Short Term Debt to Total Asset (STDTA) and Long Term Debt to Total Asset (LTDTA).  The population  used in this study are conventional  commercial  banks that have been listed in the BEI at period 2010 – 2014. Sampling method for this study is using purposive sampling with 19 banks. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with classic assumption test, descriptive statistics test, t statistical test, f statistical test and coefficient of determination test. The result on this study indicate that STDTA and NPL have no significant effect on ROA. LTDTA and BOPO have a negative significant effect on ROA. Size and LDR have positive significant effect on ROA.  The results  from  this study that BOPO  is the most influence  independent  variabel  to dependent  variabel  (ROA)  by statistical  t-test.  While  NPL  is the most  uninfluence  independent variable to dependent variable (ROA). This study is expected to be a consideration in the decision making of the company to improve the company's financial performance, especially in banking.
