Abstract

In this modern era, the need for technology, information and communication is growing rapidly. As the need grow greater, service providers are required to present a service that can follow the development of technology but in accordance with the needs and accepted by the society. Telecomunication and Network companies in Indonesia offer  many attractive products and with various benefits as a form of competition. As one of telekomunication company in indonesia, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) or Telkom, presents their innovative product called Indihome Triple Play. This product combine three services in one product, that  consist of High Speed Internet on Fiber, Phone, dan Interactive TV. This research aimed to analyze the effect of Customer Value Anticipation and Marketing Communication on Intention to Adopt.The sample in this study is 130 respondents of Indihome Triple Play customers, using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) The results of this study indicate that Customer Value Anticipation and Marketing Communication have positive and significant influence on Product Innovativeness (as intervening variable), and Product Innovativeness has positive and significant effect on Intention to Adopt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how big the influence of the specific variables of the bank are the efficiency of management, size, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), capital adequacy, and profitability to financing problem of sharia banks in Indonesia on period 2011 to 2016. This research is done by purposive sampling method. The sample used are 7 sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used are quarterly bank reports obtained from each website of sharia bank which is used as research sample. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. This study uses computer software program SPSS 23. The results showed that all of independent variables used significantly affected the financing problem of sharia banks. Variable management efficiency, capital adequacy and profitability have a significant negative effect on financing problem. Financing to Deposit Ratio is the only variable has not significant effect on financing problem. The variable of bank size is the only independent variable that has a significant positive effect on financing problem. In this study, the adjusted R square has a high enough value of 0.297, which means 29,7% of the predicted NPF change of the five variables, while the remaining 70.3% is predicted by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in  new training, inexperienced employees..This research aim to examine and analyze the influence of the relation between work environment and compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable (study on employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang).Questionnaires were distributed to 73 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang and data was collected using puposive sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 23.The result of this research indicates that work environment an compensation has positive effect and significant on job satisfaction. Work environment and compensation has negative effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has negative effect but not significant on turnover intention,  sobel test indicates that job satisfaction hasn’t mediation effect on work environment and compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aim to examine and analyze effect of e-service quality, information quality and ease of use to e-loyalty with e-satisfaction as Intervening variables (Studies on B2C e-commerce Lazada Indonesia customer). This research did through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 Lazada Indonesia customer in Semarang with random sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 22. The technique of data testing in this research includes validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, path analysis that is development of multiple linear regression and sobel test to examine mediation effect from independent variabel to dependent variabel.The result of this research indicates that: e-service quality has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, information quality has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, ease of use has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, e-service quality has positive effect and significant to e-loyalty, information  quality has positive effect and significant to e-loyalty, ease of use has positive effect but not significant to e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. The sobel test shows that e-satisfaction can mediate the effect of e-service quality, information quality, ease of use to e-loyalty

Abstract

SMEs that produce batik is one of leading sectors to boost Pekalongan's economy. In producing and distributing, it needs support by suppliers, distributors, retailers, also consumers. This research aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management to the performance of batik SMEs in Pekalongan by using four independent variables of information sharing, trust, long-term relationship, and collaboration.The object of this research is batik SMEs domiciled in Pekalongan. The number of samples is 100 owners or managers batik SMEs in Pekalongan by using analytical method is multiple regression analysis and operated by SPSS 23.The result shows that information sharing has a positive influence on supply chain management performance, trust has a positive effect on supply chain management performance, long-term relationship has a positive effect on supply chain management performance, and collaboration has a positive influence on supply chain management performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effect of Materialism Value and information of product variable to Buying Interest of Charity Product. This research also aimed to analyze the difference of high materialism value and low materialism value to the buying interest of charity product, whether materialism value level can influence buying interest of charity product and also analyzing whether the information of charity product that have been given to the participants can influence the relationship between materialism value with buying interest charity product.            The research methodology used on this research is quasi field experiment. The number of participants used was 80 participants, consisting of 40 participants for the group that  obtained the information of the charity product and 40 participants for the group who did not got the information of charity product. The data analysis test used  is Two Ways Anova with factorial design of two independent variables and independent t test to know the comparison between the experimental research group.            The result of the analysis showed that materialism value did not affect the buying interest of charity product, information of charity product has an influence on buying interest of charity product, and the interaction between materialism value and information of charity product did not affect to buying interest of charity product. The statistical results showed that H1 and H2 are accepted while H3 and H4 were rejected. The statistical results showed the differences in buying interest in charity product among high materialism value groups and low materialism value groups that obtain information of charity product.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze further about Transformational Leadership and Emotional Intelligent influence on employee performance with organizational commitment as mediating variable at PT. Jasa Marga Cabang Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Marga cabang Semarang. Samples of this study are 74 employees. The techniques of data testing in this research includes the reliability test, the validity test, the classical assumption test, path analysis, and the Sobel test to examine the mediation effect with SPSS  application. The hypothesis in this study is the transformational leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and organizational commitment has positive and significant on employee performance.

Abstract

The business competition of packaged tea products is increasing, as indicated by the growing number of new brands of bottled tea in packaging. Conditions must be understood by bottled tea manufacturers by improving marketing strategies through improving product quality, brand image, appropriate pricing strategies and increasingly attractive promotions for consumers interested in deciding to purchase their products. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of product quality, brand image, price perception and promotion on purchasing decision of Sosro Bottle Tea product.The population in this study were consumers who bought Sosro bottle tea in Semarang City, while the sample was as many as 100 respondents who got by using accidental sampling sampling technique, that is the researcher chose respondents by way of respondents in crowded places seller Sosro tea seller in City. The type of data used is primary data, using the method of collecting data kusioner.The result of analysis by using multiple regression is product quality have positive effect to purchasing decision. Brand image positively affects purchasing decisions. Price perceptions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion positively affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Competition in motorcycle sales among motorcycle manufacturers especially motor sport in Indonesia is very tight, one of which Suzuki sport bike sales decreased in 2012-2015, if this continues to happen is not impossible Suzuki will have difficulty to follow the competition with other competitors so that will have an impact on Suzuki's own survival. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation and brand trust on purchasing decisions Suzuki motor sport. Samples in this study are consumers who buy and use Suzuki sport bikes in Semarang which amounted to 100 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used to process the data in this study using SPSS 20.The results of the analysis in this study indicate that product quality and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on brand trust, then brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. In addition, product quality does not significantly influence purchasing decisions and product innovations have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sports is very important today and has become a worldwide trend, with this phenomenon there is also an increasing trend in sports product. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, product design, and word of mouth of AN-DA boxing gloves purchase decision in Central Java. Product quality, price, product design, and word of mouth are matters that are considered before buying a pair of boxing gloves and are providing value to customers in choosing boxing gloves that have become the needs for athletes in Central Java. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. Data were collected from 100 respondents who have met the criteria of ever purchasing and using AN-DA boxing gloves and are domiciled in Central Java. The analytical methods used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination test, F test and t test using IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The results show that the variables of product quality, price, product design, and word of mouth have positive and significant impact on purchase decision by the regression equation. Product quality is the most influential variable on purchasing decisions followed by product design, price and word of mouth. Four independent variables are contributing 66.2% to the purchase decision. While the remaining 33.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
