Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze factors that affect PT X employee’s organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship are used as dependent variables. A high level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment will affect organizational citizenship behavior and the organization goal’s will be achieved.This research uses questionnaire as the data collection method. The research’s population is all of the PT X employee which total is 875 employees. This research uses Slovin Formula to determine the samples, so the samples can be obtained using this formula are 90 employees with confidence level of 0.01. This research uses random sampling as the sampling method.  Data analysis used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient test, F-test, and t test.According to the multiple linear analysis’ result, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior partially as well as simultaneously. The adjusted R square score is 0,309, so 30,9% organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the remaining 69,1% explained by other variables aside from the research.

Abstract

Nike is one of the sports companies operating in Indonesia, this company has a problem of decreasing brand image in 2016-2018 based on survey results from Top Brand Awards. This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Design, Perceived Value, and Promotion on Brand Image of Nike shoes. This study uses three independent variables namely Product Design, Perceived Value, and Promotion and uses one dependent variable, Brand Image.The sample used in this study were 100 Nike shoes consumers in the city of Semarang. Data collection methods used are questionnaires distributed by non-probability sampling techniques with the type of purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques that are used is Path Analysis.Base on the result study, As well as showing that Product Design, Perceived Value, and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.805, indicating that 80.5 percent of the variation in Product Design can be explained by the independent variable in the regression equation. While the remaining 19.5 percent can be explained by other variables outside the independent variables in this study.

Abstract

There are several studies on conflict management styles applied to countries in Western and non-Western cultures, for example Turkey, India and China. Although many studies have examined conflict management style preferences in several countries in Asia, there have been no studies examining the influence of Indonesian national culture on conflict management style preferences. Thus the conflict management style is not yet known what is the preference of the Indonesian people. The research conducted by Ma (2010) states that Turks who apply collectivism value choose a style of collaboration and competition to overcome conflict. Whereas conflict management style which is the preference of Chinese society is a style of compromise, while the style of competition conflict management becomes a conflict management style that is avoided Kirkbride, Sara, and Westwood (1986). The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Indonesian national cultural values on conflict management style preferences.This research was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Diponegoro University of Semarang. The number of samples used were 65 respondents by census method. Data analysis method used in this research is simple regression analysis and multiple regression using SPSS.The results of this study indicate that the style of conflict management are more likely to use are compromising style and collaborating style, while the style of competing is a style of conflict management is rarely applied. In addition, the values of collectivism have different effects on the management style of employee FISIP Undip, such as the value of cooperation and acceptance the role in the group leads to the style of collaborating style preferences, and the value of cooperation and acceptance the role in the group leads to the style of compromising style preferences.

Abstract

Today, many companies use social media as a way to marketing their products. Levi's is one of company that utilizes social media in marketing its products. One of the social media used by Levi's in marketing its products through social media is instagram. This research aims to examine the effect of variable’s electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorsement, and social media marketing on purchase intention with brand image as the intervening variable.This research employs a purposive sampling technique on 120 respondents. The study is conducted on consumers who know the Levi's brand, have an instagram account and know or follow account @levis_indonesia in Semarang city The method used is Structural Equation Model with AMOS 24.0 Software. The results of this research show that electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorsement, and social media marketing have a positive effect on the variables of brand image intervening and intervening variables have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention

Abstract

Costumer satisfaction are closely related to products or services which are sold to costumer. Besides it, costumer satisfaction can used as success measurement of company performance especially on services company because costumer used directly that services.  Costumer satisfaction on services company, especially logistic servives can be mesasured by few things, for an example service that company give to costumer, time delivery and facility. This research aims to exam that correlate service quality, on-time delivery and facility to J&T Express costumer satisfaction in Semarang.Sample for this research are random person of 100 costumers that had used J&T Express. Sampling Technique use Accidental Sampling, processed by SPSS 23th edition that use Multiple linier analysis.Result of this research show that servive quality, on-time delivery and facility has significant and positive. On-time delivery variable has a biggest effect for costumer saticfaction.

Abstract

Working capital is a part of resources that can have a impact on company’s profitability. The research is aimed at determining the effect of policy of working capital on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The variables consists of cash conversion cycle (CCC), average collection period in days (ACPID), inventory turnover in days (ITID), average payment period in days (APPID), profitability (ROA).The population of this research consists of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in years 2013-2016. This research used secondary data and used purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The total sample in this study are 62 companies. Multiple regression is used as the analysis technique in this research.The result of this research that cash conversion cycle (CCC), average collection period in days (ACPID), inventory turnover in days (ITID) have negative significant effect with profitability, moreover average payment period in days (APPID) found has no significant effect on profitability. The coefficient determinant R2 is 0,32 which means 32% ROA variant explained by independent variables, whereas 62% explained by another variables which is not followed.

Abstract

The development of Indonesia's economy can not be separated from the existing industries in the areas scattered throughout Indonesia. Yogyakarta as one of districts has a potential and growing industrial sectors supported by the tourism sector located in the area. One of them is the bakpia industry in Ngampilan. Like other industries, the exhaust industry in Purbalingga also has problems such as capital difficulties, difficulties in product distribution, supply of raw materials for production and competition of similar products. These problems include into supply chain management. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of long-term relationship, information sharing, trust, and cooperation on supply chain management performance.The population of this study is the company in the bakpia  industry in Yogyakarta which amounted to 165. This research will use a sample of 100 respondents through questionnaires, where the data obtained will be analyzed include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, and coefficient of determination testThe test results show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The most influential variables are trust, then cooperation, then information sharing, and long-term relationship. These results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable supply chain management performance.

Abstract

The growth of industry / trade based online has increased significantly. Increased growth is a good impact on other industries, one of which is felt by freight forwarding companies. This research was conducted to examine how the influence of service quality that focus on five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence to customer satisfaction of goods delivery service.The sample used in this research is the consumer of Lazada Indonesia in Semarang which has been using the delivery service of Lazada Express during the event harbolnas implemented. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents selected using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. While the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, f-test, and t-test.The result of research using SPSS version 21 software aid shows that service quality have positive effect to customer satisfaction. From result of regression coefficient, it is found that tangibles variable (b_5) with coefficient 0,358 has the highest value in giving influence to customer satisfaction. Next the successive variable responsiveness (b_2) with coefficient 0,28; variable empathy (b_4) with coefficient 0,166; variable assurance (b_3) with coefficient 0,164; and variable reliability (b_1) with coefficient 0,153 have influence to customer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing is partially significant independent variables, because all values t count > t table or significance <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneous hypothesis testing of independent variables is also significant, with the value f count > f table or significance <0.05. Coefficient of determination shows the result that the ability of service quality variables, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles in explaining the level of customer satisfaction is 85.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that effect bank profitability (ROA) in commercial banks go public that is listed on the Indonesia tock Exchange period of 2012-2016. Independent variables used in study are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and credit growth as an intervening variable.The population used in this study are all commercial banks go public which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2012-2016. Sampling in this study using saturation sampling which resulted in a sample into 43 commercial banks go public. The analysis technique used is Path Analyst which is a development of multiple regression analysis.The results of this study showed that CAR has a positive effect and insignificant to credit growth, DPK has positive effect and significant to credi growth. NPL has negative effect and significant to credit growth. CAR has positive effect and insignificant to profitability. DPK and credit growth have positive and significant to profitability. NPL has negative and significant to profitability. Then, credit growth is able to mediate the effect of DPK to profitability. But credit growth is not able to mediate the effect of  CAR and NPL to profitability.

Abstract

Basically, in Islamic perspective every human being is a leader whether for himself or another. Leadership someday will be counted in the presence of Allah SWT. Therefore, an Islamic leader is prohibited to act according to his will and his group but must follow the rules derived from Al-quran and As-sunnah. The main purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss the implementation of Islamic values in leadership functions. The method used in this research  is qualitative and phenomenology study approach. The method is choosen in order to archive  the participant’s life experience related to the phenomenon of Islamic leadership in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung. In attempt to collect the data, this research uses interview, observation, and documentation within a certain period of time. The finding of this research shows that managers of RS PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung apply Islamic values such as siddiq (truthful), amanah (trustworthy), tabligh (deliver), and fatanah (smart) in instructive, consultative, control, and exemplary leadership functions.
