Abstract

Net Interest Margin shows an upward trend in 2015 and 2016, but the increase hasn’t been able exceed Net Interest Margin in 2012. This indicates that the bank's performance in obtaining NIM hasn’t been as optimal as 2012. This research aims to analyze the influence of income diversification, credit risk, loan to deposit ratio, and risk aversion to Net Interest Margin (NIM) of conventional bank listed in IDX during the periods 2012 - 2016. Income diversification is measured by NII ratio, credit risk is measured by NPL ratio, loan to deposit ratio is measured by LDR, and risk aversion is measured by CAR. This research also using bank size and BOPO (efficiency ratio) as control variable.The data studied were obtained through non-participant observation method by directly quoting financial and banking data. The data sources used in this study came from Bloomberg and OJK. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the criteria determined, it will get 36 conventional banks. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, which had previously passed the classical assumption test.Result of this research show that income diversification, credit risk, loan to deposit ratio, and risk aversion have positive and significance effect to net interest margin.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that there is a trend of an increase in credit risk in 2012 to 2016. This condition is a phenomenon because national banks are able to disburse credit to many developing companies, but the phenomenon of increasing NPLs shows that banks have increasing credit risk. This is also supported by the gap research, namely the inconsistent results of research on credit risks that are different. This study aims to analyze the effect of the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, the concentration of share ownership, managerial share ownership and management compensation on the credit risk of Banking Companies Registered on the IDX 2012-2016.The sample used in this study were Banking Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection methods in this study use documentation. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, managerial ownership has a negative effect on credit risk, the concentration of share ownership has a positive effect on credit risk while the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and management compensation does not affect credit risk..

Abstract

The rapid development of the culinary business in the city of Semarang is also supported by consumer behavior itself. Family cities tend to be practical, they choose instant food and liked the restaurant with atmosphere "homey". This phenomenon is supported by the habits of Semarang people are likely to visit a restaurant or a place to eat with a variety of purposes in addition to eating a meal, like hanging out with relatives or family, for a business meeting, or celebrate an event, etc.The population is all existing customers. samples taken in the study was obtained for 96.04 and then rounded up to 100 people. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression were first tested by using validity and reliability.The results showed that the influences of the positive and significant correlation between perception of price on purchase decisions. This means that if the price is affordable then buying decision will increase. There are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of products on purchase decisions. This means that any increase in the belief it will increase keptuusan pembelianTerdapat positive influence and significant correlation between customers' confidence in purchasing decisions. This means that any increase in the belief it will increase keptuusan pembelian.Terdapat positive influence and significant correlation between the quality of service to the purchasing decision. This means that any increase in the quality of service will improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

                 This research is conducted with the background on the phenomenon of the amount number of complaints. Increased number of complaints will lead to dissatisfied customer and will affect to customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality in influencing customer satisfaction in order to increase customer loyalty of Coparcetin’s customer in Semarang.                  The population used in this study is all consumers who have made purchases of Coparcetin products. The collection of data obtained from 152 respondents, this study used 3 variables, 12 indicators, and 3 hypotheses. The analytical process used is quantitative method with AMOS analysis tool.             The results of this study indicate that product quality are giving positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, product quality is also giving positive and significant to customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction are giving positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The current retail business especially in clothing boutiques, is increasingly causing intense competition among boutique owners. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, product attributes and store location to customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention at Stage My Fashion boutique.This research uses non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The samples in this study were 150 respondents. The population of the study was all consumers who had ever done purchase transaction at Stage My Fashion boutique. The method of collecting data through questionnaires. This study uses analytical techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 as the analysis instrument. The results of this study indicate that product attributes, store location, service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention.

Abstract

In a business activity the role of leaders and employees is very influential in achievingthe company's vision and mission, almost all activities in the company involve the role of employees in it. The factor of human resources is an important factor in the development of the company. This research will discuss implementation of Islamic values in the understanding of employees which has an impact on improving employee performance, especially in Sharia Cooperatives.The purpose of this study is to describe the response of employees and leaders to the performance of KSPPS Hudatama employees and analyzing the extent to which employees and leaders understand the values of Islam KSPPS Hudatama.The method used is qualitative method with   case study approach. The reason for selecting these method is so that research can be focused and can be done in depth to find out employees' understanding of working in accordance with Islamic values KSPPS Hudatama and impact on employee performance. From the research results showed that improving  employee  performance  is  not  only  proven  through  numerical  productivity growth reports only but also can shape the behavior of its employees in accordance with Islamic values KSPPS Hudatama. The increase in employee performance was also assisted by the employee training held by KSPPS Hudatama.

Abstract

This research is motivated   by  the  tight  competition of  chocolate confectionery brand  in Indonesia. It impact  the brand  performance of  an  Delfi  in the last three  years. This study aimed  to analyze the effect  of  brand  image, brand  awareness and  perceived quality  to consumer purchase decision through  brand  loyalty  as the intervening  variable. This  research was  conducted on  Chocolate  Delfi  consumer  at  Diponegoro  University Semarang.The   sampling  method   used  in  this  research  is  non-probability sampling  with purposive sampling  technique. Samples  were  collected from  100  respondents with  the criteria  of students Diponegoro University and who had ever done purchase transaction of Chocolate  Delfi   more   than   two   times.  The   analysis  method   used  in  this  study  is quantitative method  including validity  and reliability  test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination using SPSS and sobel test.The   result  of  this  research  showed  that  brand   image,  brand   awareness  and perceived  quality  has  positive and  significant  effect   on  cunsumer  purchase  decision. Brand  loyalty  has  positive and  significant  effect   on  consumer purchase decision.  The result of sobel test showed that brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality have indirect effect  on consumer purchase decision through brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors affecting purchase intention. These factors are namely product knowledge, perceived quality, perceived risk, perceived value.The population in this study were all people who knew but had never bought a Kawasaki Ninja 250 Fi motorcycle product, who lived in Semarang City. The sample was selected  using  purposive  sampling  method.  Based  on  the  criteria  that  have  been determined, obtained a sample of 100 respondents.The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that product knowledge and perceived value had a positive and significant effect  on  purchase intention.  Meanwhile perceived  quality and  perceived  risk are not significant to purchase intention.

Abstract

Job   satisfaction   considerably   affects   employee   performance   and   employee outcome.  This  study  aimed  to  present  a  literature  review  of  the  factors  that  affect employee satisfaction conditions and to cover the limitation of previous literature which is being research gaps of this study.Research  method  using  systematic  literature  review.  The  research  data  was obtained through internet search on employee satisfaction journal published 2005-2017 key words using job satisfaction,  employee  satisfaction,  employee  job satisfaction,  job satisfaction,  job  satisfaction  among  employee,  job  satisfaction,  kepuasan  kerja,  and kepuasan kerja karyawan. The number of journals analyzed by 22 journals. Data were analyzed qualitatively.The result of the research is there are six factors that influence job satisfaction that is job content (autonomy and clarity of role), management (performance evaluation and management support), work environment (physical environment, supervisor's relationship  with subordinate,  and co-worker  relationship),  compensation  reward), job promotion  (promotion  and  employment  system),  and  training  (routine  and  effective training).

Abstract

Online shopping sites appear as alternative choices for buyers. Lazada is the most popular  online  shopping  site  in  Indonesia  which  has  an  official  website  named lazada.co.id. In 2018 Lazada have decrease in the number of visitors which caused a decrease buying interest in Lazada. on the other hand began, many online shops appear that not have official sites and only rely on promotion and sales through social media only. This has an impact on the emergence of alternative purchasing decisions from consumers will buy the product.will buy the product.This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived quality, perceived value, and perceived risk towards the customer’s online purchase decision of official website Lazada  and  social  media  online  shop  EolKPop.  The  sampling  method  used  on  this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected  from  100  respondents  on  Semarang  who  had  made  an  online  purchase transaction at official web lazada.co.id and 100 respondents who have made an online purchase transaction in social media online shop Eolkpop. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f-test, determination test and independent t test.The result showed that perceived quality and perceived value has positive and significant influence towards the online purchase decision on official website Lazada and social media online shop EolKPop while perceived risk has negative not significant influence towards the online purchase decision on official website Lazada and  social media online shop EolKPop.
