The aim of this research was to explore burnout, work engagement, and job demand among debt collector workers. The total available population of employees (N= 32) Consumer Collection and Remedial Unit Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Surabaya participated in this study. Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory and Job demand scale were used as measuring instruments. Partial Least Square (PLS) and supported by SmartPLS 3.0 software were used as a statistical analysis. The result showed that job demand has significant positive effect on work engagement and burnout. On the contrary, burnout has no significant effect on work engagement and cannot mediated the effect of job demand on work engagement. Improved job resources and managing challenge demands are offered as recommendations to improve employee engagement.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and risk tolerance on investment intention of Surabayanese in peer to peer lending. This study is conclusive causality research with quantitative research data using a purposive sampling method and a random sampling method to get samples. Data in this study obtained by a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample used in this study were 200 Surabayas workforce. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The result is based on hypothesis testing that shows that attitude toward behavior and risk tolerance significantly influences investment intention. While the subjective norm and perceived behavioral control do not affect investment intention. It is because of the distribution respondents that dominated by young people that have age between 18-25 years. The respondents have a low belief in their social relations. It was also caused by respondents who have less information about fintech P2P lending which come up in Indonesia in 2016 and classified as a new type of investment.

Marketing strategies change as technology develops. Marketers are demanded to be more creative in continuing to market their products so they will not be outdone by the times, fashion products are no exception. Giyomi is a local fashion brand that utilizes marketing with digital marketing using celebrity endorsers and offline marketing using sales promotions by holding bazaar tours and giving discounts for its products. however, this is still lacking interest among Y and Z generations because these generations prefer to use foreign brands such as ZARA and H&M. This research design to determine the effect of sales promotion and celebrity endorser on purchasing intentions on local fashion brands Y and Z generations (Study on the Giyomi brand). The sampling technique of this research used judgmental sampling and snowball sampling. The target population is generation Y and Z with criteria that use Instagram social media, of course, with a personal account that has followed Giyomi's Instagram account and knows Giyomi's promotion and celebrity endorser contained on Instagram social media. The number of samples of this study was 110 people. The results of this study indicate there is a significant positive influence between sales promotion and celebrity endorsers on purchasing intentions on local fashion brands Y and Z generations.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of income, debt, and financial literacy on financial satisfaction through financial management behaviour as a mediating variable. This causality research using per capita income data from BPS shows that Pamekasan district has the lowest per capita income so that Pamekasan district as an object with a total sample of 193 respondents by offline questionnaire. Using SEM techniques and processed with AMOS tools, the conclusion is that only financial literacy influences financial management behaviour because of their high savings awareness. Income does not influence financial satisfaction because even their income is high enough, but they still have high debt. Debt does not affect financial satisfaction because having debt does not necessarily cause financial anxiety. Some respondents have debt and have financial satisfaction, but some do not. Financial literacy has no influence on financial satisfaction but influences financial management behaviour, and financial management behaviour has not been able to meditate because their saving behaviour is unable to increase their satisfaction

The high value of wages is influenced by the high level of living needs as well. A high standard cost of living can cause financial distress for workers. Individuals with high incomes but dont have any skill to control their financial situation can cause financial problems. Consequently, individual financial satisfaction is low. This study conducted to determine the influence between financial attitude and financial literacy toward financial satisfaction with financial management behavior as a mediating variable. The respondents are 121 workforces from companies in the Rungkut Industry area (SIER) as samples. This research using quota sampling and collecting data by online questionnaires. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) and processed by AMOS 2.4. The result shows that only financial management behavior can affect financial satisfaction. Meanwhile, variable financial attitude, financial literacy can not affect on financial satisfaction. Financial attitude and financial literacy also can not affect on financial management behavior. This study indicated that financial management behavior can not mediate between financial attitude on financial satisfaction and financial literacy on financial satisfaction.

The use of the internet has now become a necessity in everyday life. E-commerce is the sale, purchase, marketing of goods or services through electronic systems or the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management behaviour as a mediator for e-commerce users in Surabaya. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data and uses primary data. The number of samples used was 218 respondents with criteria for e-commerce users included in the top 10 e-commerce that dominated the Indonesian online market, residing in the city of Surabaya, and aged 18 to 35 years. This study's data collection instrument was the distribution of questionnaires online. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Path Analysis technique of the Complex Model using AMOS version 23. The results of this study are that financial literacy influences financial management behaviour. Financial attitude does not affect financial management behaviour because based on age that is still not fully able to manage their finances very well. Financial literacy and financial management behaviour affect financial satisfaction. Financial attitude does not affect financial satisfaction because respondents still do not have their income or their income level is not too high. Financial management behaviour mediates financial literacy for financial satisfaction. Financial management behaviour does not mediate financial attitude towards financial satisfaction.

Financial inclusion is one of the interesting discussions in global economic development. Indonesia is a country in ASEAN which has the most rapid increase in financial inclusion in recent years. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, everyone is required to be able to follow the development of existing technology and information. This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables (financial literacy, financial technology, demographics) on the dependent variable (financial inclusion) in the City of Surabaya. This study is a causality study with quota sampling. The data of this study is quantitative by collecting data by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this study based on t statistical tests show that financial literacy, age, and education have a positive effect on financial inclusion. While the variables financial technology, gender, and income did not affect on financial inclusion. Based on the statistical test f, all of the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable (financial inclusion).

Sidoarjo is a district with the most number of small and medium businesses in Indonesia, there reach 171,264 business units. The details, micro-business 154,891 units, small and medium businesses 154 units, and large businesses 16,000 units. One of the industrial centers in the city of Sidoarjo is the Tanggulangin leather craft industry. Most of the people of Kedensari village have the expertise and skills to create a product that can be marketed and has a high selling value. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the entrepreneurial self-efficacy towards the entrepreneurial intentions of the Kedensari village community, Tanggulangin sub-district, Sidoarjo. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique uses 100 samples saturated with the number of respondents in a citizen of Kedensari. The research method is using a simple linear regression with the use of the SPSS 23 program for windows. Whereas, hypothesis testing using t-test showed that self-efficacy partially has a significant influence on interest entrepreneurship.

This research aims to analyze the impact of work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion on female nurse performance through organizational commitment in Petrokimia Gresik Hospital. This study is using quantitative methods. The population in this study is 46 respondents. Saturation sampling is the sampling technique used in this study and obtained 46 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software SmartPLS is the analysis technique used in this study. The study found that work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on job performance. Work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion has a significant negative effect on job performance. Emotional exhaustion has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job performance. Work-family conflict has a significant result in job performance through organizational commitment. Emotional exhaustion has a significant result in job performance through organizational commitment.

The objectives to be achieved by this research are knowing the effect of the ratio of return on equity, earnings per share, price earning ratio, and the debt to equity ratio to stock prices in the agricultural sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. This study has a population that is used namely agricultural sector companies recorded on the Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period upwards of 17 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis methods were utilized in this study. Based on conclusions, there is a negative effect of the ratio of return on equity (X1) to stock prices (Y) in the first hypothesis test. For the subsequent hypothesis testing the conclusions indicate that the earnings per share ratio (X2) has a positive effect on stock prices (Y). This study also found that the price earning ratio (X3) harmed stock prices (Y) in the third hypothesis test. While the fourth hypothesis test shows that the debt to equity ratio (X4) does not affect stock prices (Y). This happens because of the movement of each variable on stock prices.
