Abstract

This research investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms in enhancing the efficiency of digital marketing efforts. Despite the rapid adoption of AI technologies in marketing, a significant research gap exists in understanding how these algorithms influence both performance metrics and user acceptance, while addressing implementation challenges and ethical concerns. The study aims to analyze the impact of AI algorithms on key digital marketing outcomes and explore the associated factors affecting their adoption. Employing a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data were analyzed using statistical models to measure performance improvements, while qualitative data were coded to extract themes related to benefits, challenges, and ethics. The results reveal that AI algorithms substantially improve conversion rates and click-through rates, with positive associations to perceived benefits and user acceptance. However, implementation barriers and ethical issues pose notable constraints on effectiveness. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated analysis combining quantitative metrics with qualitative insights, providing a holistic understanding of AI’s dual impact in marketing environments. The study concludes that while AI significantly advances digital marketing efficiency, careful consideration of practical and ethical dimensions is crucial for sustainable adoption.

Abstract

The rapid integration of generative AI in digital marketing has transformed content creation and consumer engagement globally. This study investigates the influence of generative AI on content creation and consumer trust in global markets. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of global marketing campaigns with qualitative insights from consumer surveys and expert interviews. The findings reveal that generative AI enhances content personalization and operational efficiency, leading to increased consumer engagement. However, consumer trust is contingent upon transparency, ethical use, and regional considerations. The study underscores the importance of ethical frameworks and strategic localization to maximize AI's benefits while mitigating associated risks. This research provides valuable insights into the evolving role of AI in global digital marketing, offering a foundation for future studies on AI's impact on consumer behavior and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education has encouraged the use of e-practicum as a solution to the limitations of physical laboratories, especially in microbiology learning. However, the increasing use of online learning platforms also brings serious challenges in terms of cybersecurity, especially related to student data, virtual experiment recordings, and access to scientific content. This article presents a systemic analysis of cyber risk vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies in the implementation of e-practicum in microbiology based on an online platform. The case study was conducted at one of the state universities in Indonesia, with a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, system observations, and documentation studies. The results show that weaknesses in user authentication, data encryption, and access rights management are critical points that need to be addressed. Recommendations are presented in the form of a systemic framework to strengthen cybersecurity resilience in digital microbiology learning.

Abstract

Mobile learning applications are increasingly developing as interactive and flexible educational tools. One important factor in increasing user engagement is the use of interactive notifications and gamification elements. Personal, real-time, and adaptive notifications can increase user response to digital learning. On the other hand, the application of gamification such as points, badges, leaderboards, and challenges has been proven to strengthen user motivation and learning experience. This article aims to systematically examine the effect of interactive notifications and gamification on user engagement in mobile learning applications based on literature studies. This study analyzes a number of scientific articles from indexed international journals over the past 10 years. The results of the review show that the combination of contextually adjusted notification features and intrinsic motivation-based gamification strategies contribute positively to user retention and increased active engagement in the digital learning process. These findings support the importance of designing learning information systems that prioritize user experiences based on motivation and real-time responses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis dampak teknologi informasi (TI) terhadap dinamika sistem organisasi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan mengikuti panduan PRISMA, sebanyak 117 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama dan tren yang berkembang dalam literatur. Artikel diperoleh dari berbagai basis data akademik seperti Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar, dengan kriteria inklusi berupa studi yang relevan dengan implementasi TI dalam konteks organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan lima tema dominan, yaitu: perubahan struktur organisasi, peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, adaptasi sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi, serta keamanan dan etika informasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor teknologi, struktur organisasi, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan mengintegrasikan kerangka TOE dan Socio-Technical Systems, serta kontribusi praktis dalam merancang strategi digitalisasi organisasi yang lebih adaptif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan studi lanjutan berbasis konteks lokal dan pendekatan campuran untuk memperdalam pemahaman mengenai kompleksitas integrasi TI dalam organisasi modern.

Abstract

The management of data and information related to research and community service (LITABMAS) at LPPM Politeknik Piksi Ganesha frequently faces obstacles due to manual processes and difficulties in tracking project progress. This research adopts a case study approach to describe the implementation of the Research and Community Service Information System (SIMLITABMAS) based on the Laravel Framework. The primary objective is to present an efficient, centralized solution. The development of SIMLITABMAS utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which emphasizes iterative development and responsiveness to user feedback. The Laravel Framework was selected for its structured Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, reliable security features, and rich package ecosystem. The implementation of SIMLITABMAS successfully created an integrated platform to manage various stages of LITABMAS activities, ranging from proposal submission to result reporting. It is expected that this system can improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in the management of research and community service at LPPM Politeknik Piksi Ganesha.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada instansi pemerintah menuntut pengelolaan informasi yang terintegrasi, efisien, dan mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Perpustakaan di lingkungan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) memiliki peran strategis sebagai pusat pengelolaan pengetahuan, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti fragmentasi data, keterbatasan integrasi sistem, serta belum tersedianya arsitektur teknologi yang terstandarisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Enterprise Architecture (EA) sebagai landasan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Digital menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan analisis kebutuhan pengguna. Tahapan TOGAF ADM yang diterapkan meliputi Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, Migration Planning, serta Implementation Governance. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan blueprint Enterprise Architecture yang mencakup arsitektur bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi yang saling terintegrasi. Blueprint tersebut menggambarkan proses bisnis layanan perpustakaan digital, integrasi basis data koleksi dan pengguna, rancangan aplikasi berbasis web, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang mendukung interoperabilitas, keamanan informasi, dan skalabilitas sistem. Rancangan yang dihasilkan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan koleksi, mempercepat temu kembali informasi, meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pengguna, serta mendukung implementasi transformasi digital di lingkungan Kementerian PUPR. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model perancangan Enterprise Architecture yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan pada instansi pemerintah maupun organisasi sejenis yang mengelola sumber daya informasi secara digital.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged retail business owners to utilize transaction data as a basis for business decision-making, particularly in determining sales strategies and product recommendations. Shoe Store X possesses continuously growing sales transaction data; however, this data has not yet been optimally utilized to identify customer purchasing patterns. This study aims to design a product recommendation information system using the Apriori algorithm applied to the sales transaction data of Shoe Store X. The Apriori algorithm is used to discover patterns of relationships between products based on support and confidence values, thereby generating association rules that reveal the tendency of products to be purchased together. The research method employed includes the collection of sales transaction data, analysis of system requirements, system design, implementation of the Apriori algorithm, and testing of the recommendation results. The system developed is expected to help the store provide product recommendations to customers, formulate promotional strategies, arrange product placement, and improve sales effectiveness. The result of this research is an information system capable of processing transaction data into more targeted and user-friendly product recommendation information for store owners. With this system, Shoe Store X can utilize historical sales data as a basis for more effective, efficient, and data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan PLS. Literasi digital diukur melalui akses informasi digital, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, kolaborasi digital, pemanfaatan informasi digital, dan partisipasi digital. Pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan diukur melalui dimensi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, lingkungan, dan tata kelola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan kapasitas digital masyarakat mampu meningkatkan pemanfaatan potensi lokal, memperkuat kolaborasi, mendorong transparansi, serta mendukung pengelolaan desa wisata yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital sebagai kapabilitas strategis dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa wisata yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan.
