Abstract

Apprenticeship is part of a work training system that is held in an integrated manner between work training in training institutions by working directly under the guidance and supervision of instructors or more trained workers, in the process of producing goods and / or services in the company, in order to control assistance or expertise certain. Implementing an apprenticeship information system at the Faculty of Science and Technology can complete the final assignment at the Faculty of Science and Technology, supervisors, and students themselves in accelerating, and managing the implementation of the internship itself. The purpose of this study is to discuss and build an apprenticeship information system using a prototype device development method and then test the system functionality that has been built using blackbox testing. The results of the testing of the functionality of this system as a whole are correct so that it can be implemented properly. Magang adalah bagian dari sistem pelatihan kerja yang diadakan secara terpadu antara pelatihan kerja di lembaga pelatihan dengan bekerja langsung di bawah bimbingan dan pengawasan instruktur atau pekerja yang lebih terlatih, dalam proses memproduksi barang dan / atau layanan di perusahaan, untuk mengontrol bantuan atau keahlian tertentu. Menerapkan sistem informasi magang di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi dapat menyelesaikan tugas akhir di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, pengawas, dan siswa sendiri dalam mempercepat, dan mengelola pelaksanaan magang itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas dan membangun sistem informasi pemagangan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat prototipe dan kemudian menguji fungsionalitas sistem yang telah dibangun menggunakan pengujian blackbox. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem ini secara keseluruhan sudah benar sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dengan benar.

Abstract

The data needed in a company is not possible if every year will not increase or increase, and data must continue to grow Data warehouse is very important to be implemented in companies in order to facilitate the analysis of data and produce consideration in making decisions. Data warehouse is very well known as an infrastructure, some applications can be run in a data warehouse such as CRM and DSS. Supporting technologies such as cloud computing are also needed to choose the service model and deployment model, data mart for each subsection, data warehouse utilization can help in business processes and data analysis, so it can help business owners to make basic decisions. Utilization of data warehouse is not only for large companies, startups can also apply data warehouse to be able to support business development. the application of data warehouse using MySQL and Pentaho Data Intergartion tools.

Abstract

A traditional house is a house that has a unique building characteristic in an area that describes the culture of the area itself. Traditional houses are also unique in terms of form, function and meaning of the building. As Indonesians, we must introduce one of the existing cultures so that it is not forgotten by the community, especially school children. Judging from the development of technology, we must make new things in introducing traditional houses. From the results of research conducted at SD IT BINA INSANI, the teachers there still use conventional media in the form of textbooks and thematic books for the learning process. Therefore, the authors created an application to introduce western Indonesian traditional houses using Augmented Reality called RA-IBB as an introduction medium. This application is based on Android so that teachers can easily explain material about traditional houses and can show traditional houses in 3D without having to come directly to the province. And for students to be able to study traditional houses wherever and whenever. The making of this application uses the waterfall method for the development stage. The RA-IBB application contains materials about western Indonesian traditional houses and their 3d objects and quiz questions that use random shuffle algorithm questions. The random shuffle algorithm is a randomized question from an array or record. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for teachers, the results obtained from several aspects, namely the design aspect yields a percentage of 91%, the application information aspect produces a percentage of 91.

Abstract

The company PT X is a provider company that has been established since 1989. One of the keys to the success of PT X can survive until now is to make a transformation that aims to provide services to customers and increase company value. In the current conditions, the telecommunications industry in Indonesia requires a broad and explicit evaluation that emphasizes business risk. To overcome these risks, while recognizing the business development opportunities that accompany them, further guaranteeing the realization of the Company's various strategic plans and ensuring business continuity, PT X applies the ISO 31000 Risk Management ("ERM") framework as one of the pillars to support good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance). The purpose of ERM is to embed the principles and practices of risk management into the development of strategies and day-to-day operational processes in a very practical way to add value to the Company. This paper discusses the risks and problems faced of PT X in 2019-2020 with the risk breakdown structure as a resolution to the problems of PT X.

Abstract

E-learning is emerging as an important strategy for providing broad and easy access to high quality education. In Indonesia, the concept of e-learning is usually applied in universities to support learning activities and student administration. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the level of satisfaction by adopting the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and seeing the effect of user satisfaction. by intending to continue to use a new technology (e-learning). The UTAUT model was adopted in this study because it has a useful measurement tool for policy makers to assess the likelihood of the successful introduction of new technology. A quantitative research approach with a survey method is used to determine the factors that affect user satisfaction and the intention to use. The quantitative analysis of survey data was carried out using statistical techniques Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and utilizing SmartPLS 3.2.4 software. In this study, two factors were identified that affect user satisfaction, namely effort expectancy. Furthermore, user satisfaction affects intention to use. Abstract

In this paper, the authors conducted small-scale research to determine the awareness, utilization, and barriers of school teachers, especially for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers in using Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). In Indonesia, the utilization of applications and operating systems in educational institutions are still dependent on popular software, it makes the process of learning in schools often mentions the names or brands of certain software that are often used and are usually proprietary. In recent years, several parties have started the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) movement to break the notion of using Proprietary software, FOSS is starting to be seen by users because of it’s affordability and freedom to use and contribute to developing software together. There are many FOSS that is often used such as Ubuntu, Mozilla Firefox, Moodle, OJS, and many more. The Indonesian government also encourages the use of FOSS in some institutions that have been introduced to FOSS. in this research, the author uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method, it takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data aid. As a result, many obstacles were found that made teachers and students reluctant to use FOSS in their education, such as lack of knowledge, lack of training, availability of technology, and awareness of it.

Abstract

Indonesia Prima Equipment (Mitra JCB) is a company under the auspices of the Mitra Cakrawala International Group (MCI Group), a company engaged in the distribution of heavy equipment under the JCB Brand. However, the company in managing employees starting from employee recruitment, providing employee training, updated employee data, attendance, appraisal, remuneration, submission of transfer, training and promotion is still not fully computerized so that sometimes the company is difficult to find and process data relating to human resources in the company. Enterprise Resource Planning is a system consisting of software packages with integrated applications for widespread use in companies. Human Resources Management is an important module in Enterprise Resource Planning that provides support for all functional information systems of the company. Human Resources Management is needed to increase the effectiveness of human resources in the company. The aim is to provide the company with an effective work unit. To achieve this goal, Human Resources Management will show how the company should get, develop, use, evaluate, and maintain employees in the right number and type. The Human Resource Management module discusses the management of human resources from recruitment, training, updated data, attendance, assessment, payroll, leave requests and submission of transfers.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the analysis results of the applications information system project based on the Internet of Things (IoT) Vehicle Security using SWOT analysis technical and TELOS feasibility test. The research was applying qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, the answer of the study showed that the results of the SWOT analysis is a positive although there are several things that need to be addressed in the future. Meanwhile, the results of the TELOS feasibility test show that the production results are 8.34 or if rounded to 8, which means that the information system project is very feasible to continue to be developed. The researcher concluded, that The Vehicle Security Information System project is considered to have fulfilled four factors in the SWOT Analysis Technique and is considered to have met the five factors of the TELOS Feasibility Test. The researcher suggests, that in terms of regulations and promotional media, it must be improved because even though it is still a new product, this vehicle security application has a great opportunity in Indonesia, which has very high vehicle theft criminal statistics.

Abstract

The library is an important facility as a source of information, especially in the world of education to support learning activities for students and knowledge seekers to add insight and knowledge. To facilitate and accelerate library services, a Library Information System is needed in order to increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in the library. For the development stage of the library information system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for modeling and documenting the Library Information System. With the Public Library Information System Development Project Analysis Using the Unified Modeling Language, it is hoped that it can improve service, productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in libraries to increase reading interest for students and facilitate and speed up the transaction process of borrowing and returning books to the library.
