Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Trust and empowerment on the resilience of lecturers at Vocational Higher Education Institution XYZ, using a quantitative survey of 146 lecturers. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that Trust has a positive and significant effect on lecturer resilience, with a T-statistic of 2.777, a p-value of 0.006, and a path coefficient of 0.184. Similarly, empowerment has a positive and significant effect on lecturer resilience, with a T-statistic of 1.976, a p-value of 0.048, and a path coefficient of 0.192. The findings further demonstrate that Trust and empowerment jointly contribute to enhancing lecturer resilience. Trust fosters psychological safety, strengthens working relationships, and boosts organizational commitment. At the same time, empowerment drives improvements in competence, autonomy, and lecturer motivation in carrying out the Three Pillars of Higher Education (*Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi*). The study concludes that strengthening an organizational culture grounded in Trust and empowerment is an effective strategy for enhancing lecturer resilience, thereby supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of the vocational higher education institution.

Abstract

Social solidarity is no longer confined to shared territory, citizenship, ethnicity, religion, or race. This study shows how netizen solidarity can emerge suddenly, without command or planning. In mid-February 2026, a powerful digital regional solidarity arose among Southeast Asian netizens—from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore—as millions of X and Threads users united to attack South Korean netizens, sparking polarization that split Asian netizens into two camps: SEAblings and Knetz. Using a qualitative approach with framing and content analysis, this research examined the SEAblings–Knetz confrontation on X and Threads during a 72-hour peak escalation period. Drawing on Social Identity Theory, Solidarity Theory, Durkheim's Conflict Theory, and Social Polarization, four key posts were identified that overemphasized national identities, triggering both digital conflict and regional solidarity. Findings reveal that longstanding egoism and hostility among ASEAN nations—such as that between Indonesia and Malaysia—dissolved into a unified Southeast Asian identity against a common enemy, marked by a clear ingroup (SEAblings)–outgroup (Knetz) divide.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the e-commerce sector in Indonesia is directly proportional to the increasing risk of cyberattacks targeting transaction data and users' sensitive information. Large-scale e-commerce platforms with millions of active users become highly vulnerable targets if their web-based applications contain security flaws. This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate the risk levels of security vulnerabilities on a leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia using the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) framework. This research applies the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method, guided by the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) standards. The results showed the presence of 30 alerts, including potential security vulnerabilities in the web system, whose risk levels were then classified using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS). The e-commerce platform was declared sufficiently secure against direct penetration attacks on the database but remains vulnerable to end-user access manipulation. These findings provide an objective overview of security in large-scale digital retail systems. The implications of this research are expected to serve as technical recommendations for platform developers in mitigating and patching security flaws, as well as a theoretical reference in developing cybersecurity governance strategies within the electronic commerce ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

Marketing communication has become an essential strategy for improving customer engagement and maintaining competitiveness in the automotive service industry. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication implemented by Planet Ban Pademangan Branch, North Jakarta, from the perspective of consumers. A quantitative descriptive research design was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving 37 customers. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, while supporting data were obtained from company documents and relevant literature. The study assessed four dimensions of the promotion mix, namely direct marketing, sales promotion, advertising, and personal selling. Data were analyzed through tabulation and the calculation of the average score for each indicator using the Stanford Labovitz method. The findings reveal that the overall effectiveness of marketing communication achieved an average score of 3.99, indicating a Good level of effectiveness. Among the four dimensions, sales promotion recorded the highest performance, with attractive tire purchase promotions obtaining the highest score (4.22), followed by personal selling. Conversely, telephone-based customer service communication received the lowest score (3.59), suggesting the need for service quality improvement. Overall, the integration of promotion mix strategies has effectively supported customer communication and strengthened positive consumer perceptions. The study recommends enhancing telephone communication quality and optimizing digital marketing channels, particularly WhatsApp and Instagram, to improve customer experience, strengthen long-term relationships, and increase marketing communication effectiveness.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped Human Resource Management (HRM) through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into organizational processes. Rather than functioning solely as a technology that replaces human labor, AI is increasingly recognized as an intelligent partner that augments human capabilities through the concept of Human–AI Collaboration. Recent developments have extended AI applications beyond process automation to include Human Capital Management, talent management, digital decision-making, competency development, and Digital Human Resource Management (Digital HRM). These developments are particularly relevant to Generation Z, a digitally native workforce characterized by high technological adaptability and readiness to collaborate with AI-enabled systems. This study aims to examine Human–AI Collaboration as a new determinant of Generation Z's work productivity using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review synthesized six primary empirical studies published between 2021 and 2025 through systematic stages of identification, screening, quality assessment, data extraction, and thematic synthesis. To strengthen the conceptual interpretation, two complementary empirical studies and several internationally recognized theoretical references were incorporated into the discussion. The findings indicate that AI enhances work productivity by automating routine tasks, improving data-driven decision-making, strengthening digital competencies, supporting Human Capital Management, optimizing talent management practices, and enabling Digital HRM. The review further demonstrates that the effectiveness of Human–AI Collaboration depends on organizational readiness, digital competence, innovation culture, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and digital transformation strategies. Moreover, the synthesis of empirical evidence and theoretical perspectives suggests that organizational productivity is increasingly generated through complementary collaboration between human intelligence and artificial intelligence rather than technological substitution. Despite the growing body of literature, empirical research examining Human–AI Collaboration as a determinant of Generation Z's work productivity remains limited, particularly in the Indonesian context. This study therefore proposes a conceptual framework positioning Human–AI Collaboration as a strategic mechanism linking AI adoption, digital transformation, and workforce capabilities to sustainable work productivity in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in economic growth, employment generation, poverty reduction, and sustainable development. However, increasing global competition, technological disruption, and changing market dynamics require MSMEs to strengthen their organizational capacity and competitiveness. One of the most important strategic factors influencing MSME sustainability is organizational culture. This article examines how a collaborative and participatory observation approach to organizational culture can strengthen MSMEs in improving competitiveness and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review and conceptual analysis methods. The article explores the relationship between organizational culture, collaboration, participatory practices, organizational learning, innovation, and MSME competitiveness within the framework of sustainable development. The findings indicate that collaborative organizational cultures encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, innovation, and adaptive capacity, while participatory observation approaches strengthen employee involvement, organizational learning, and inclusive decision-making processes. Furthermore, participatory and collaborative organizational cultures significantly contribute to the achievement of SDGs, particularly SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The study concludes that MSMEs that develop adaptive, collaborative, and participatory organizational cultures are better equipped to achieve sustainable competitiveness and long-term organizational resilience in the modern global economy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine marketing services in an effort to improve the quality of services for prospective pilgrims at PT Raja Umroh Berkah. The purpose of this research is to determine the service procedures, obstacles, and solutions in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at PT Raja Umroh Berkah. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, namely by directly observing the object being studied. The obstacles that occurred in Marketing Services at PT Raja Umroh Berkah were the absence of a written SOP regulating a standard workflow, internal coordination problems between the administration and marketing departments, and a lack of consistency in the follow-up process for prospective pilgrims’ data. The solution carried out to overcome these obstacles was to prepare a structured Marketing Service SOP design, which included three main stages: the initial data reception process, technical coordination between divisions, and follow-up communication with prospective pilgrims. The method used to raise awareness of the importance of correct procedures was to implement this SOP as an official company guideline so that marketing staff could provide consistent, responsive, and professional services in order to increase the satisfaction of prospective pilgrims.
