Abstract

Oeltua Village has abundant agricultural products, including tomatoes, mustard greens, and corn, but faces limited market access, long marketing chains, dependence on middlemen, and weak bargaining power among farmers. These conditions have constrained sales volume and farmer income. This study aims to identify internal and external factors and determine the priority marketing strategies for agricultural products in Oeltua Village to increase sales volume. The study employs a Hybrid SWOT-AHP approach, in which SWOT is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while AHP is applied to prioritize alternative marketing strategies based on expert judgments. The results indicate a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.02%, demonstrating a very high level of consistency in the assessments. The highest-priority strategy is maintaining product quality and proper agricultural product care (ST2) with a weight of 0.197, followed by building networks with local agencies and residents (WT2) with a weight of 0.159, and improving product quality (WT1) with a weight of 0.157. These findings indicate that strengthening product quality, expanding market networks, developing product innovations, and utilizing e-commerce are essential strategies for improving the competitiveness and sales volume of agricultural products in Oeltua Village

Abstract

This study examines the effect of group dynamics and knowledge transfer on group performance in a digital team, using the Redseller team from the Kampus Merdeka Certified Internship Program Batch 4 at PT Commeasure Solutions Indonesia (RedDoorz) as the unit of analysis. A quantitative descriptive design was applied to a total sample of 50 team members. Knowledge transfer (KT) and group dynamics (GD) were treated as independent variables, while group performance (GP) served as the dependent variable. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed descriptively and through Pearson correlation. The results show that the mean scores for KT, GD, and GP fell into the fair-to-good category (3.569, 3.889, and 3.870, respectively). GD showed a strong positive correlation with GP (r = 0.674), followed by KT (r = 0.631), while the correlation between KT and GD was moderately strong (r = 0.558). Further qualitative observation revealed that psychological barriers, such as insecurity, reluctance to voice opinions, and workload concerns, limited the effectiveness of knowledge sharing despite an overall positive group climate. This study recommends the use of structured knowledge documentation platforms and informal coordination routines to strengthen knowledge transfer within remote digital teams.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Online Customer Experience and Loyalty Program on Repurchase Intention, both directly and indirectly through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable, among Fore Coffee application users in Padang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS 4) as the analytical technique. The sample consisted of 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling, namely consumers residing in Padang City, at least 17 years old, who own the Fore Coffee application, and have made at least one order through it. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results show that Online Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on both Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. In contrast, Loyalty Program has no significant direct effect on either Customer Satisfaction or Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention and is proven to mediate the effect of Online Customer Experience on Repurchase Intention, but does not mediate the effect of Loyalty Program on Repurchase Intention. These findings indicate that a strong digital experience is the primary driver of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, whereas the FOREwards loyalty program has not yet played a significant role without being supported by digital experience quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy, income, and lifestyle on university students' consumptive behaviour amid the rapid growth of buy now pay later (BNPL) services in Indonesia. It used an explanatory quantitative cross-sectional survey of 115 undergraduate students in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, with a 22-item, five-point Likert questionnaire. Data were analysed with multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Lifestyle had a positive, significant effect (β = 0.325; p = 0.002) and was the strongest determinant. Income had a positive but non-significant effect (β = 0.187; p = 0.058), while financial literacy had no significant effect (β = 0.085; p = 0.389). Jointly, the three variables were significant (F = 12.195; p < 0.001) and explained 22.8% of the variance in consumptive behaviour. These findings indicate that students' consumptive behaviour is driven more by lifestyle than by financial knowledge. Financial education by universities, OJK, and local governments should therefore shift towards behavioural interventions such as budgeting, real-cost paylater simulations, and self-control training. This study tests all three determinants together among students in a non-metropolitan agricultural region outside Java, after OJK's July 2026 age and income restrictions on BNPL users took effect. It also shows that the positive correlation between financial literacy and consumptive behaviour disappears once lifestyle is controlled.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and total asset turnover on firm valueproxied by market capitalization with ESG disclosure as a moderating variable amongmanufacturing companies in the industrials subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative design was applied in this research, withpanel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as the analytical techniques, supported by a series of classical assumption tests to assess the suitability of the regressionmodel. The sample comprised 40 manufacturing companies in the industrials subsectorselected through purposive sampling, resulting in 200 firm year observations. The studyutilized secondary data obtained primarily from companies’ annual reports and analyzedusing EViews 13. The findings indicate that profitability has a negative and statisticallysignificant effect on firm value. In contrast, total asset turnover does not have a significant effecton firm value, while ESG disclosure also shows no significant direct effect. Furthermore, ESGdisclosure significantly moderates the relationship between profitability and firm value. However, its moderating effect on the relationship between total asset turnover and firm valueis not statistically significant

Abstract

Food inflation may affect poverty through changes in household purchasing power, but its relationship with poverty may differ depending on the direction of inflation-rate changes and the dimension of poverty examined. This study examines the asymmetric effects of food inflation on poverty depth and poverty severity across Indonesian provinces. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, the study considers provincial panel data for the period 2013–2024. Poverty depth is measured by the Poverty Gap Index (P1), while poverty severity is measured by the Poverty Severity Index (P2). Positive and negative changes in food inflation are examined separately, with economic growth and the open unemployment rate included as control variables. Panel regression analysis and Wald tests are employed to assess the relationships and test for asymmetry. The reported results indicate that positive and negative changes in food inflation are positively and statistically significantly associated with poverty depth, with coefficients of 0.086 (p = 0.0058) and 0.029 (p = 0.0389), respectively. The Wald test indicates a statistically significant difference between these coefficients (p = 0.0423). For poverty severity, positive changes in food inflation exhibit a positive and statistically significant association (β = 0.031, p = 0.0100), whereas negative changes are not statistically significant (β = 0.009, p = 0.1342). The corresponding Wald test does not provide sufficient evidence of asymmetry (p = 0.1395). These findings highlight the importance of distinguishing between poverty depth and poverty severity when examining the relationship between food inflation and poverty. The study provides a framework for understanding how changes in food inflation may be associated with different dimensions of poverty and offers considerations for food-price stabilization and poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of digital payment on marketing strategy and consumer purchase decisions in Bengkulu City using primary data from 100 respondents. The instrument contains 12 Likert-scale indicators forming three constructs: digital payment characteristics (X1), marketing strategy effectiveness (X2), and consumer purchase decision (Y). All indicators have corrected item-total correlations above 0.30, and all constructs are reliable (Cronbach’s alpha: X1=0.766; X2=0.828; Y=0.749). Regression results indicate that digital payment does not significantly predict marketing strategy (β=0.162; p=0.125), but positively and significantly predicts purchase decisions (β=0.439; p<0.001). Marketing strategy also positively predicts purchase decisions (β=0.264; p=0.006). In the simultaneous model, X1 and X2 explain 23.2% of the variance in purchase decisions. A 5,000-replication bootstrap estimates an indirect effect of approximately 0.033 with a 95% CI [-0.009, 0.101], providing no evidence of mediation. The findings suggest that digital-payment experience is directly associated with purchase decisions, while marketing strategy remains independently relevant
