Abstract

The company needs management related to efforts to achieve certain goals for the company. Whether an organization succeeds in achieving goals depends on the success of the individual organization in carrying out its duties. The company is said to be good if it can achieve the targets that have been set. Meanwhile, whether the company's targets are achieved depends on the performance of all employees. Performance is said to be good if employees can fulfill several things, including the quantity of work and the quality of work. PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha is one of the companies engaged in the cultivation of vanamei shrimp, but in its business activities, there are indications of a decrease in employee performance. This is known as the non-achievement of production targets in 2018 that have been set by the company.This study aims to (1) Determine the influence of leadership on the performance of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha employees. (2) Knowing the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha. (3) Knowing the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha. (4) Knowing the influence of leadership, motivation, and discipline on the performance of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha employees. The source of the data used is primary data obtained through the results of a questionnaire on respondents of all employees of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha.The results showed that leadership did not affect employee performance at PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha, motivation affected employee performance at PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha, and discipline affected employee performance at PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha, and together with leadership, motivation, and discipline influenced the performance of PT Merdeka Sarana Usaha employees.

Abstract

A business which is quite potential is the development of an ornamental plant rental business on CV. Green Saujana Nursery can be run and on the one hand, it looks quite profitable financially. However, the company has not conducted periodic financial evaluations, so the profits generated by the company are not visible. In business development, income is very important because it is a benchmark for the success of a business, so in its implementation, it is necessary to have good financial management so that the company's goals can be achieved.This study aims to: Find out the costs incurred by the Green Saujana Nursery company. Knowing the amount of income for the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery. Knowing the level of R/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, and Payback Period (PP) in the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery.The study used primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with related parties CVs. Green Saujana Nursery in the form of technical and non-technical business data. Secondary data is obtained from company documents such as ornamental plant catalogs for plant rental businesses, and company financial statements such as data on costs incurred and receipts from ornamental plant rental businesses, on CV. Green Saujana Nursery in 2018. Quantitative data is processed using the Microsoft excel 2013 program.The results showed that, the advantages of the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery in 2018 amounted to Rp. 493,918,058 which resulted from a reduction in the value of receipts of Rp. 895,655,000 with a total cost of Rp. 401,736,942. The largest variable costs are labor costs and operational material costs for the purchase of orchids amounting to Rp 153,480,000. The sustainability of the ornamental plant business can be seen from the value of the R / C Ratio and B / C Ratio which produces a value greater than one, so the ornamental plant rental business provides decent profits for CV companies. Green Saujana Nursery. The value of the Payback Period of the plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery is 0.2 years. Based on these values, it can mean that the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery, can return investment capital in a relatively short time, which is 2 months.

Abstract

 PT Intidaya Agrolestari is a company engaged in the agricultural business.  One type of business is the curly chili farming business which is a type of business that has just been carried out and is in the development stage.  The constraints and constraints of seasonal factors in the production of curly chilies greatly affect the amount of output or harvest produced so it greatly affects the income of the farming business. The greater the output or harvest produced, the greater the income received. The objectives of this study are knowing the cost of farming curly red chili in the rainy and dry seasons. Knowing the income of the curly red chili farming business in the rainy season. Knowing the feasibility of farming curly red chili in the rainy and dry seasons by using the R/C ratio, B/C ratio, and Break Event Point (BEP).The results of this study show that the total cost of farming curly chili in the rainy season with a land area of 1 Ha, namely Rp. 128,574,400, is greater when compared to the total cost of farming curly chili in the dry season with a land area of 1 Ha, namely Rp. 117,691,400, -. The total income of curly chili farming in the rainy season with a land area of 1 Ha is Rp. 28,425,875, -greater than the income of curly chili farming in the dry season with a land area of 1 Ha which suffered a loss of Rp. 77,691,400. Analysis of the Income Level of curly chili farming in the rainy season with a land area of 1 Ha in terms of R/C ratio, B/C ratio, and BEP can be said to be feasible to continue. Because it obtained an R/C ratio value of more than 1, which is 1.22 B/C ratio of more than 0, which is 0.22, and has produced a total production of 5,627.25 kg, with a selling price of Rp. 27,900, each of which has passed the production BEP value of 4,608 kg and the BEP price value of Rp. 22,849. Meanwhile, the Income Level Analysis of curly chili farming in the dry season with a land area of 1 ha as seen from the R/C ratio, B/C ratio, and BEP can be said to be unfit. Because it obtained an R/C ratio of less than 1, namely 0.34, a B/C ratio of less than 0, which is -0.66, and has produced a total production of 1000 kg, with a selling price of Rp. 20,000, each of which does not exceed the limit of the production BEP value of 5,885 kg and the BEP price value of Rp. 58,846.

Abstract

 This study was motivated by a decrease in the presentation of turnover with an average negative plant per of -1.4%. This negative average income growth is a problem because PRIMKOPTI's main business is the distribution of soybeans to tempeh tofu business actors. This study aims to 1) identify and analyze internal factors and external factors for PRIMKOPTI South Jakarta using the IE matrix and SWOT matrix, 2) formulate several alternatives PRIMKOPTI South Jakarta’s business development strategy uses the IE matrix and   SWOT matrix, 3) determines the most important strategy priorities in the business development of PRIMKOPTI South Jakarta using the QSP matrix. The scope of this research includes the formulation and formulation of business development strategies.The results of this study are known that there are 22 internal factors and 12 external factors of PRIMKOPTI South Jakarta that were identified.  Based on the IE Matrix, the company is in diagram I, namely the Grow or Build position. Then in Matrix SWOT, 8 strategies were obtained consisting of 2 S-O strategies, 2 W-O strategies, 2 S-T strategies, and 2 W-T strategies that can be run by the company.  Furthermore, the strategy is processed, and a strategy is obtained that the company should do by using the QSP Matrix analysis. The conclusions of this study show that PRIMKOPTI South Jakarta is in a strong internal position in sales, then the company is in a strong position / state in carrying out strategic management compete.

Abstract

Horticultural crops, especially cut flowers, are a very distinctive commodity, where entrepreneurs are required to pay special attention to their business. The high demand for cut flowers under certain conditions that are not accompanied by the amount of cut interest supply available in the market, results in fluctuations in sales volume and selling prices of cut flowers and has an impact on the income of flower traders from the sale of cut flowers. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of merchants and the size of sales volume, selling price, number of types of flowers, and income of cut flower stall traders; to analyze the effect of sales volume, selling price and amount of interest on the income of cut flower stall traders; and to analyze the sensitivity of the amount of interest type to the income of the vendor of the cut flower stall.This study was conducted at the Rawa Belong Flower Market with a population of 59 cut flower stall vendors, and the sample used was 37 vendors. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis method uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 20 Software.From the results of data processing using SPSS 20 obtained the regression equation Y= -57220431.407 + 7105.565X1 + 1341.385X2 - 2428398.684X3 with tcount on sales volume = 16.164 > ttable (2.032) so that the reject Ho1; t count at the selling price = 5.806 > ttable (2.032) so that the reject Ho2; and t count on the number of types of interest = -2.868 > ttable (-2.032) so that it accepts Ho3; while Fcount (457.812) > Ftable (2.89) so reject Ho4. The correlation coefficient is worth 0.988 and the coefficient of determination is worth 0.974 which means that the sales volume, selling price, and the number of types of interest have a strong influence on the income of stall traders. Based on the value of the sensitivity of the number of types of interest to the income of stall traders obtained an elasticity value of -0.262 (inelastic).

Abstract

The occurrence of changes in people's lifestyles toward coffee drinking culture has caused the development of the coffee shop industry to be higher, which has an impact on the number of consumers. The key to successful loyalty lies in the consistentness of maintaining market share, and a continuous commitment to increasing consumer satisfaction by maintaining quality and innovation to maintain competitive superiority.The data used in this study was pyramid was obtained through the results of filling out questionnaires and interviews about Coffee shop KopLo. Secondary data obtained from literature reviews. The methods used in this study areBrand Loyalty analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which are processed with Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS 20.The variables used in this study were the 7P marketing mix.Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the consumers who visited the most were respondents who were domiciled in the city of North Jakarta, male gender, with an average age of 21-30 having the last undergraduate education, the status of married, namely unmarried, the type of work is a private employee, and the average income per month is Rp. 2,500,001 - Rp. 5,000,000. The attributes that must be maintained are attributes in quadrant II (taste, quality, and taste, aroma, products to order, price list, location, waiter's anxiety, and waiter's explanation). The attributes that must be improved are the attributes in quadrant I (type, discount, promotion through Instagram, and the atmosphere of the place). Then for measurements regarding consumer satisfaction with coffee shop KopLo attributes, it is found that in general consumers have been satisfied with coffee shop KopLo services and products. Coffee shop KopLo loyalty conditions are quite good. Coffee shop KopLo consumers can be said to be quite loyal because most consumers (50%) have recommended to others to buy at Coffee shop KopLo.

Abstract

The second largest exporter of natural rubber in the world after Thailand is Indonesia. From 2010 to 2015, Thailand's natural rubber exports reached 19,229,423 tons, while Indonesia grew by 7.5% with total exports reaching 15,309,256 tons. In terms of quality, Indonesia's natural rubber is higher than Thailand's. However, in terms of productivity, the opposite happens, Thailand is superior, so more rubber production is produced. The analysis method used is a quantitative model by compiling a simultaneous equation system model estimated by the Two Stages Least Square (2 SLS) method and then processed with the help of Statistical Analysis System 9.1 (SAS). This study used secondary data in the form 1996-2015.The research instruments that are the factors that affect Indonesia's natural rubber imports from the United States, Tiongkok, and Japan are the amount of Indonesia's natural rubber production, the volume of Natural Rubber imports from Tiongkok and Japan in the previous year, Japan's GDP. Then the factors affecting Indonesia's natural rubber exports to the United States, Tiongkok, and Japan are Indonesia's natural rubber production, Indonesia's natural rubber exports to other countries, Indonesia's natural rubber export volume to the United States, Tiongkok, and Japan in the previous year. Then the factors affecting the real price of Indonesian natural rubber, the real price of Indonesian domestic natural rubber, the real price of Indonesia's natural rubber exports the real price of world natural rubber in the previous year, the real price of domestic natural rubber in the previous year, the supply of natural rubber in the domestic market, and the export price of Indonesian natural rubber in the previous year.

Abstract

 This research is backgrounded by the number of micros, small, and medium industries (MSMEs) increasing every year causing business competition to be more competitive. Most of the new MSME players will take some portion of the market share of old business actors which causes a reduction in the income received.  CV. Enam Putri, which is one of the pilot of MSMEs in the DKI Jakarta area, has several problems in carrying out its production.  Problems faced by CV.  Enam Putri is a year-over-year decline in production caused by increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to, identify the factors of the internal environment and external environment contained in the CV. Enam Putri, analyze the alternative strategies applied, as well as determine the priorities of the strategies to be applied.            Asa result of this study, it is known that there are seven strengths and three weaknesses as well as five opportunities and five threats identified in the CV. Enam Putri.  The SWOT matrix produces seven alternatives that can be applied by companies with two of them being priority strategies that are recommendations to be implemented, namely: maintaining product quality and service, as well as expanding cooperation with distributors.             The conclusions of this study show that based on the analysis of the SWOT matrix, the company came up with seven alternative strategies.  Based on the QSPM matrix, the priority strategy that the company will implement is the strategy of maintaining the quality and production services offered and expanding cooperation with distributors.
