Abstract

Abu I Ala El-Ma ·arri (449 H/1057 M) was an important figure in the language, literature and criticism. The paper discusses El-Ma ·arri's opinion on the Bahar Rajaz from both two levels; theory and practice. The write also believes that although some researchers have written on El-Ma ·arri but there were no studies on this particular topic.

Abstract

The discussion of integration between Islamic science and other sciences is one of the most important issues in the contemporary era, the third millennium, so the discourse should be conducted scientifically and systematically. This article aimed to highlight the concept of integration of knowledge generally, and reveal some of its formats. therefore, the writer also recommends a number of ways to realize the integration of knowledge in Islamic Educational Institution at all levels, through 1) Cognitive integration between Shari'a sciences and humanities in postgraduate studies (master's and doctoral) and scientific research. 2) Encouraging joint scientific research between different disciplines and within the same specialization, through the establishment of centres, laboratories and research teams that deal mainly with the concept and methodology of knowledge integration between science, etc.

Abstract

This article discusses about the polemic among Muslim society in deciding firstdate of month of Qamariyah. Is it enough by ru’yah as well as mentioned in thetext of hadis or is it possible by hisab? That case becomes a serious matteramong Muslim society that needs to be discussed and solved, it relates to thecelebration of Idul Fitri and Idul Adha that could cause of performing salat ‘Id ontwo different days. The writer views, that both ru’yah and hisab can be used asreference in deciding first date of month of Qamariyah. The result is ru’yah askey to decide first date of month of Qamariyah as Rasulullah’s command, whilehisab is as a medium to see crescent such as telescope and other equipment.Finally, the writer confirms that there should be cooperation between Muslimjurisprudence and astronomer in order to get consensus and the unity ofMuslim society.

Abstract

Tiga paradigma dasar ajaran Islam yaitu:Aqidah, syariat, dan akhlak. Aqidah adalahkepercayaan kepada Allah swt., syariat adalahpembuktian kepercayaan tersebut, sedangka akhlakadalah hasil dari aqidah dan syariat tersebut. Konsepakhlak dalam Islam dirumuskan berdasarkan al-Qurandan hadis. Ada beberapa keistimewaan akhlak dalamislam diantaranya: al-Basathah, ats-Tsibat, asySyumul,Muwafaqah li 'aqly, Muwafaqah li al-fithrah,muwafaqah li al-waqi'ah.

Abstract

The Almohad state witnessed a great civilizational prosperity in differentpolicitical, economic and administrative fields. This state was established on thebasis of a reformist religious claim characterized with renewing aiming forachieving a comprehensive Islamic unity. That unity was started by Mehdi IbnTumart in 515 AH/ 1121 A.C and established by Abd al-Mu'min Ibn Ali in 524AH/ 1129 AC through submitting Maghreb and Andalus at his disposal. Thisregion The most important civilizational prosperity were the mandate ofcovenant, the ministry, janitorial functions, and all different kinds ofadministrative divans ( دواوين ) in addition to the judiciary, grievances divan,accountancy, police, public control, police, army and naval fleet.

Abstract

This study discusses Imam Ibn Abi Jamrah and the method of writing his book “Bahjatu al-Nufus”. The book, whose full name is Bahjatu al-Nufus wa Tahalliha bi Ma'rifati Ma Laha wa Ma 'Alayha is one of the most important explanatory books (syarah) of the Prophet's hadith in our Islamic literature. Imam Abdullah ibn Abi Jamrah previously wrote the book Jam'u al-Nihayah fi Bid'i al-Ghayr wa Ghayah where he chose 296 traditions from Sahih Bukhari. Later, he wrote Bahjatu al-Nufus as a syarah of these chosen traditions, beginning with the explanation of the language side, and the explanations of jurisprudence and morals. Bahjatu al-Nufus emphasized the multiplication of advantages in every similar hadith and collected in a chapter. And the textual meaning from the hadith content (matn) is a gateway to the explanation of meaning.

The renewal is one of debated discourse. That problem is contrast from Ulama perspective about the possibility of ijtihad. Fikih is an important part of a blown renewal agenda. This paper described the important of Fikih renewal in the mainstream gender.
