Among the problems of jurisprudence (fiqh) that are emerging nowadays is concerning the legal status of Misyar marriage and copyright. Misyar marriage is one kind of marriage that has the common purpose with the ordinary marriages. The difference is that a wife is not given their rights such as a place of living, spousal support, and en equal division as other wives. As for copyright, whether in the form of writing books, inventions or particular literary works is the rights of the owner, and is not permissible for anyone to steal this right. In this writing, the author seeks to put forward differences of opinions among the scholars on the following law of Misyar marriage and copyright.

Abstract

This study examines new media in facing the challenges of cyber terrorism. The study aims to explore: the relationship between terrorism and the media, the reasons leading to the terrorist action, the media's duplication in its dissemination of terrorism news, the role of the National Counter-Terrorism Authority (BNPT), and media strategies in countering of terrorism. The research relies on the descriptive analytical approach, which is based on the literatur review of data collection. That deals with the issue of terrorism, then monitors information on contemporary media, then searches for media policies and strategies to counter terrorism. The results of the research found that the media and terrorism each work to achieve both their interests, because terrorism plans and exploits the media to achieve their goals and at the same time the media benefits from the operations committed by the terrorist group to display them in the newscasts to attract the attention of the public. There are several reasons that led to the emergence of the terrorist idea or terrorist process, namely social deprivation, the absence of social justice, the penetration of the scales of justice in economic exchange, the exploitation of the goods of disadvantaged peoples, the restriction of freedoms and support of totalitarian regimes, the spread of racist engagement and the phenomena of Islamophobia, and distorted understanding of religion. There has been a great debate among the media people themselves in publishing news that pertains to terrorist operations, between those who see them being published to demonstrate their brutality and alienating people from their owners, and those who see reservations about their publication, although many tend to refrain from publishing in the interest of that, which is relying on Islamic values that Terrorist atrocities are not likely to be spread among the general public pursuant to the general Islamic guidance, not to spread badness among the people.

Abstract

This research examines the concept of Islamic law and its treatment of the subject of the family in terms of its importance as the first cell in the building of society, as well as the statement of its rights, its sound foundations and its strong pillars that guarantee its stability and preserve its existence and durability. One of these pillars is its system of rights, which is the safety valve for its preservation and stability, to ensure its proper use and to avoid any abuse in the light of the fact that Western culture and its intellectual payload promote a declaration of war on the Islamic family rights system as overriding rights Was a cause of the injustice inflicted on women, it is no longer valid for our living reality. The researchers chose the issue of letting the wife to prepare herself for the beginning of a stable family life as a model of study based on the legal texts, fiqh, fatwas of scholars and family calamities in the subject.

In general, this research aims primarily to highlight the most important persuasion strategies in the discourse of debate in the Qur'an through the conversations of Prophet Noah PBUH with his people. The story of Noah in delivering his preaching is mentioned several times in the Qur'an and its commentaries, especially in the Ruh al-Ma’any by Alusi and the Al-Hijjaj fi Al-Qur'an by Abdullah Shoula. Also, the other purpose is to show that the argumentation practice has existed since earlier time in the human history and argued Western research which states that Greece was the first to introduce arguments with the Sophists, Aristotle and others. Through the descriptive-analytical inductive approach, the article explores the subject of this research to explain clearly. This issue has been dealt with numbers of studies before but they did not focus on the practical side, and this is the main point differing this research to others.
