Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death nearly 30% people around the world is caused by heart disease which comes from 80% poverty and developing countries. For Indonesia, cardiovascular disease also holds the record of non-communicable diseases with the highest case, especially East Java which is included the second predicate as the province with the largest heart disease. With the high mortality rate that occurs, it needs to plan a building that can be a service heart disease supporting the ideal healing process. Healing environment approach can pay attention to hospital building/hospital design which gives positive effect both physically and psychologically can make the healing process within the hospital itself. With the take this approach is considered in the heart hospital in Surabaya can make the hospital that can support the healing process optimally. The final result of heart hospital design in Surabaya with healing environment concept, the design of heart hospital to adjust to the environment around the site by putting forward three design approaches that are nature, senses, and psychological. With the heart hospital in Surabaya is expected to give benefits to the community in the face of heart disease is increasing from year to year.

Test of Teaching English of Foreign Language or TEFL is one of the scourges for students who must take this test for their graduation term. Many of them got a lack of motivation to learn, especially engineering students. Reading comprehension is one of the tests in TEFL test. However, many students failed in this section because they did not understand the text well and they had less of vocabulary. The students needed a mobile application which able to bring everywhere and they could learn the material and do the exercise anytime. Mobile application based on Android platform is the answer to help the students. In this application the students would learn the material of reading comprehension and do the exercise which divided into 3 levels; from the easier to the hardest.

One of logistics activities is product distribution. PT Stars has several obstacles in their distribution activity including the limited number and capacity of the company vehicles, the difference in the number of consumer requests, and the spread consumer locations. The methods used in this research were Saving Matrix, Nearest Neighbor, and Genetic Algorithm. By employing biological evolution concept, an output was produced in the form of a combination of goods distribution route that should be taken to optimize the capacity and travel cost. The results obtained from the calculation on Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor were two routes for Genetic Algorithm manually and constructively using MATLAB at PT Stars Internasional. Based on the calculation process, two solutions were obtained using Nearest Neighbor with two distribution routes, while 14 distribution routes were generated using Genetic Algorithm with a maximum capacity of 3,720 pairs.

Raw material planning in SME producing crackers is an essential matter since most of its raw materials do not last long and to avoid raw materials shortage or buildup stored in the warehouse. Therefore, the researchers offered a solution by implementing Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. From this research, it was concluded that the economic supply of raw materials (wheat flour) is 27.71 Kg with 14-day interval between orders, 6-day waiting time until the products are delivered, 16.47 Kg reorder point, 4.42 Kg safety stock value, and IDR 1,801,064 TIC.

Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia has been nominated as 12 cities with MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) development. This causes the government of Surabaya concerns about the development of tourism such as history, education and maritime tourism. The biggest revenue of government came from trading sector, hotel, restaurant, and transportation. One of important things on developing tourism sector is the ease to access information of the tourism site. The infrastructure already completed by internet access as a smart city. All needs can be found online to save money. The implementation can be found in many fields, such as education, administrations, and tourism as the implementation of internet of thing. This research’s goal is to design mobile system based on android smartphone for Surabaya tour guide. The system provides GPS technic to give tourism information and to manage tourism site effectively. This system gives recommendation of the MICE place which is suitable for the user based on their requirement. TOPSIS algorithm will be used to rank the recommendation.

The action taken by Surabaya city government in dealing with street vendors was by relocating street vendors to areas named Sentra Kuliner (culinary center). Those culinary centers were built to particularly provide space for street vendors who sell food. However, in reality, some culinary centers were not visited by many customers. One of which was Sentra Kuliner Gunung Anyar. Concerned by that issue, the researchers aimed to develop those uncrowded culinary centers by creating some alternative designs that would improve the existing design so that those culinary centers could attract more customers and please the relocated street vendors. This study used Research and Development (R&D) method. The result showed respondents’ preference to alternative design that look more conspicuous than other buildings around and have more attractive appearance than that of the original design. Adding supportive amenities to the alternative design will also increase public attention as well.

esport has the meaning of electronic sports, which the aspect of the sport is all facilitated by the electronic system. The definition of esport is a sport that does not compete physically, but is more concerned with strategy and competed online via computer, so players from each team can compete without face to face. In its development, esport enthusiasts from year to year increase, but unfortunately this is not balanced with the existence of facilities that can support the development of esport. Some facilities are often used is a place with different functions. There is still no building with a special function that is used for esport activities. The purpose of this research is to create a building facility that can accommodate the esport activities. Use method / application micro-concept of form is transformative, dynamic macro concept, and modern architectural theme, Result of building design that can present the function esport visually. So that building can be characteristic for esport building.

The hospital has a very vital role in efforts to improve the health status of all Indonesian people. When the process of serving a hospital is not effective and efficient, patients who can be referred to as customers from the hospital will feel the impact. Long processes and patients who are required to queue in each process results in patients having to wait a long time to get service. It is hoped that Lean will apply it to hospitals to improve the process so that it can provide optimal services, and at a lower cost. From the results of this study, the waste found in the service of The Organization of Health Social Security (BPJS) is waiting /delay & defect. The impact of lean service implementation on the BPJS Health patient service process according to the process activity mapping, increasing the process cycle efficiency to 64%, according to the supply chain response matrix is to add service facilities, and according to the quality filter mapping is to carry out routine control of the registration process and the amount of stock paper and printer

Population in Surabaya and Sidoarjo grows rapidly every year. The need for open space is increasing from the needs of residences, shops, hotels, malls, and so on, so that almost every open space in every area is utilized both by legal buildings and illegal buildings or activities. The emergence of illegal activities in areas that are not utilized such as commensurate environmental lines, under flyovers, and around the banks of rivers, can cause the growth and structuring of the city to be hampered. The location of this research paper is under the Jenggolo Sidoarjo flyover, and it is known that there is an irregularity in the arrangement of both street vendors, open spaces, parks and there is still plenty of free space on the site. So as to support the government's efforts in correct and optimal spatial planning and cities. The paper that will be discussed is how to know the potential and ways to develop existing potentials into a public space that is sensitive to public and surrounding environment. So that the public space created is expected to be able to support the arrangement of space and the city of Sidoarjo in particular.

A bridge is a construction that connect two parts of the road cuts off by both natural and artificial obstacles. Meanwhile, a box culvert is a rectangular precast concrete structure that has a basic function as underground construction in the form of culverts, drains, and other supporting constructions. Those function of the box culvert is now developing as the main structure in the construction of bridges and highways. Thus, a research and evaluation should be done. The performance of the existing box culvert structures is in accordance with SNI 1725: 2016 regulations. The research methodology is done by manual calculation to get the load and reinforcement needs, while for static analysis by modelling the structure in SAP 2000 V.14.2.5 program. The material used is the existing material for top-bottom box culvert type (4000 x 4000 x 1500) fc '= 30 MPa and fy = 400 MPa. The results shows the reinforcement does not meet the minimum requirements of strong box structure reinforcement against bridge construction loads. The reinforcement ratio in plate slab area are almost close to the maximum ratio of reinforcement requirements. Whereas in the box culvert wall area, there is an over-reinforcement so the dimensions must be increased.
